    Declined. you mention that it takes tome for you to travel from one location to another, but not how long it takes to break apart, go into the sky, come back down, and reform into a human form. Also, what happens if you do happen to get scattered or evaporated?

    Declined. It appears that you are still holding the chain of the kusarigama since you said you "swing it" and not "throw it", so there is no way that weapon could reach long range. it would be extremely combersome to fight with all that chain around you. typical chains are way less than 5 meters in length which is short range. Also rain is composed of water which is weak to earth so, yes, it could slice through A ranked earth, but the technique would be disrupted in the process, which should be noted.

    Declined. Forbidden ranked techniqes need to have some sort of drawback which is what makes it forbidden. we both know "20 damage" means nothing when it comes to a fight.

It then takes a couple of seconds to ascend into the clouds where it takes several seconds to move from one location to the other, being logically longer depending on the distance travelling. Finally it takes another couple of seconds to rain down in the desired location and reform. While preforming this technique the user is susceptible to being scattered, blown away or evaporated. If scattered while in rain drop form it will take the entirety of the user's turn to reform their body (even if using this technique as the user's last move, the amount of time to reform stays the same if scattered, independent of who's turn it is after the technique is used). Being evaporated results in the death of the user. They can't preform any techniques until they reform and must reform in the same turn the technique is used.
    -Can only be used twice per battle.
    -Cannot use any other techniques before reforming.
    -Must reform during the same turn.

    ~Declined~ OP. This isn't well restricted for an A-rank technique and it's ability to reform needs to be kept in check. Make it so that you can only perform 2 techniques per turn if you want to keep the monster's ability to reform, and that you can perform 3 techniques per turn if your monster doesn't have any ability to reform (the idea is to keep infusing chakra in it to keep reforming it, hence cutting one of your turns).

    (Suna Wana) - Sand Trap

    Description: User creates 2 hollow hemispheres around the target and by making a single handseal both hemisphere comes closer to each other instantly and thus making a complete sphere and trapping the opponent insde it.

The user (without handseals) puts three times the amount of chakra needed to make normal chakra strings and infuse them with elemental chakra to make them stronger. These strings can be used to attach themselves to puppets and other objects under the user's control that are capable of moving of their own accord (weapons/like chiyo did with the kunai). The object/puppet gains that elemental affinity of the chakra string they are attached with. Each element gives the strings different abilities. The srings can be manipulated however the user sees fit.

    Water: gives them erosive property (not acid, more like water erosion)

    ||Both Declined|| As I said, similar techniques exist. Also, the second one was not really changed. It seems more like you tried to hide the exclusion of the restrictions by emphasizing smaller numbers. Either way, the second one is OP and has a duration that is far too great for it's level.

    Type: Weapon

    Description: This two part weapon consists of an amulet wore around the neck and a gauntlet that dons the right arm of the user. This combo was said to be forged from the Insect King’s right arm. As the story goes, the Insect King fell into a large river, and on the brink of death was saved by a righteous human (thought to be an Aburame member). Thereafter the Insect King had the weapon combo made and gave it to the man as a sign of his gratitude, his loyalty, and the loyalty of his family and all the insects under his rule. The Insect King told the man to pass these items throughout his bloodline and the insects would be there to help them. This was thought to be the first contract with insects, the Aburame’s insects to be more specific.

    Abilities: The Gauntlet can block and deflect normal weapons with ease, it has an extendable blade (kunai sized) above the wrist. It can also absorb 3 A-rank and below techniques of the opponent, and can have the user channel his chakra into it indefinitely. Upon absorption the gauntlet takes on the properties of the absorbed element (Claw of flame= Normal, Phoenix of light= Wind, Morning Jewel= Water, Susanou= Lightning, Abaddon= Earth, Hephaisto= Fire)

    The Amulet grants the insects that serve/help the wielder something called chakra sharing, where after absorbing an elemental chakra into the gauntlet, it then is transferred to the insects, that help the user, giving them and elemental coating and the properties of that element. The amulet also makes the user more in tune with his insects, letting him/her feel/know what they know.

    ~Declined~ You stacked too many abilities. Take out the whole part about you absorbing attacks and replace it by you infusing a certain elemental chakra in the gauntlet, this way you can keep the rest of the abilities. Define in details what the coating and elemental properties do on the insects. Take out the bold part, this isn't the Rinnegan, you don't share a vision of your bugs and I don't want you to have thousands of insects as your personal eyes on the field. Where are the restrictions? There's no drawbacks whatsoever.

