    When infused, the sword will be covered with the element its being infused with making the attack strength stronger. The user of the jutsu is seperated by a small air pocket inside that moves to the shape of the user, preventing the field from slowing himself down.

    How big is this "field" exactly?
    Kawagiri did emp tell you to check these? if not i dont believe you are the one to check these. seeing as how he is the one to tell me to modify these.

    Description: Tsubaki is a Mini-sycth, linked at their ends by enchanted chains that are able to expand into long range and retract into short range at the users will. Tsubaki can be summoned in the users hand or in its sheath. Tsubaki has black and silver colored handles. The user can channel lightning chakra into Tsubaki to create an aura of electrical currents around the blades allowing them to cut through things easier. Also while the swords are active the users lightning techniques are increased by 10+ so that the users lightning jutsu are stronger. Once every 4 turns the sword can channel lightning chakra through the ground to electrocute the opponent (The lightning chakra can travel up to mid range). Tsubaki can absorb lightning chakra up C-rank.

    Description: Reaver is the boss summoning of the crows. Reaver is a giant black crow with red eyes. He's the same size as Pein's Giant Drill-Beaked Bird (Giant Drill-Beaked Bird - Narutopedia, the Naruto Wiki). Reaver is capable of releasing a cawing sound from his mouth that momentarily brings a torrent of small crows that come to his aid, approximately five seconds after the release of the caw (he can release this caw thrice per battle, must wait three turns between doing it, and it also counts as a jutsu for him to do this). The appearing crows are mainly used to confuse or distract the enemy and obscure his/her sight. Reaver is able to use any crow-related jutsu, as well as spew any fire jutsu from his beak of A-rank or lower. He flies at an extremely quick pace, something that had improved simply from having to keep up with the awfully quick Itachi when aiding him in battle. At the speeds that he flies at, and the sheer power that his beak has, he is often able to cut through trees while flying.
    Note: Reaver can only be summoned once per battle, and disappears the fifth turn after he was originally summoned.

    Description: Terra is a medium-sized crow with feather colors that are closer to brown than black. Terra has the most powerful beak of all birds, and along with the speeds that he flies at, Terra is capable of going through the earth underground as though he were a drill ripping through the ground, tucking in it's wings as it sinks down into the earth to give him a sort of torpedo appearance. While underground, or simply standing on the ground, Terra can sense the location of any opponent on the ground, making this useful to intercept opponents using Underground Fish Projection or another such jutsu by him intercepting them. However, Terra must always be moving throughout the ground, and cannot simply stay still, and must always move forward, making it slightly difficult for him to turn if he misses the opponent, and, needless to say, the summoner cannot stay on Terra's back as he drills through the earth. Terra's powerful beak is capable of stabbing through anything as strong as concrete, and is capable of making dents in metal (provided he has gained enough momentum).
    Note: Terra can only be summoned twice per battle, and the user must wait six turns between summoning him.

    ~ Numerous CJ exist already allowing users to sense what is underground through contact with it. Your summon is not going to have that ability. ~

    Description: This is a crow-related genjutsu, being done either by looking into the eyes of a crow or into the eyes of it's summoner. This genjutsu is incorporated smoothly into battle, to the point where it's difficult for the captured opponent to even tell that they are in the genjutsu (we've seen genjutsu be done that are done in battle where the victim doesn't become aware of the genjutsu until it's effect kicks in and makes it obvious) and therefore, the user will have the same surroundings that they did while out of the genjutsu. Within a second, the crow (or crows if there are more than one) will fly directly above the opponent, converging above him/her if there are large numbers of them. Immediately, the crow(s) will completely burst, and their feathers will all rain down on the opponent, coming down on and around him in a circular form with a very large diameter. The opponent will then see all of these feathers simultaneously explode, injuring them badly. However, this genjutsu is mixed in with a physical attack that the summoner of the crow does outside of the genjutsu. They will immediately jump over them when the opponent is caught in the genjutsu, and then throw countless kunai with explosive tags wrapped around them, coming down on the opponent and explode simultaneously with the feathers. This jutsu is extremely versatile as far as who can perform it. Any crow can do this; if the user looks into the eyes of even a small crow, they can still be caught in it (but since small crows are usually in large flocks, all of the crows on the battlefield will appear in the genjutsu, and so there must be other crows around) and for medium to large-sized crows, they are capable of doing this genjutsu from a greater distance (bigger eyes) and they are able to do this completely alone. As said earlier, anyone with the crow summoning can do this as well, provided there is already a summoned crow on the field. However, in order to do this, the actual summoner must be within mid-range of the opponent, in order to make it above them in time to throw all of the explosive kunai.
    Note: Only usable twice per battle, and the user must wait three of his turns between using this again.
    Note: Being that this is an eye contact genjutsu, this requires no actual hand seals and can therefore be done quite quickly.

