    Description: Tobirama Senju (or Minato Namikaze) concentrates a lot of chakra in his hands thus increasing sense of touch and puts them on the ground. By doing so, he gains ability to sense enemies that are kilometers away. Only downside to this technique is the thing that concentrating chakra in one's hands to improve sense of touch this much isn't a feat that can be done at whim thus it requires some time to do it.
    *Note - Concentrating chakra in hands require 1 turn and once activated it stays active as long as user keeps his hands on the ground.
    *Note -

    - I don't think that this jutsu needs restrictions as, for example, duration or number of uses since it is pretty unusable in a fight.
    - I have left empty "Note" if you still believe that some restrictions should be added (If you want to add any please do it yourself so I don't have to wait for another checking of CJs - thank you in advance).
    - This jutsu isn't any cannon thing. I just wrote "Tobirama Senju (or Minato Namikaze)" since they are the only ones who have shown the ability to sense ninjas through vibrations of earth.

    Description: Tobirama Senju (or Minato Namikaze) concentrates a lot of chakra in his feet but this time, instead of using chakra to enhance speed or enable user to walk on trees or water, user uses chakra to increase sense of touch in his feet. By doing so, he gains ability to sense enemies through vibrations with his feat instead of hands. Big downside of this technique is the thing that user can't use chakra to enhance speed or enable user to walk on trees or water with this jutsu activated at the same time. User also isn't able to switch this jutsu off and then, for example, be able to use chakra to walk over water in the same turn.
    *Note -

    - I also don't think that this technique is OP since there exist a lot of far stronger sensing jutsus (like that sonar thing that stays on for whole battle and this technique only allows user to sense vibrations of earth). He can't sense someone flying over him, throwing a kunai etc.

    Description: This bow, specially crafted by the land of the skies blacksmiths, is made of a light but very resistant metal which is deep blue and trimmed with gold alloy. The bow's trims were sharped relentlessly in order to ensure that, over the years, it may still cut through rock or common metals. The bow has a black handle made of tar-covered sharkskin, just like samurai katanas, ensuring maximum grip. The user of this bow can infuse raiton chakra in great quantities and apply shape manipulation in order to create a thick arrow of pure lightning energy which can be later shot in a straight line but at great speeds and a normal chakra bowstring. The arrow have a penetrating power comparable to chidori, but once they struck the opponent they will revert back to lightning energy and shock the particular area numbing it.
    But the utility of this ancient weapon does not end here, the bow can be disassembled in two separate blades that the user can use freely as very sharp and light weapons. If infused with raiton chakra, the sharpness of the blades is taken to a whole new level.

    "increasing effect of genjutsu" expand. does it increase turn duration? and also you need to make it sight based genjutsu only and if it's a genjutsu in itself and not a physical eye it shouldn't increase your own jutsu effects as genjutsu isn't able to enhance personal performance.


    Sorry Kawagiri but this Jagan eye is to be declined and not resubmitted its to similar to creating a new doujutsu as its using a new eye to enhance genjutsu

    2 seconds is hardly appropriate... if it only took 2 seconds to enter sage mode it wouldn't be a problem in the anime/manga for the characters who use/used it.

This technique is powerful enough to tear off half of someones face with a glancing blow. To stop the lava from further hurting the user, the user resets the earth layer to it's original state, by channeling earth chakra (he/she does this constantly, and on instinct). It takes the user 2 seconds to form the earth and lava and can be done during the claw-thrust.


    -Lasts for as long as the user wants, but during it's duration the user can only use lava and earth techniques.

    Note: A lava user has the ability to change earth into lava and thus can change lava back to earth. Basically I constantly send out earth chakra that resets the earth layer to it's original state, meaning it's temperature goes back to normal. On the first jutsu where I fire the lava arm, I stop using earth chakra and use wind chakra which would only take a few seconds which would be enough time for the lava not to get through.

    Description: Like how Ninjas charge chakra to their feet to walk on water, this jutsu is similar to that. The user constantly charges Earth chakra to their feet (or any body part that is about to touch the lava) which manipulates earth in the lava into solid earth which they can stand on. When they remove their body part it turns back into lava. Once the user activates this mode it lasts for the rest of the battle, and the user sends out the chakra on instinct (like ninjas do for walking on water). Because the user is constantly sending out earth chakra, the earth will constantly reset stoping the earth from turning into lava.

    -Once activated it lasts for the rest of the match
    -While standing on lava the user can only use lava and earth techniques.




    Yōton : Shōshaku Ase | Lava Release : Cauterising Sweat

    Description: The user materialises lava out of their pores (the user can choose where he wants the lava to materialise). The lava sweat can be used to cauterise wounds and release the user from genjutsu (except Tsukuyomi) (as the pain causes the user to snap of out of it). The user can also use this as a defence as he can materialise lava at the place of impact burning the opponent (if the opponent punches the user etc).

