It even reduces two hand seal for every fire jutsu and increases impact by 15% for every fire type move . it supports user against wind type move also and is weak agaist water type moves..

    ~Decline: covering yourself in ice this way would surely affect you also. Whether it's freezing you alive or causing severe frostbite, there should be a drawback. I recommend going for something simpler like covering your hands and forearms, hurting you on some level, but without making it life threatening. If you decide to go on with this jutsu, find a way to keep yourself alive as you encase yourself in ice.~

After a few months Uchiha Sasuke started to understand the sword power the sword have two different level of power one is speed and another one is basic sense. The sword use to belong to a rare guy named Kyuui (Peace) he used to be an Uchiha but he betrayed the Uchiha clan and he turn into a missing ninja he started to travel for over four years. When Madara Uchiha took the eye of his brother he knew about Kyuui and he went to look for him it took him over three months because kyuui was hiding. When Madara Uchiha finally found him they both made a plan to attack the Leaf Village but Kyuui found out what Madara Uchiha did so when he summon the Nine Tails Fox Demon kyuui cut four of the Demon tails because that wasn't part of the plan after the battle kept going the demon killed kyuui. Then, a missing ninja name Uchiha Sasuke found the sword on the battlefield it was under the leaf village before kyuui die he did a Forbidden jutsu that when he die the sword would be summon on a hiding spot and this spot was under the leaf village when Uchiha Sasuke found it during a research on the leaf village he start to understand what it was made for.     Description: The armor of the gods, an armor said to be forged by Bishamonten, the japanese armor-clad god of war himself, the ultimate defense armor in the ninja world. The armor itself is made of plain metal making it a great defense for projectiles. However, by constantly inserting chakra into the armor, it reinforces the defense behind the armor and the armor becomes as hard as diamonds, making it the ultimate defense against wind, water, earth and all other solid attacks. Despite it's density though, the armor is just as light as any clothing, thus the user wearing it isn't slowed at all. The main downside to the armor however is that by channeling chakra into it, it causes the metal to become a "walking lightning rod". Any lightning technique that the opponent uses will be attracted towards the user, and if it hits the armor it "deep fries" whoever is inside it. Furthermore, the armor is easily heated, making it practically useless against any fire type attack, and if it is heated it causes whoever is inside it to burn to death almost instantly.
    ~Once per battle
    ~The armor attracts lightning, this however doesn't mean if the opponent uses chidori it will come right off his hand and at the armor. If the opponent were to use a jutsu like chidori thunderstorm, that sends lightning out in all directions, all the lightning would be attracted to the person wearing the armor, as oppose to just going out in all directions. The usual time it takes for the jutsu to hit the target still applies
    ~The user has to give 10 chakra each turn the user keeps the armor in affect, giving chakra to the armor counts as one of the users 3 turns, so he can only use 2 jutsu per turn every turn he keeps the armor on.
    ~Because of the density of the armor, all taijutsu attacks go up +10

    Declined. This is similar to BishamonSama's Armor, plus you need to elaborate on its defenses against wind, earth, and water. Also, No to the taijutsu boost.

The barrage of tiny arrows will increase it's range and speed drastically, while the arrows themselves will be drastically smaller and more piercing, to the point where only a Mangekyo Sharingan will be able to fully encompass it, while 3 Tomoed Sharing will have a hard time seeing it.

The heavy balls are capable of smashing the bones of even boss summonings, and will obliterate an opponent if they're left unblocked.

    While getting rid of the previous restrictions, this ability will come with different ones. Lowering techniques to D rank will require a 1 turn break between usages of that jutsu. One turn will be added each rank it rises (C rank will require 2, B rank 3 and A rank 4). One cannot lower Forbidden techniques.

