same here, but i skipped rise of ninja, i dont think theres comming new game even if it should come.... i checked few months ago on official forum, and found nothing

when i was looking at the info, i found the game:

and thought my god it goes till pein, ye it goes till pein but is 2d, it looks like a gameboycolour game -_- ima buy the previous one still good(up to 3 tails arc)

actually in many games, as custom jutsus(ultimate ninja games from ps2), you can change the jutsus tha characters have but i think you are reffering to Ryuujinki from the wii were you can use all the elements.