    -Can only use thrice per battle
    -Lava lasts until the user changes it to earth which then turns to dust and falls off.
    -Can only release from genjutsu again after two turns from when the user releases the jutsu as the user will go into shock and won't feel pain for two turns.

    Description: The user sends his chakra into ground and turns the earth beneath the ground that surrounds the opponent into a deep lava lake, while still keeping a layer of earth on the surface.     Description: Like how Ninjas charge chakra to their feet to walk on water, this jutsu is similar to that. The user constantly charges Earth chakra to their feet (or any body part that is about to touch the lava) which manipulates earth in the lava into solid earth which they can stand on. When they remove their body part it turns back into lava. Once the user activates this mode it lasts for the rest of the battle, and the user sends out the chakra on instinct (like ninjas do for walking on water). Because the user is constantly sending out earth chakra, the earth will constantly reset stoping the earth from turning into lava.

    -Once activated it lasts for the rest of the match
    -While standing on lava the user can only use lava and earth techniques.

    this wouldn't really prevent harsh burning from the heat radiating from it...


    To Zen or whoever checks this:
    Before you say I can't stand on lava as it would kill me, lava doesn't work like that, it doesn't melt through everything it touches in a second, especially when it's not above the surface (as it cools down on the surface). Its been shown in real life that you can run over and even step in lava without taking damage to the limb (a scientist accidentally stepped in lava but suffered no damage as the lava was only able to burn the nylon lasses but not the thick leather of the boot). Lava doesn't melt through earth in a second, otherwise the magma would melt through the volcano (the magma does melt the earth but it takes ages for it to melt it). I'm basically constantly channeling chakra and manipulating the earth in the lava to solidify and giving me a place to stand on.

    manipulating earth wouldn't solidify lava... water on the other hand would, if you want all poisonous sulphur based gases in your body which eminates from the lava anyway =/

    again, this wouldn't stop prolonged exposure to heat from burning you... also if you want me to give you full protection from anyone else who uses lava jutsu then no way...

If the opponent loses their footing, he or she would get sucked into the orb and would be beaten and thrown around like a rag doll.

Then the user will fire another ball(s) of lightning towards to the opponent(s) which will cause hundreds of lightning bolts to come crashing down on the lightning ball(s) and anything next to it and, leveling that spot. The more lightning balls fired through out the area , the wider the damage.
    This jutsu is prefect for weaking a bijju

    150 is too much, if it was wrote like 80 (150 on bijuu or large summon) then i may consider it but it would need restrictions too.

This jutsu won't explode when combined with fire, since its not that strong enough to combust into flames and this jutsu wont work under water unless the user preforms this jutsu before hand and creates a larger bubble or a air storage bubble on his or her back.

    fire would still remove the oxygen, but i like the idea for when in poison clouds etc.

The user then lowers the heptagonal prism into the white ball in the middle of the pillars. The beams of light of the pillars are now shining into each of the seven sides of the heptagonal prism and are shining through the crystal half-skull. The chakra/light from the pillars is bounced off of the complex system of mirrors inside of the half-skull and is then refracted out of the eyes of the skull, sending two rainbow chakra beams at the opponant that can incinerate them. The skull can be turned in place to change the beams' direction.

    bear in mind shadow users keep their weapons in different areas to regular ninja, so if a regular person throws a kunai in this mode, u'd be grabbing at an area your bag isn't located to get a kunai/shuriken etc.

    Description: With pure concentration, the user focuses his shadow outward and upward covering his whole body with his own shadow. Though cover in black, the user can easily be spotted in light or opening of the daytime, this technique is most beneficial during nite or darkness of the area to remain hidden or attack stealthy. With the body covered in his own shadow, the user emits shadow chakra outward allowing him to see in most complete darkness.

    Description: One of the most devestating shadow technique created, the user will weave a series of handsigns then crouches down on one knee holding the rat sign. Once the rat sign is held out, the user's shadow will rapidly emerge outward and upward covering a large area in height and weight in which will come crashing down on the opponent just like how a tsunami occurs. The shadow is also very dense which can be used as a defense to block some equal rank or lower attacks or just to turn a defensive move into an offensive move. Once the shadow have crashed down on an opponent or object, the shadow loses its dense property and turns into a pool of shadow and slides back to the user.
    -2 usage per battle
    -No S rank Shadow for two turns and no S rank Water the next turn

    It requires 2 users otherwise the rock would be unstable and crumble i.e. the height would be impossible.

    Restrictions
    • Can only be used once per battle
    • Takes 2 turns to complete(no other jutsu's from the users while doing this
    jutsu)



    declined... yes it takes 2 users 2 turns to perform, but if you activate 2 clones to do this, then your real body would just defend the group till it's done, and even an s rank lightning wouldn't destroy it technically with that damage level...