    The legend tells us that these double blades were created on the legendary mountain Olimp especially by the Gods for one and only Zeus.How did these blades come down on to the earth and ended up in the hands of immortals is a true mystery.Even trought this is just a legend there are several people that truly belive this is true.Double blades have been found on the top of one of the biggest mountains in Kumogakure and since then they have been passed down from generation to generation amoung Kumogakure Elite Shinobi.Its been said that the Blades true power can only awaken once in the hands in true lightning master.One these blades are infused with users lightning chakra their special effect will awake giving the user more damage on any lightning technique he uses.When users chakra is infused a small sparks of lightning will form around the double blades creating a glow resembeling the golden color awakening the true power of the blades the effects can now be used for 3 turns.Once the effect wears off double blades can be used as any regural weapon.

Adding more chakra to jutsus which the user released makes them only do more damage and doesn’t extend their range.
    Note: Effect can be used only once per battle and lasts 3 turns.
    Note: Can only be used if holding Double Blades.
    Note: Can only be used by Zancrow.

The blades can reach up to mid-range, and have enough force to not only repel the opponent several feet away, they also can inflict major damage to the opponents vital organs depending on what part of the body the blades hit.

This wave of heat is not for attacking, this wave of heat will get rid of any microscopic particles from the users lungs that may have been placed there from the opponent. For instance, some opponents may use a jutsu that releases particles into the air that when you breath it in, it stops further breathing. If that is to happen, this jutsu will be used and will create a small volume of heat that will push the particles out. It is a fact that the human eyes can see particles if they are up close, however, they can barely see it but can still see it. A skilled ninja with trained eyes such as a swift user who has had training in swift style Taijutsu can see particles naturally and use this jutsu as a defense to techniques that use particles to stop breathing as described before. The particles would be removed from the users lungs and expelled out from their mouth in a matter of seconds.

This technique also provides a water source for water jutsus up to C rank and extends the range of water techniques up to C rank by 1 range upon creation. However this will deduct -10 damage from any fire techniques used from either the opponent or user due to elemental advantage.

    Notes:
    - This rain lasts for 3 turns.

These situations are broken down into ranges (Kicking, Punching, Trapping and Grappling), with techniques flowing smoothly between them. It is referred to as a "style without style". Unlike more traditional martial arts, Jeet Kune Do is not fixed or patterned, and is a philosophy with guiding thoughts. It was named for the concept of interception, or attacking your opponent while he is about to attack. He believed that combat was spontaneous, and that a martial artist cannot predict it, only react to it, and that a good martial artist should "Be like water" and move fluidly without hesitation. Rapidity aims to reach the target before the opponent can react, which is half-beat faster timing, learned in Wing Chun and Western boxing.
    "When the distance is wide, the attacking opponent requires some sort of preparation. Therefore, attack him on his preparation of attack." "To reach me, you must move to me. Your attack offers me an opportunity to intercept you."This means intercepting an opponent's attack with an attack of your own instead of a simple block. It is for this concept Jeet Kune Do is named. JKD practitioners believe that this is the most difficult defensive skill to develop.     Simultaneous parrying & punching
    When confronting an incoming attack, the attack is parried or deflected and a counter attack is delivered at the same time. Not as advanced as a stop hit but more effective than blocking and counter attacking in sequence. This is practiced by some Chinese martial arts. Simultaneous parrying & punching utilizes the principle of economy of motion by combining attack and defense into one movement thus minimizing the "time" element and maximizing the "energy" element. Efficiency is gained by utilizing a parry rather than a block. By definition a "block" stops an attack whereas a parry merely re-directs an attack. Redirection has two advantages: It requires less energy to execute; it utilizes the opponents energy against them by creating an imbalance. Efficiency is gained in that the opponent has less time to react to the nullification of their attack while having to worry about defending an incoming attack.

    Low kicks
    JKD practitioners believe they should target their kicks to their opponent's shins, knees, thighs, and mid section. These targets are the closest to the foot, provide more stability and are more difficult to defend against. However, as with all other JKD principles nothing is "written in stone". If a target of opportunity presents itself, even a target above the waist, one could take advantage of the situation without feeling hampered by this principle. Maintaining low kicks utilizes the principle of economy of motion by reducing the distance a kick must travel thus minimizing the "time" element.

    Five ways of attack
    * Simple Angular Attack (SAA) / Simple Direct Attack (SDA). Is a simple motion (punch or kick) which moves with no effort to conceal it, directly to the target on the most economical route. It can be indirect, beginning on one line and ending on another. Such as a punch that starts to the stomach (mid line) and ends on the chin (high line). SAA is an attack that is launched from an unanticipated angle that is achieved by moving in such a way as to create an open line into which to strike.
    * Attack By Combinations (ABC). This is using multiple rapid attacks, with volume of attack as a means of overcoming the opponent.
    * Progressive Indirect Attack (PIA). Simulating an attack to one part of the opponent's body, followed by attacking another part, as a means of creating an opening.
    * Hand Immobilization Attack (HIA) and its counterpart Foot Immobilization * attack, which make use of trapping/parrying to limit the opponent's function with that appendage.
    Attack By Drawing (ABD). The goal when using attack by draw is to "draw" the opponent into a committed attack by baiting him into what looks like an exposed target, then intercepting his motion. One can execute a motion that invites a counter, then counter attack them as he takes the bait


