    Description: The user will perform three hand seals, and then raise ten, flat rectangular pieces of stone from the ground in a circle formation bordering the outside of short range around the opponent. The rectangular stones protrude no higher than the ground, being compared to something like a concrete sidewalk. After they rise to the ground, the user will create large tornadoes of lightning on top of each stone rectangle that shoot up seven feet into the air. This is achieved by the user channeling lightning chakra into the stone, similar to the action in Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. As they appear, they begin to rapidly spin around the inside of the circle of stones, converging on the opponent. Once successfully converged around the opponent, the tornadoes combine into one massive fifteen foot tornado, creating a deadly electrical explosion.

    Description: The user will channel their chakra into their opponent's chakra via the Rat seal. The user's chakra will then remain dormant until the victim uses a technique B-rank or above. The resulting amount of chakra needed will cause the user's chakra to activate like a switch to cause the affects of the illusion. As the victim begins to channel their chakra for the technique they use, they will see several spiked chains shoot up and restrain them, wrapping all around their body and dragging them to the ground. The chains will gradually become tighter and tighter and the victim will feel the spikes of the chains sinking deeper into their bodies and also the lack of air from being restricted. Eventually, after so much tension, the victims will fall unconscious.
    ~This technique remains dormant for 3 turns only

    As Kakashi watches the 3 handseals that you are doing with his 3 Tomoe Sharingan along with watching the signature of the chakra that you are releasing around him, which he knows that it's lightning chakra due to it's rapid vibrations, Kakashi then watches stones rise from all around him as lightning begins to be released from on top of them, Kakashi utilizes his Wind release chakra releasing it into a 360 degrees around him releasing a dome shaped rapidly rotating wind sphere which absorbs the power of the lightning and fades away, Kakashi is left with small cuts on his hands.

    Description: The user releases his Fuuton chakra into the air surrounding him which allows him to manipulate the air. A large amount of wind will begin to spin around the user and will quickly form a 360 degree dome surrounding him. The dome consists of slashing wind which rotate at high speeds and will severely slice anything that comes in contact with it. This jutsu serves as an attack and defense, and is able to withstand all elemental attack up to S-rank except for A-rank and above Katon attacks.
    Note: The user takes 15 damage due to his proximity to the slashing wind.
    Note: Can only be used twice
    Note: No S rank wind techniques the following turn.
    Note: Must wait at least 2 turns to be used again.

    Then as Kakashi watches the fireball going towards him, he simply takes Rebellion out of his back and releases +30 fire chakra into it causing the blade to turn bloody red in color, as the fireball begins to lose formation and is sucked to the blade of Rebellion while Kakashi receives -10 damage points, the fireball is absorbed wherever it is, this doesn't count as one of the techniques per turn and the template is not official, i just made it for dramatic effects xD

    (Sōdō Geijutsu: Katon no Kyūkō) – Rebellion Art: Fire Absorption Technique

    Description: by adding the +30 fire chakra of the user to the blade , the blade can block fire techniques up to A-rank negating the fire and absorbing it but still receives a certain amount of damage from the attack.

    While Rebellion is absorbing the fire, Kakashi weaves a single handseal, opening 2 huge portals each to your sides, one from your left and one from your right 15 meters away from each other, the two portals release 2 identical meteor sized fireballs that are extremely condensed and have a physical crushing ability, the fireballs are released towards you from the right and left sides at the same time and when they are 10 meters from each other, they resonate, forming a large ring of fire that surrounds you and entrap you in a circular pattern, this is boosted by +15 extra damage points thanks to Rebellion, the ring of fire covers the whole area around you except above.