It will also hurt the opponent if caught in the dome radius.
    Drawbacks
    -if hit by a fire style jutsu, the dome will be engulfed in flame, causing much harm to the user.

    NOTES
    -can only be used 3 times per battle.
    -No other wind style move can be used this turn
    -can only be taught by Dopeboyfresh95

    is it useful? consider if the jutsu is going to be something worthwhile.

    the last stage of your SUPER custom! is your custom seeming overpowered? then add some restrictions that have negative effects or limit it's usage... that ensures a more successful submission!

    i know it's only lightning jutsu that's absorbed, but simply having this sword being able to absorb so much of one element would stop people wanting to use lightning and pretty much cripple the element.

    He has a very similar ability to Jiraiya in that he can turn all his hairs into sharp spikes that will impale anything that touch's them but unlike Jiraiya he cannot manipulate the length or shape.
    He is an expert Kenjutsu & Taijutsu fighter so he has enhanced reflexes for someone his size and is very skilled with his knife.
    His knife has special properties which allow it to absorb any lightning jutsu up to S rank and wherever the knife is it will draw the lightning there like a magnet.
    He can change his size with one handsign, he can't increase in size and will remain this size for the rest of the battle if he leaves the battlefield and returns he will come back at full size but cannot change size again.
    Earth/Water techniques don't really affect him unless on a large scale i.e. Long Range but all the other elements especially Fire are very effective against him.
    Restrictions:
    • Can only be summoned twice per battle
    • Can only change size once per battle
    • Will stay on the battlefield for 5 turns
    • Can only harden hair into spikes twice per battle
    • Using knife to absorb lightning can only be used:
      once for S-rank
      twice for A-rank (but if 1 A-rank is absorbed a S rank cannot be)

    "Can be used for escaping" a fight? a jutsu? only in water? i'd sure see a crocodile unless it could camouflage when it's not in water etc. just expand on these details, it's quite important to be thorough with description to avoid arguments later with people.

    Description: User must first concentrate both Earth and Wind based chakra while weaving Snake → Rabbit → Rat → Ox → Dog handseals. Then, as the handseals are completed the earth will rumble for few seconds and thirty pockets filled with compressed tornadoes appear on the field. Any tremors done within earth will cause the pockets to break and release the tornado/es. Stepping on the pockets will cause the same thing and each tornado's size is about 1/10 of Atsugai's size. Large tremors will also cause chain reaction of multiple tornadoes being released.
    Note:
    - Can be used only once per battle
    - User can control the spots that the pockets are being made in but the tornadoes cannot be controlled
    - No Wind jutsus at the same turn after this one
    - No Forbidden Wind or Earth is allowed on next turn

    note the jutsu is about 5 meters long each triangle of the star

The jutsu creates a a short ranged chakra barrier that forces the enemy to stay within a short range distance of the user. also if the trap is set the chain will unavoidably set off and wrap around the enemy the the scythes while cut them.
    note: even if the enemy jumps or goes underground the traps will still set off.
    Attacks can also come in but not go out.
    If the enemy casts a summon or clone and the summon or clone leaves the area the caster will be the one effected.

    A dark sword, in which was valued as the ultimate killing weapon.

    It was a rumour that one of the son's of the Sage of the Six Paths made this sword as a mark of the Uchiha. Yet that rumour was never proved true, the sword was passed down through Konoha until Sin came across it and made it more modern and shiny. The sword was given the name Dark Slayer but Sin decided to take the sword and call it Sin just after her. The name Sin became more known than Dark Slayer. Now this sword is being sought after by the greatest sword masters because of it's power.

    The brushed steel on it, was made long ago and Sin didn't want it changed so nobody knows what it is made from. Dark Slayer also is a more fire and wind based sword.
    It can also be split into two miniature dagger versions of it which takes less than 2 seconds to do. If anyone other than Sin touches this sword, it will vanish and appear in Sin's hand (If free, if not the will appear on back of Sin)

    Abilities:
    • 10 more damage to Taijutsu and Kenjutsu attacks.
    • Can release a vortex of wind equal to a B-rank wind jutsu and this can only be used 4 times per battle.
    • Can also create a radiating flash that blinds the opponent for a turn. Use for once per battle.


    Restrictions:
    • Water and Water CEs cause 10 more damage.
    • Water and Water CEs cause 10 less damage used by Sin.


    Expand on the two things listed below
    The part where the sword can split into two daggers
    And the part where the sword vanishes from an enemies hand into yours

    Description : Controls bits of earth around the user to rise and cover the part of the body where is injured. The earth helps toughen the cells inside the part where is injured to give the user control over the injured area (example : a broken arm/hand). This does not require any handseals but only molding of earth.

    ~After 3 turns has pass, the body part which was temporarily healed, will be back to each injured state.
    ~Only able to be used once in battle


    Declined, you cannot hold a broken leg in place and still walk the weight of the body will still put to much pressure on the leg