    - Can only be taught to S-class and above who have learned basic taijutsu.
    - To master the user must learn the style of fighting, all of it's techniques and spar with the creator in a Taijutsu only match.
    - Can only be taught by ~Yard~

    A special ninjutsu of the highest caliber that can only be done by those who have excelled in ninjutsu. The user takes out a scroll which he previously prepared by writing a text in Jõko Nihongo (Ancient Japanese) with Hiragana and Katakana scripts instead of Kanji. As he takes the scroll out and unfolds it in air in front of him in a semi crescent gesture, he claps his hands focusing chakra, performing 3 hand seals (Horse+Hare+Boar) and touching the scroll. The Hiragana and Katakana caracters, glow in a light blue color and rapidly converge from the scroll, like snakes, raging towards the target. As they reach the target, they wrap around it like chains and bind its movement completely. This jutsu has a more powerful yet more limited performing method: the user will take a smaller scroll (only slightly larger than his hand) with the same caracters and slam it with his palm on the enemy. The moment there is contact, the rows of Katakana and Hiragana caracters spread across the enemy's body as chains, resctriting his movement. Although faster and having no need for hand seals, this alternative method has the same binding strength as the normal method. This jutsu can be done to restrict anything solid, with equal strength regardless of size or mass.

I know we could get into a heated debate on the "mind over body" topic (believing so hard you're unable to breath, that you actually do stop to breath), but I will not accept Genjutsus that make you feel a certain emotion, and actually make it happen. It's a line I'm not ready to cross. I remember accepting jutsus that were somewhat close to that, but they were kept within certain boundaries.

    I added a restriction to the speed of this jutsu, I honestly don't know what else to restrict without actually changing this jutsu.

    ~Declined~ You don't get it, I never said to restrict it more, I said to take away abilities. This whole jutsu is a rip off of many already existing jutsu and you combined them together. If it isn't drastically different in your resubmission, I will decline it for good. Just a hint; don't mention the gates, don't make yourself resistant to fire (up to A-rank at least), the whole idea of turning all your chakra to fire was already done too.

    Description: The use gathers in a huge chakra amount and quickly slams his hand on the ground. Then releasing this chakra unto the ground, the user uses the chakra to bring up the strongest of minerals from the ground. This is spread out up to long range and with an explosion the sand is brought up. This does not change the terrain rather it only brings up the sand. The explosion will only hinder vision for 5 seconds, after that all the sand will drop down to the ground. This creates one foot of sand, with this the opponents movement speed is cut in half, meaning running, zig zagging, etc anything that involves using the sand to move. Because this is has the users chakra, the user does not get slower.
    -Can only be used once per battle
    -No S rank sand jutsu at the same turn and the following one.
    -Can only be taught by Piccolosan

It was said to have been originally white and gained its dark color by absorbing the chakra of its owners which in turn increases their skill in manipulating shadows. While in possesion of the bow the user's shadow jutsu won't require handseals. They can be "shot" from the bow or its shadow by drawing and releasing the bowstring. The speed of the jutsu shot is increased to that of a flying arrow and is allowed to reach long range. This bow also heightens the restricting ability of shadow jutsu. If a non-Nara clan member willingly touches the bow, he won't be able to move until he is separated from it.

This however doesn't restrict their view of objects that do not emit heat.

If the sword is added into the persons bio it can be worn and does not need to be summoned. It is a sword that was gifted from the leader of the Condors to the first contract holder. It is made of a metal found only at the site of the Condor Nesting Ground and this metal has the ability to store Raiton Chakra from the holder. The sword itself has two simple abilities. First it can rank up Raiton jutsu up to A rank meaning A rank becomes S rank, but S rank jutsu are uneffected. It does this by adding in extra Raiton chakra that it has gained from the holder making the lightning stronger and more deadly. Next if used by a person who has a Raiton specialty it denotes the use of Hand seals to one meaning the person must only use one hand seal while weilding this sword to perform Raiton jutsu.
    *Can be used by any signer of the Condor contract but can only be added into my bio*
    *Can only be used 6 turns then the abilities become void the sword can still be used as a sword*
    *Must have signed the condor Contract*

    Description: User cuts off bodily connections to the desired parts of the hair causing the hair to disconnect at any chosen area of the users head/hair. However, their chakra still remains in the strands of hair. (Like how Ino was able to do so with her hair in the chuunin exams)