    ~ I don't agree with small crows doing it; second, I want one more restriction. ~

    These two jutsu had been already changed back in my last post according to Caliburn's requests (they were never checked either, but I'm just saying so there's really no reason for them not to be approved).

    (Hyouton: Shimo Hishou) Ice Style: Frost Flight

    Description: The user will use their ice chakra to burst out of their backs and solidify into two large wings made of ice that will protrude out of their backs. Both wings are around the same size as the user (similarly sized to when Sasuke used to go into his second curse seal stage). The main function of these would be, obviously, allowing their user to fly into the air, however the ice wings have several other functions. The wings are also capable of releasing multiple ice senbon when fully spread out that all rush towards the opponent (this can be done by spreading one wing or both). The wings are also capable of acting as a defense mechanism, allowing the user to cocoon themselves within the wings. In this stage, they are capable of defend the user from enemy jutsu, projectiles, or taijutsu. The wings are consistently releasing a small amount of cool mist, simply radiating from themselves, and therefore whenever the wings move in flight the mist surrounds the user from being spread around. Anyone near the user while the wings are moving (so this only applies when the user is flying), or anyone who touches these wings will begin to be slowly frozen (slowly enough that it still allows them to possibly save themselves, but the freezing starts from the hand, or foot, that they touched the wing with, beginning with a bluish radiance and then slowly encasing them). The wings allow the user to move in the air at a much quicker pace then they would at the ground. This jutsu is done relatively quickly, and when the user does this, they can choose to already be in a cocoon form if necessary (similarly to how when Sasuke first went his curse seal level 2 mode he was already being defended by the wings when they appeared).
    Note: May only be used twice per battle and lasts three turns each time (must wait at least two turns, excluding the turn it deactivates, before doing this again).
    Note: If the user uses the ice wings to protect them from a jutsu, it only protect against fire A-rank and lower, one S-rank jutsu, two A-rank jutsu (excluding fire), OR three B-rank jutsu. Emphasis on "or," meaning it can only do one of those, if the opponent uses two B-ranks and one S-rank, for example, the user cannot defend against the S-rank jutsu using the wings, not fully anyway. These jutsu can be blocked periodically (meaning that if the opponent uses one B-rank blocked by this, and then a few turns later the user blocks another B-rank using this, and another later, it is considered valid). After doing blocking any combination of the said jutsu ranks, the wings are both destroyed.

    (Houto Tame Keimei) Way to Dawn

    Description: Way to Dawn is the name of Riku's most highly favored sword. Riku constantly keeps it in his sheathe, having to often use it in battle, but if not already sheathed, he can call it to the field at any time (this requires no hand seals, so he can do it fluently and quickly in battle, but does require the above chakra amount). It's appearance is quite peculiar, most notably the wing on the inner part of it's blade. The main color of the blade is somewhere between a dark red and black, transitioning in colors from black to dark red from the blade edge to the blade's back respectively. One half of the blade's guard is compromised of what seems to be a demonic wing, whilst the other seems to be an angelic counterpart. Way to Dawn is of fair size for a blade, and Riku most often uses it with one hand, allowing for quicker attacks than most swordsmen could muster. The blade's affinity, being that it's Riku's blade, belongs with ice-related techniques and jutsu. First, whenever the blade is in Riku's hand, he is capable of doing all ice jutsu with barely any handseals, but rather simply by swinging the blade or, in some cases such as the ice spike jutsu, stabbing it into the ground and any ice-related jutsu carried out through the sword will be a rank stronger than normally (does not apply to S-ranks, which will remain at normal strength). The sword can, at any time, be imbued with ice chakra that will increase it's durability and cutting power, though this, obviously, requires the user to use up more chakra. When the user does this, the blade will also become larger than normally and be covered in what seems to be a light blue coating, giving the sword extra reach, though still leaving it at the same weight and still allowing Riku to hold it the same way and still be balanced. The sword also has several other abilities (to be submitted as customs).
    Note: When focusing ice chakra into the sword, the user will lose ten chakra points per turn.

