    -Do not use to much coding and NO glow effects
    -Please remember if resubmitting a declined technique or merely updating old ones provide a quote of the old version and highlight the added changes so we can understand where you have edited.

    Keep them clean and remember to check grammer and please try and minimize the walls, try and explain the techniques in a clear and understandable manner without having to go into such detail creating huge walls.

    Description: Afcanc is one of the most wisest elder among the other beavers around the world. He is a small creature and it feel most confortable on it's users shoulder, sitting, about as it's body as big as a normal human head. Because of his age, it can't walk. Mr. Beaver can cast both A-ranked Fire blasts up to 5 times, and S-ranked Wind blasts up to 3 times, as its capable of infusing its blasts with his owner's justu, as in a short range. Mr. Beaver had also teached many types of animals around the world, but along his way, many other animals like Mr. Bear wanted to eat him, as he acquired the most devastating offensive attack, as he preforms it with screaming in a very high pitch, Mr. Dear became paralized for 1 turn, giving him a chance to escape.

    Note:
    -The genjutsu attack can also work on humans in short range, and animals in short-mid range and it lasts for 1 turn.
    -Can only be summoned once per battle.
    -It's stays as long as I want him in the battle.
    -It's stays on the user's shoulder ti'll he decides it to leave.

    Description: This technique was developed under the idea that a kenjutsu or taijutsu match is determined by how well you can read attacks. This can be done via sensing one's ''presence''. In this case, this ''presence'' refers to the preparatory movements, shifts in the centre of gravity, glances and sounds that go into making an attack. These factors are what cause one's ''presence'' to be given off. By using this technique, once can sense the opponent's ''presence'' in order to read the opponent's attacks, avoid and block them. On the contrary, if you know how erase traces of your own ''presence'', it will be much harder for someone to read your movements and so, your attacks will be much more unpredictable.
    With the usage of this technique, the user greatly increases his offence and defence as he can react to even the fastest attacks, such as Iaido(though for iaido up to the users rank) and can make his own attacks much harder to read.

    *It doesn't make user's attacks stronger. It only makes them faster and unpredictable.

    Description: By using massive amount of suiton based chakra user is able to create a samurai made of water so big that he is even capable (capable as in "if there is enough water" of dwarfing rock formations of Earth Release: Mountain Smash. His name is derived from color of his watery armor which is extremely dense thus gaining black color in turn along with ability to stop A-ranked jutsu before getting destoryed. Samurai is able to create various shields and weapons of water of all sizes as long as he has nearby water source to create them from. His shield is capable of stopping one A-ranked jutsu before getting destroyed. He is also able to make a bow of water which fires arrows at great speed which equals S-ranked water technique or a sword (of any type - be it katana or broadsword) that too equals to S-ranked water technique. If necessary, samurai can be created around the user (like Susanoo). Samurai can regenerate himself for as long as there is water around.
    *After jutsu is used user can only use water style
    *Due to amount of chakra needed to sustain the samurai it can stay active for maximum of 3 turns after the turn it got activated
    *Turn after it got activated user can use three jutsus since he still has enough chakra, two turns after activation user already starts feeling tired and due to lack of chakra he is able to use two jutsus. On the third turn after activation due to near-depletion of chakra he is able to use only one jutsu
    *Can be only used once and, if the technique is sustained full-time, user falls into one-day-coma
    *Creation of shield, bow, sword or regeneration count as one of the jutsus
    *Once the item is created it can be manipulated into another shape if user wishes it (e.g. you first make a shield, but then you want to attack and shape it into a sword)
    *Since he is made of water he can't be damaged by it, but rather embraces it and grows bigger




    Optional restrictions (these are made if current ones aren't enough to get jutsu approved. just highlight those that are to be included in current description)
    *No clones can be maintained at the same time as this jutsu
    *Although samurai is quite durable he has shown significant weakness against even basic offensive (it's not like swamp of the underworld would do the trick since it isn't offensive enough, but C ranked spike would do the trick) doton techniques (C rank and above). Due to enemy's doton chakra interrupting the flow of user's suiton chakra inside samurai whole samurai collapses crushing the user with the very water he brought up to protect him.

    Description: User stomps the ground and two S-rank pillars of earth immediately sprout from the ground around the opponent, separating from the ground to further launch towards the sky. As they do so, they intertwine around the opponent to bind him and forcibly carry him away with them, possibly knocking him out as they do so. This leaves the opponent exposed in the air and if he doesn’t escape the bind, he is assured a freefall crash to the ground where he will be knocked out if he already isn’t. The pillars also have the ability of draining the opponent’s chakra, which makes it impossible for the opponent to use any jutsu above A-rank while he is binded or during the same turn where he escapes the bind.
    Note: Can only be used/taught by BluePhenix.
    Note: Can only be used five times per battle.

    Description: This technique takes basic puppet strings and basic element infusion and puts them together. The user uses three times the amount of chakra need to make normal chakra strings and infuse them with elemental chakra to make them stronger. Each element gives the strings different abilities. They can be manipulated however the user sees fit, and can also transfer abilities into weapons. Also if the strings are whipped at the weaker element, it can cut through the technique.