Depending on the accuracy and weapon's mastery of the user, the arrows can hit ramdom body points or specific nerves, arteries or organs.
    Though Easily trackable to a first-tomoe sharingan, after creating the arrow, user can enlarge it with a second layer of chakra. Upon releasing, the Lightning/Wind will combine to maximize the piercing and speed abilities, being so that it is a combination of the two fastest and sharpest elements. The barrage of tiny arrows will increase it's range and speed drastically, while the arrows themselves will be drastically smaller and more piercing, to the point where only a 3rd Tomoe Sharingan will be able to fully encompass it.

    Declined. This seems like it should be spread into 3 different jutsu. Earth to sand, guidable wind/sand crows, and a sand screen. This is dangerously close to being sand release jutsu. Take away the sand screen and it will probbaly be close to passable in my opinion. splitting it into multiple jutsu probably be your best bet though.

    Note: This was an update on a previous jutsu, which turned all earth to sand, regardless of the technique or whatever, like Tsuchikage's technique hardens/petrifies everything regardless of the rank (or nature, for all that matters). I did restricted it to terrain and jutsus up to the rank, hope it is approvable now. Added that the smaller cows are up to 4.

Likewise, the user can choose to preform only one handseal, and slam her hand on the shields, coated in fire chakra, which will take less time.
    Wind can be added to make the blasts stronger.
    *Can only be used once every 3 turns*

    Lowering the technique to an B rank using my mastery, after using 6 handseals, 2 large shield, about 2 meters in diameter appear at my sides. Given it is an A rank, when my opponent shot a water jet at one of the shields, ranked S, the shield is destroyed (just to show that the table maintains, despite the original technique being an S rank, so it should have blocked the water, this one is weaker, and thus is beaten)
    After 5 handseals, the shields explode frontwards into a blast of hot glass particles.
    I will not be able to use this jutsu, no matter the version, again for 3 turns.
    I the next 2 turns, I can still use Earth and Fire techniques of Forbidden Rank, because those restrictions are nulled, and only the Lili's Mastery Restriction maintains.


    Delined. Your explination of how the jutsu is used leaves me with a lot of questions. You dropped the move 2 ranks and it lost a shield and shrunk in size. what happens if you drop it to C or D? if you are going to limit the number of projectiles there needs to be a note stating how that is figured out. Since your technique makes your jutsu weaker what would happen to effects sch as, "trackable with stage one sharingan"? whould down-grading those techniques make things trackable by the naked eye? Many jutsu have certain effects that warrant them being S-ranked and having restrictions, and it seems that this jutsu may downgrade the power but still leave the effects which made them S-ranked in the first place.

    Description: Mrs. Beaver, has joined to the group of one of the oldest beavers out there. Mrs. Beaver meet his man along time ago when she was eating some wood, and then she saw this great man fighting with Mr. Bear, his long rival, she decided to join forces with Mr. Beaver, in order to beat the big bad Mr. Bear. Mrs. Beaver can cast both A-ranked water blasts up to 5 times, and S-ranked Fire blasts up to 3 times, as its capable of infusing its blasts with his owner's jutsu. Due to her shy personality, she's was living underground for her whole life, hiding from the surroundings, and she's very sneaky.
    Notes:
    -Due to her always digging and being familiar of being underground, she became an excellent digger, as she's capable to dig underground to long range, and able to match speeds with a human, maybe faster, via underground.
    -She's able to dig out a huge space underground, having the surface collapse in. If long ranged, it takes 1 turn.
    -Can only be summoned once per battle.
    -Because of her rather wide/thick/flat tail, she can defend with his tail against any lightning and wind jutsu up to S-rank as in 1 times (-15 damage to the user), as in A-rank, 2 times (-10 damage).

