Ichigo. even his newest move is nothing else than a fast shunpo, and kisame even survived the hit. apart from that the bleach characters are somewhat beyond mortal, they survive hits which would kill anybody else.

i think Naruto would be able to see Ichigo in Sage mode because of the Nature energy, animals are nature & as far as i know animals ARE able to see spiritual shit, but idk, i think it's bullshit he'd have to fight someone thts techinically dead in the 1st place..