    Description:This is another conjunction style jutsu performed alongwith Franky Two Face.In his jutsu the user for starters needs to have body contact with Franky,then as the user places his hand on franky ,the user streams a large amount of suiton chakra into franky and simultaneously Franky(he has hands as stated in his description) will perform 3 handseals and in perfect unison with the user's suiton chakra will expell a stream of condensed water from his beak(45 cm radius)with lightning in it(franky's affinity is lightning) which travels fast and can shock and paralyse the opponent severely disabling him from continuing the battle.

    Description:Shinsou was an indestructible blade which whose creator is unknown.It was found by a person named Muramusa,the demon of war.The blade was used in so many uncountable battles that it gained a black color due to the drying up of blood on it.Lightning and Wind chakra can be chanelled into this blade and two powerful S ranked blasts of wind or lightning chakra nature can be sent at the opponent each turn.The sword is about 1 metre long and is very sharp as it can easily cut through rock and even cut through metal when wind chakra is chanelled Into it.It is said that if anyone aside from the wielder of the sword itself looks at the swords blade the person will be cut though it is just a rumour and not true.When lightning chakra in channeled into the sword and if the opponent is hit he will be shocked and paralysed for a few seconds,however chanelling wind chakra into it only makes it sharper.

The blade itself can slice through almost any material. As the Claymore is swung a layer of chakra will fly off the blade and is capable of cutting through earth. The drawback to this attack is that it is slow and predictable.

A large summon such as Gamabunta would be able to withstand the wind while receiving minor cuts, but their movements would be somewhat restricted.

The major drawback of this technique is that once used, the full transformation can only be sustained for three more moves (not turns) no matter what and techniques that rely on its strong outer layer can no longer be used.

    Description: At Mount Stalk (The home of the Secretary Birds), because of their big size they must eat more worms, than normal birds would usually eat. Luckily they use a big area of their domain, as a breeding ground for their food. These worms are not normal, they are much bigger and have a ravenous hunger and a mouth with sharp teeth and will eat meat if they have to. The Secretary Birds can summon these worms to them (through the use of special seals) so they can feed when their away from home. The birds can teach the signers of the contract how to summon them. For this technique the summoner must be in close range, after the user has wiped blood on their summoning tattoo, all he/she has to do is place her palm on the intended targets body, causing a worm to be summoned within the enemy's body. The worm will starting eating them, from the inside out. They are fast eaters and will rapidly eat through the victims body.

    Note
    -Can only use once.
    -Must have signed the Secretary Birds summoning contract.
    -If the user has already wiped blood on his Summoning Tattoo earlier on in the battle, he can use this jutsu at any time.
    -Wherever the users palm lands is where the worm will be summoned, and start eating from.

    One of the strongest Genjutsu in existence, and definitely one of the most useful, it is rumoured among lands to actually possess a fragment of the power of the god Hyperion.
    To use this technique, the user forms eight handseals, ending in a position where one clenched fist is on an open palm, and calls out "Summoning !". The Genjutsu activates instantly, and the air behind the user appears to distort and warp. Two eyes appear, each the size of an average person's torso, and appear to float behind the user.
    The Genjutsu is then activated whenever the opponent looks at the user's torso, and by extension, the eyes floating behind him. The opponent then believes that the eyes are seeing through his very soul for a split second, allowing the user to read and predict his moves. What really occurs is that the opponent takes to shouting out his moves loudly, including telling the user of any surprise attacks or possible plans he has set up. The opponent, however, doesn't know he is doing this, and begins sweating under the gaze of the eyes, believing they possess a mind-reading quality.
    This can be considered the first stage of the Genjutsu.
    The second stage of the Genjutsu begins with the opponent believing that the eyes belong to a powerful being, whose rage can destroy him in a split second. The opponent then believes that the being is angry with him and will destroy him if he or something under his control so much as attempts any form of sneak attack, stopping his need to do it.
    The third and final stage of the Genjutsu is when the opponent attempts a sneak attack after being driven to it by desperation, and he believes the being's eyes glow and warp him away to space, where he suffocates from the lack of oxygen. The opponent truly believes he is suffocating and begins holding his throat and collapsing.
    The fact that the user calls out "Summoning !" makes the opponent believe that the being is actually a summon of the user, who has called down a fraction of a God's power, and not what it really is - a highly skilled, extremely well-made, Genjutsu.