    Wind: gives them more cutting power, and the elemental advantage over lightning.

    Lightning: gives them a paralyzing affect, and the elemental advantage over earth.

    Earth: gives them more durability and strength, and the elemental advantage over water.

    Water: gives them more of an elastic property, and the elemental advantage over fire.

    Description: The Drunken Brigade is a squad of 4 humanoid puppets (Drunkies), each with different abilities and hidden weapons. They're perfectly capable of being used simultaneously, but the user can choose to bring less into battle, with the option of summoning the remainning ones with a single scroll.

    Murdok Niccals (Kengou)

    Murdok, or the Master Fencer, is the main puppet, and it serves as a second body for the puppeteer, from where she can manipulate all the other Drunkies. While inside this puppet, the user is able to preform handseals and jutsus. Murdok is a fairly agile puppet, and weilds a cane, hidding a thin katana, but since it bears the user, it's movements are somewhat slowed down to those of a normal ninja. The user is able to remove her arm from the puppet's arm, increasing their movement greatly, making it seem as if the puppet has 4 arms. If needed, the user can escape the puppet extremely fast.

    Russel Hobbs (Yokodzuna)

    Russel, or Sumo Champion, is the largest and strongest Drunkie (2,5 meters tall). His fists are made of steel, and can grow spikes to increase it's offencive abilities. It's also the toughest puppet to destroy, not because of it's structure, but because of the Chakra Shields he can summon. He has one on each arm(which open from his forearms), one on each leg, two big ones (appear from his diafragm and from his back) and a spherical one that appear around his head. All of them can deflect up to large and heavy weapons, and up to B rank jutsus. (An A rank destroys the shield, and the correspondent Leg/Arm/Head(Not Torso)). Each shield can only be used 2 times max.
    Despite being a large puppet, it is surprizingly fast (though the slowest of all the Drunkies). He can shoot out each fist once per battle, at great speeds. Either to punch a target or grab it (Simply for Constriction, it isn't retractable)

    Stuart "2D" Pot (Kikeijin)

    Stuart, or the Trickster, is a poison puppet. His arms have 2 small compartiments with a seal inside, which summons small winged balls, like big flies. They're twice has fast as normal flies, and when thrown at an opponent, they fly aimlessly in zigzag until they reach their targets. Upon contact, they inject a deaddly poison (There are multiple injection points, so it doesn't matter the side that touches the target). These flies are very fragile, and at the smalles touch they simply disperse, injecting their poison.
    It can shoot out a shower of needles from his mouth, that poison at the smallest cut. His Legs (Up to the knee) and Arms (Up to the elbow) are filled with near invisible stings, which inject poison at the minimum contact. Once per battle, the puppet can spit a cloud of poison. He is the second fastest puppet, though it's still alot slower than the fastest puppet. His poison has powerfull paralizing abilities. The targetted person can't stand after 3 seconds, and will gradually loose motion. In about 3 days, the person stops breathing and it's heart stops beating.

    Noodles (Sokutama)

    Noodles, or the Speed Ball, is the fastest puppet, due to it's short size. His speed almost touch the 2nd Gate, though to reach it's top speed, no other puppet can move, including the user itself when inside the main puppet. He can bring forth an extendable blade from it's palms and feet, which can be as short has a dagger or as long as a katana, aswell as multiple ones from his back. The fists and anckles can rotate, giving him great sword agility. He has 2 seals on each shoulder, which allows him to summon 4 additional arms, with the same characteristics as the original ones.

    Description: Kazehyoumei is a shortsword but is moderately long compared to a regular shortsword. It has an elemental affinity of wind but it that doesn't discourage kazehyoumei to use other elements. For now, kazehyoumei can only manipulate other elemental chakra other than wind but cannot do any skills with it. Something like coating a kunai with lightning chakra so that it's penetration power is increased, thats what i meant for Kazehyoumei. Activating Kazehyoumei causes wind to shoot out of the tip of the sword, making it look like a regular long-sword. The wind shooting out of it is piercing sharp and creates a very small creaking sound which cannot be heard with the slightest sound interuption. When activated, it also feeds on the surrounding wind for more power and can completely absorb up to B-rank wind jutsus. Kazehyoumei increases the speed of thrown projectiles and can manipulate the direction of the thrown projectiles by manipulating it's wind chakra around. (Not the thrown projectile's wind chakra, Kazehyoumei's wind chakra). When Kazehyoumei is activated, the user can release a dangerously sharp wind blast equalling the power of an A-rank wind jutsu just by swinging it at the targeted direction. Also when activated, the user can use wind jutsus with the handseal 'Ram' with the sword being in between the user's hand as he does the handseal.

The user must release almost ever bit of chakra he has left so after this jutsu is deactivated the user collapses unable to use any jutsu what so ever and is restrcted to almost a slow walk. He is in so much pain after this jutsu that he can barely force himself to stand, this leaves him/her wide open for attack if he hasn't finished off his/her opponent by now. The user will most likely die if not brought to the hospital in time.

