Can you elaborate on your moves, if you dont it makes it really hard to reply.

Since the description of your attack says that a projectile crashing down on the opponent, that means that it has to come out of the water so, I use

As the sharks are coming at me, I quickly focus a large amount of chakra into my meet, and jump, sending me high into the air, letting me dodge your sharks and electromagnetic murder, while also giving me enough time for the rampart to make it to the surface, for me to land on it. I then use:

(Suiton: Daibakuryuu) - Water Style: Great Exploding Current

To make four pillars, and I throw an explosive kunai at them, igniting them. There are now 4 fire/wind element tornadoes spinning on top of a Water element whirlpool, and they will strike you if you try to escape/dodge the whirlpool.

Also, you would not be protected by the water jutsu you used last turn, or when you used Electromagnetic Murder, you would have electrocuted yourself.