    The technique does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
    • This technique may be actvated only once per battle. After the Genjutsu ends or is broken, the eyes "close" for two turns, before opening and ready once again.
    • The three-tomoe Sharingan and above break through the Genjutsu with ease.
    • A normal opponent can potentially break through the Genjutsu, with a good amount of pain. However, the fact that he believes it is not a Genjutsu, means that he does not activate pain on himself, meaning he is caught in it.
    • Another method of avoiding this Genjutsu altogether is simple - to a skilled Taijutsu master who knows the EIG, they can simply fight like Gai does by watching the user's feet.
    • If the user hits the opponent while he is caught in the Genjutsu, the resulting pain will knock the opponent out of the illusion.

    A weapon forged from the pits of Tartarus, created by celestial bronze, and infused with the power of time itself - or so legend speaks about it. The true secrets of the weapon, and how it manages to fool people into believing it is divine, are known only to the wielder.
    The Scythe of Kronos is a four-foot curved blade attached to a six-foot staff. The blade possesses serrated edges, making it tear into skin and flesh deeper, and literally yank an opponent's flesh out of his body if the blade enters their skin. The blade and the staff are bronze-coloured, and embossed with silver skull-designs.
    The staff is an indestructible weapon, and the skull designs serve numerous purposes, one of which being the matrix for a blood-bond seal. This means that the weapon will not recognize a new wielder, and will "disappear" from the hands of anyone wielding it, to return to the user.
    The second ability of the skull design is that it is actually the base for Genjutsu, two Genjutsu to be exact. The first activates whenever the opponent sets sights on the scythe. It triggers a deep fear in their mind of the weapon, and they see it being wielded by Death himself. The second activates whenever the weapon manages to touch the opponent. This triggers fear, but of a different kind, paralyzing, immobilizing fear that makes the opponent lose all hope and stand there immobile with weakening resolve.
    The other abilities of the scythe are based on its manipulation of wind. It's first ability, also called the "stasis hold", triggers a compression of air in a particular spherical area. This means that the speed of any physical object entering the area is cut down by 75%. The second ability, also called the "weathering" ability, creates a blast of wind that picks up fine grains of sand from the ground, and uses it as a sandblaster. This ability can eat away at something composed of rock, or stone and make it seem to "age" away into fine dust. This is especially useful if the opponent is standing on a structure, causing it to collapse under him. The weathering effect can also be cast directly on an opponent, to cause numerous long scratches, raw skin and bleeding.

    The technique does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
    • Though the scythe is indestructible, it cannot cut through everything.
    • The two-tomoe Sharingan and above break through both Genjutsu with ease. A normal person can also escape it by causing themselves pain. Since the Genjutsu are not particularly high-ranked, or well made, an average-sized cut on their body, or an equivalent pain will be enough to break it.
    • The "stasis hold" effect works only on physical objects, and the maximum size of the sphere that can be created is that of a car. Anything without physical form, such as lightning or fire, will pass through unaffected. The "stasis hold" can also be used only once every two turns at maximum.
    • The weathering effect will not work on anything stronger than steel - on steel, it will not cause it to burst into small pieces, but will chip away at its edges. The weathering effect can also be attempted only thrice on a human opponent.
    • The weathering effect, if aimed at an opponent, will not be cast directly on him, but will gather from around him, giving him some time to avoid it.

    The Weathering effect worries me... and the paralyzing touch of it.
    if the weathering effect is used on any wood, earth, ice, etc. it would overpower it by the description, as they aren't as strong as steel.