    Description: The offspring of the two elders, the Beaver Prince. As the battle get's heavier and more furious, his attitude will turn more furious, rather evil, wanting to destroy everything. Hence for all his life, he played in a pond, and beaver dams, he became skilled with the water, on a really high levels. Because of his ill attitude, he will become extremelly unstable as psychologically, and able to push out, matching ranks of a forbidden in water blasts, while he's out for at least one turn, meaning he's able to do it, in the 2nd turn and for the rest of the battle. After he has released all his anger in that matching forbidden water blasts, he'll lose consciousness for 1 turn. The most time he stays on the battlefield, the more evil/crazier he get's meaning for the 1st turn, he'll be only able to perform A-ranked, he's able to perform water in the 2nd turn, matching a forbidden rank, but if he releases his anger (the forbidden water) in the 2nd turn, he needs to rest for 1 turn, but if he releases his anger, after the 2nd turn, he'll be able to perform A-ranked water or lower, in the next turns (meaning if he releases his "anger" in the 3rd turn, there is only 2 more times, he can perform A-ranked or lower ranked water.)

    -Either of the Mr or Mrs. Afcanc can summon him also.
    -Due to his condition, he can only stay on the battlefield as long as 5 turns.
    -Due to his crazy appearance, the user takes -20 damage, when he's summoned.
    -This beaver is big enough, that he can carry it's user, tho only when traveling in water.

    Description: This little beaver is like her mother, all shy and cautious. This little beaver is able to smell onto long range, but if the field is wet, or covered in water, it's able to sense the whole field, due to her affinity to water. She's a really fast creature, due to her cautiousness, as able to match her speed to a human, maybe faster. Because of her affinity to water, she's able to cast S-ranked water blasts up to 3 times, and A-ranked water blasts, up to 5 times.
    Notes:
    -Stay on the field for 4 turns.
    -Every jutsu this beavers uses counts as a move in the user's turn.

    -Either of the Mr or Mrs. Afcanc can summon him also.
    -This beaver is big enough, that he can carry it's user, tho only when traveling through water.

    -The enemy cannot use B-rank and below jutsus that are within short range of the user
    -The user can use his own doton techniques as is his own chakra

    The sword like previously said has a ability to manipulate temperature to a certain point.So once every 3 turns(meaning 2 full turns are a cool down),once, the user has the choice of almost instantly canceling any water or earth jutsu by infusing either cold or hot temperature into the jutsu itself.(this is done by slashing or stabbing) the jutsu.This can also be used on a regular sword of the opponent if it is close combat.

    Declined. Still too Over Powered. 30 chakra is equivelent to an A-ranked attack so this could not be used for all earth or water. Redo your restriction. make sure to note that canceling a jutsu with the sword will count as a move.

    Description : A very strong and advanced ninjutsu, this technique was developed by Jinbei Sarutobi throughout the years and it was this technique that made him famous in the ninja world.

    The user simply infuses the ground with his chakra by releasing it through his feet, allowing the chakra to travel large distances ( up to long-range). Once he /she has done so, the user will form the serpent hand seal and the part of the terrain that was infused with the user’s chakra will be abruptly altered and transformed into any type of terrain the user wants it to transform into, granting the user moderated control over the terrain.

    However, there’s a big flaw in the jutsu; he who performs it cannot, no matter the circumstances, use this technique for attacking purposes. ( I.e : The user can’t turn the ground beneath the opponent into spikes or into a fissure. However, the user can turn a forest into a lake for a water source).

    ~ This technique lasts for the rest of the battle but due to the constant usage by the user to change the terrain, the user will be restricted to 1 forbidden jutsu every two turns. Furthermore, the user will have to select an element and won’t be able to use S-ranks of that element for the next turn.
    ~ The user will need to form the serpent hand seal every single time he/she wants the terrain to change. If the user fails to do so, the shift won’t happen.
    ~ The user may only change the terrain once per turn and every time he does, he loses an addition toll of 5 chakra points.
    ~ The user as well as the opponent can utilize anything that has appeared in the battlefield; If the user makes a mountain, the opponent can use it to his own advantage or as a ground source for his own purposes. This makes the technique a double-edged sword if used incorrectly.
    ~ The technique can only be activated once per battle and the user won’t be able to enter any states where he is required to exert his/her chakra.
