Using a single hand sign, one body uses:

Doton: Doton Matsuri (Earth Release: Earth Constriction)

Type: Supplementary/Defence
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: N/A
Description: The user simply makes a single hand sign, and four earth whips appear from out of the ground under the opponent at a very fast speed, they then constrict the opponent and prevent them from making any movements (Hand seals).

Note: Only useable twice per battle.

to restrict your hands and legs to the ground underneath you whereas my other body then uses:

(Shippou: Daichi-gosunkugi Hakachi) Silver Style: Groundspike Graveyard

Covering a huge precipice with pure silver spikes which impale you as you're restricted to the ground, this happens instantly and you're helpless to defend, if you decide to use lightning, the silver all around you will conduct and over-electrify you in the process

My Spiraling Wind Sword doesn't require any hand seals. Neither does my second jutsu too, actually. Idk about Goro's Earth Mole Eyes, though.

As you go to land onto safe ground, one body intervenes by using:

(Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp Of The Underworld

My wind jutsu just pushed me backward at a high speed. It didn't make me go into the air or anything. I'd still get stuck in the tar pit, just not as much as you say.
