I guess this chapter finally proves to all the people who thought Madara was actually Danzou. So tell me this, how can Madara be talking to Naruto, Yamato and Kakashi if he is Danzou while Danzou is in the Kage meeting while AO keeping close eye on him.???????????

Shadow Clone is the answer....Though I am not claiming Tobi and Danzo being same, I too think they are 2 people...