    Description: Warui Inu, or just Inu is one mean ass dog. He is very aggressive, belligerent, mean and disobedient. However for all these negative qualities he is damn powerful. Standing nearly five feet tall and weighing 175 pounds of muscle is can be very intimidating but it is for good reason. Inu fought his whole life against stronger and meaner dogs who were also tossed aside. His appearance is of that warrior who has survived. He has black fur that is very rich, and branded on his body are flames that have formed in his actual fur. So to compliment his black fur is red patches in the shapes on flames around his neck, paws, tail, back and a few places in between. indicating him to be a natural at fire-based techniques. He is able to use up to A-Rank Fire techniques, and also able to spew out multiple speedy fireballs (max of three) at one time at the opponent equal to a C-Rank Katon.
    (Only able to spew fire 2 times per battle)

    Description: Shikon Mo-do was developed by the elder nin-dogs/wolves who once lived on Mount Fang. Much like the toad's Sage Mode, Fang Mode, is a unique and powerful mode only usable by those who have either the Dog or the Wolf Contract, and show a great determination and loyalty. Being granted this Elder Chakra, it functions much like Nature Chakra, and therefore this makes using this technique while on the move impossible, taking nearly 5 whole seconds for the chakra to be distrbuted in the user's body, but when the user enters the mode, he will nearly triple his amount of chakra from his surroundings, and his Ninjutsu would change drastically, becoming more powerful plus added strength although not as great as Sage Mode, the user can still break concrete with a poke of the finger, and more speed and agility that only MS can track. The elder chakra also allows for the a form of taijutsu called Claw Katas, that when trying to physically strike an opponent, if the attack is out of reach or is missed the user still hits the opponents causing deep claw mark gashes to the opponent. There are some differences between Sage Mode and Fang Mode though, instead of the user being able to sense where the opponent is by chakra, this mode focuses on the user's senses allowing the ability to be able to sniff/hear them out no matter where they are and refine his search so that he smells/hears only the opponent, preventing an attack on his olfactory/auditory system. The user also gains a unique ability that's very much similar to how a canine can detect a storm before it arrives. Using a off-shoot of this ability the user is granted the ability to sense a chakra type before it's even released giving an extremely great reaction time to the opponent's ninjutsu. Lastly, the users vocal chords grow much stronger a simple "Bark/Howl" can send an opponent flying backwards.

    *Jutsu can not be used if body is not straight, but arms are able to move when under speeds of 30 mph
    *Jutsu cannot be stopped until it makes contact with something, or someone.
    *Exception for above-If user is about to hit a wall or ground with this jutsu, they are able to land before hitting it, but landing will cause leg damage, depending on the speeds, and what the user is landing on. Landing will also deactivate the chakra explosion that happens after contact is made.

    *This attack can be branched off of ion-rocket, before making contact with anything, the user can stop all chakra flow above them and slow down before contact is made, and do a kick in midair, to make contact, and start the electric current kick. Although doing this might cause the user to spin out of control if not used correctly.

    I changed the purple to the bold and i wont even mess with the first jutsu.

    the only real problem i have is doing a kick and connecting would knock you and the opponent away from each other with how you describe it.

    Bolded are things that are changed. Nobody ever gets that whole area erupts. Everybody choose the version where it erupts from one point so this had to be fixed.

    -Once Per Turn
    -No S Rank Earth or Fire Jutsu for one turn
    -Unconsciousness occurs to Lower Ranking Shinobi's

    This should be 2 seperate jutsu and

    Zetsu puts his hands onto the ground and will send chakra to the surrounding plants, the plants from throughout the entire battlefield will then be pulled towards zetsu himself and will stick to him, and form somewhat of a mountain on Zetsu's position, leaving zetsu somewhere deep within.
    Whatever tries to come in contact with the fortress will be grabbed by veins from within it and pulled inside the fortress. Zetsu will be freely able to move through the fortress in a same way as ninjas go through ground using Underground Fish Projection technique, Zetsu will move throughout it the same way, but he will not need to use aditional chakra to do so. Zetsu will aswell be able to manipulate the plants within the fortress and rearange their position and duplicate them, aswell as create new plants using the ones that were gathered. Zetsu is aswell capable of using the chakra within the plants that he used to take control of them, to use the water gathered in by the plants to form a deffensive water layer on the fortress, that is capable of withstanding B rank or below fire techniques. Zetsu is aswell capable of manipulating the plants within the fortress to form tendrils that spin in a great speed and can pop out to pierce any earth technique of C rank and below. Zetsu can aswell infuse his chakra into the sides of the fortress, to use the plants to form artificial eyes that are linked to Zetsu's original eyes, like Gaara uses the Third eye technique with sand.