Diprotodon is a huge giant Wombat known as the Lord of Wombat and it size about 4 meters (15 feet long) from nose to tail, standing 3 meters (10 ft) tall, Diprotodon is covered with short, grizzled fur. Its thick legs end in massive digging claws, he also able to dig up the ground in fast speed and travel underground to create a huge hole/pit, and he has two large tusks project horizontally from its lower jaw. he shakes his head threateningly and prepares to charge. Diprotodon is the master of earth jutsu and can only be perform up to B-Rank and down earth jutsu with no hand seal. With his large tusks project horizontally from its lower jaw diprotodon capable of blocking C-Rank and down elemantal jutsus with more effort but counts towards one the users moves.

Its finger nail able to extend from mid to long range and capable to trap the enemy shadow to bind the enemy or direct stab or bind like a rope/chain to them with fast speed which will cause the enemy trap or causing severe injured and die. Its shield able to block any elemental jutsu except for fire jutsu up to B-Rank. When it’s exhale, the shadow demon will drown out total black air smoke in long range then will surrounds the enemy which cause them in total darkness, only 2 tomoe sharingan can see through it.

    Description: After training with the elder condors for a period of 1 month. The user will gain an increase in abilities. The strength to crack a 10 inch thick concrete wall with a single punch. Tremendous speed by gaining complete control over their chakra system and using it to increase their speed to up to 5X their normal speed by directing their chakra to the muscles in their body. Increased ninjutsu by +15 due to having complete control over their chakra network thanks to the incredibly hard training method by the elder condors that teaches them how to use their chakra efficiently and with better control. This happens by making them use almost all of their chakra on a daily basis for 30 days. They use all of their chakra by using it to run laps using their chakra to move the muscles in their legs faster. They do that one day and the next day they spend it by punching a concrete wall until their fists are greatly damaged and they use their chakra to help punch the wall as their goal is to crack it or even break the wall. After 15 days they are given chakra by the elder condors that is stored into a certain place within their chakra network that gives them heightened abilities that gives them strength to crack a 10in thick concrete wall and to run at 5X their normal speed. they then practice these abilities for 15 days by doing the same training routine as before. To activate the chakra by the condors, one must sacrifice a portion of their own chakra, -40 is required and be fused with the summoning boss as he will have to unlock it for the user and use part of the users own chakra to do so. But, they will gain +70 in return and will feel the chakra of the 3 elders racing throughout their body along with the abilities mentioned.

    - Must have the condor contract for at least 1 month and have permission from the contract holder to use [I am the contract holder for Condors]

    - Must have signed condor contract.

    - Must battle the contract holder and use this jutsu to test for proper use.

    - Must be sannin rank to use as skill is required.

    - Must have mastered the basic 5 elements due to the knowledge of chakra that's required.

    - User can only use this after summoning the condor boss [Lord Sendo]

    - Must fuse with the Condor Boss [Lord Sendo] In order to awaken the elders chakra

    - Lasts 5 turns but after 3 turns the chakra amount will lower greatly and the users speed is decreased to 3X instead of 5X and ninjutsu is reduced to +8 instead of +15

    - User feels weaker after this mode has worn off and cannot use S rank jutsu for 2 turns.

    - Can only be used once per battle since they will no longer have the elders chakra after the 5 turns.

    - This isn't a special type of chakra, it's concentrated chakra that the condor elders store within the user for a period of 15 days.

    I have Hell Fire Mode Already approved. I am Re-posting it with Improvements in English with addition to more details and explanation in Custom Element Jutsus. Hell Fire Mode was approved before I had Hell Fire as CE, so it was Not a CE Only Jutsu at that time but now I am reserving it for CE only Jutsu. Further I have introduced a Stage 2 as well.

    The Below Custom will be my Non CE official Fire Mode

    Fire Mode: Kagutsuchi
    Rank: Forbidden
    Type: Supplementary
    Chakra: 120
    Damage: 60 (To User)
    Requirement: Uchiha Ace/Ali Bio.
    Description: User with continuous training and storing has stored large amount of Fire chakra in his body which he keeps stored in a seal (Similar to Tsunade). When Needed He releases the Seal which over comes all His Chakra types in the body and starts dominating. User can only use Fire Element from 5 Standard Elements. User is covered with a flaming Aura hot enough to evaporate water and consume wind jutsus at will. (Limits Mentioned Below)

    Consequences:
    1. User can’t use Wind, Water, Earth and Lighting for rest of the battle even after the mode ends.
    2. Lasts 4 turns after which user is left with 25% Chakra and all his abilities are gone.
    3. Manipulating of Opponents fire jutsus counts as a Move.
    4. User burns up his Body by introducing Moderate 3rd Degree Burns.
    5. User receives damage of 60 to himself.

    Abilities Gained:
    1. User can sense Heat presence from all distances with pin point accuracy.
    2. User can Manipulate Fire at his own will, even all his opponents fire jutsus.
    3. User can increase his movements by shooting jets of fire from his hands or legs.
    4. No Hand-seals required in performing of Fire jutsus.
    5. User becomes Immune to Wind jutsus and can consume Wind jutsus by burning them up.
    6. User becomes resistant to water as well (up to B rank) as they simple evaporate before coming in contact with user.
    7. User can withstand fire up to A-rank.