    Description: Legend says this sword was created during the first great ninja war and has wiped out several platoons of ninja, after the war the sword was said to be lost but was later found in a cave located in Iwagakure. The Sword has the appearance of a katana with the body of a dragon as the guard then the tail of the dragon extending out becoming the hilt its connected to the scabbard by a chain, see pic for further appearance details.
    While in the scabbard the sword takes the appearance of a normal katana but once drawn from the scabbard its length extends to 7 feet, the chain that connects the blade to the scabbard is normally 3 feet long but can extend up to 10 feet if the user inputs chakra into it, the chain that connects the scabbard and the blade can't be severed from either the scabbard and or sword unless the user wishes for it to disconnect.

    The swords blade is forged from obsidian giving it a very sharp edge.Normal weapons/Non Custom weapons dont have the strength to block this weapon and will be easily cut through by this sword.This sword has enough cutting power to cut through B Rank harden materials but can cut through up to 2 A rank harden materials but after that the user can only cut through C rank harden materials jutsu. The swords scabbard has the ability to transform into a large circular shield that can block c rank and lower jutsu. The Scabbard can be used as a blunt weapon and can block other weapons due to its true form being a shield.The shield can only block 2 Jutsu a battle or it will break but can block and infinite amount of simple weapon attacks such as Kunai,non custom weapons. If anyone other then the user touchs the blade they will see a genjutsu where they are being ate by a dragon

When the wave is close to the opponent, (around short range) it builds up, (like when a wave comes close to shore) and becomes a 5 meter tall wave, which on the front side, looks like a crying face, with an open mouth. Inside the mouth there is a tongue, made of hard earth, that’ll try to grab the target, and pull it into the mouth. Inside the mouth there’s a lot of teeth made of stone, when the target is caught inside the mouth, the wave will sink into the earth and compress itself, crushing the target within it.

    Description: The user gathers fire and wind chakra in his/her sword, Sorrow of Maturity, and swings the sword against the target. This will make a big hand, made of white fire, appear out of the sword, shooting towards the target. The fire is so bright, that it will blind anyone who looks at it, unless they’re wearing a pair of sunglasses, or something else protecting them against light. If blinded, the person will be unable to see anything, in 1 turn. (Excluding the turn they were blinded.) The user is able to make the fire hand explode, at any time after it’s been fired, simply by clicking his teeth.

    Notes:
    • Can only be used with the sword, Sorrow of Maturity.
    • Can only be taught by ZeroGarra.
    • Can only be used three times per battle.

    description: The user places a special seal on the jutsu of the opponent and instantly that jutsu is sealed away into the seal. Besides for just sealing away the jutsu of the opponent it also seals that element (I.e. the tag is placed on an earth spike the opponent cannot use earth jutsu for the 4 turns) for 4 turns. This however only works in some cases. In most the user has to place the seal directly on the opponent

    ~the technique is a double edge blade. In order to make it work the user must seal away one of his own elements too
    ~works on KG however the user has to seal 1 element for4 turns fight and another for 2 turns. User picks the element for 4 turns fight and the opponent chooses the element that will be sealed for 2 turns.

    ~in most cases the tag has to be placed on the opponent however a jutsu that is still in contact with the opponent (I.e. The kaguya dances) by placing the tag on the jutsu it can seal away that element/kg. However in most cases it requires putting the seal directly on the opponent

    " The mastery of Fuuinjutsu sealing is hereby taught in the medical school. Members who fit the requirements described above but aren't med ninjas can submit custom sealings up to A rank and are unable to restrict an element for the whole battle. Their sealings will last for up to 4 turns of the battle. "
    i was taught by nexus in the med school so this jutsu fits all requirements for me to make a custom sealing jutsu