    (Katon: Tsuinassai Ryūsē) – Fire Release: Twin Crushing Meteors

    Description: After performing a set of 4 handseals, the user gathers a huge amount of fire chakra and releases it into the air, causing a portal similar to the "Sticky Earth Drop" technique to open to either of two opposite sides of the intended target, each portal is released 15 meters away from the opponent basically a Mid range to both of his sides, summoning two identical meteor sized fireballs which are extremely compressed towards the opponent, approaching him from the two opposite sides, when the Fireballs each are 10 meters away from the opponent they resonate with each other, causing a "link" of fire to spread out connecting the two fireballs resulting in a ring of fire that's made around the opponent, entrapping him in the area he's in, however the opponent can escape vertically upwards since the ring of fire doesn't cover above him it only covers around him, the heat released from these two fireballs are enough to cause sweat to drip down the opponent's body when it's summoned out of the portals, letting him know the danger he's in, each Meteor sized fireball is considered an S-rank Fire technique, since it's an Forbidden-rank divided in two, when hit by either fireballs, anything caught in between the two fireballs will be crushed and burned severely.
    Note: Can only be used once.
    Note: No S-rank Fire Release or above techniques in the next turn.
    Note: -15 Damage to the user due to the sudden chakra exhaustion

    Then Kakashi continues by forming a single handseal and stomping onto the ground, causing a burst of fire to rise from beneath you directly rising vertically into the air in the shape of a huge dragon head which converges onto you and burns you severely.

However, judging by the strength of the incoming technique, he adds even more strength to the water barrier. Chaikoka rapidly releases an electrical current into the water around him, that is added almost in unison with the water rising due to the speed of the technique. The fireballs hit after the lightning is added and clash with his augmented defensive barrier. The water/lightning overpowers the fire, and disperses them without harm.

    (Suiton: Kaizoku no Uragiri no Ikari)- Water Release: Rage of the Sea King’s Betrayal

    Description: The user will perform a string of ten hand seals, and then channel their suiton chakra to their feet. By stomping on the ground, the user will perform nature transformation on their chakra, changing it into water. The stomp on the ground raises a 360 degree ring around the user from underground, which extends up into air just above the user’s height. The ring of water is thin but does not compromise its strength, which allows the user to easily through it. This can be used to defend against attacks. Once the ring is formed around the user, they have the option of performing another hand seal, which unwraps the ring starting from the back, wrapping it around to the front, forming a straight water wall. The wall will then release hundreds of marble sized bullets of water as it is unwrapping, covering the entire battlefield in front of the user. These bullets can reach up to long range.
    *Note: Can only be taught/used by Selendrile
    *Note: If used to defend against any technique of S-rank except fire, the wall loses too much strength to unwrap and release the water bullets

When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.


    Knowing you'd be either still trapped within his activated genjutsu, or attempting to free yourself of it, Chaikoka continues with his assault. He materializes a large pool of water underneath you, using it to throw your body into the air.     As the Hyena is summoned and places Kakashi in a paralyzing sound induced genjutsu while the Hyena is running towards him, with Kakashi's Mangekyō Sharingan he knows that he is inside a genjutsu, due to the irregular chakra circulation inside his body, along with feeling slight vibrations in the ground behind and around his left, therefore knows that probably an earth technique is triggered, due to him knowing what chakra signature the earth release has, having a very dense chakra nature that's identified by the extremely high clarity of perception that the Mangekyō grants him, realizing all of these threats, Kakashi immediately reacts, sending his Aluminum chakra to various places, first of all a small pillar erupts diagonally underneath his right leg, stabbing it to release just enough pain to get him out of the genjutsu as the pillar retracts, while the pillar is doing that, a circular wall rises from behind Kakashi blocking the earth spikes as they break when trying to pierce through the Aluminum wall, also at the same time two giant pillars rise out of the ground with the size of the "Destructive Rising Rock Pillars" technique underneath both you and your summon, the pillars has spikes onto them from nearly every angle of the pillar, piercing through your summon and attacking you from beneath, considering how big the pillar actually is and the angle it's rising from, it wouldn't give your summon enough time to bite it, the pillar that rises beneath you and your summon are both considered a B-rank, since the technique is divided in 4, wall to protect from spikes, small pillar to hit my leg, and two pillars to attack you and your summon all made at the exact same time.

    Description: The Mangekyo Sharingan, literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the highest known form of Sharingan, said to be feared as the strongest form of Sharingan. Awakening MS requires the user to have possession of 3 Tomoe Sharingan and to witness or simply go through some extremely dramatic emotional event. Upon this event, the user awakens MS. The most noticeable MS users gained it by witnessing the death of someone important to them, sometimes by their own hand. Once activated the appearance of the pupil drastically changes, differing from the tomoe seals, and gains a shape unique to each user. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the third stage sharingan. The timing of the users counters, the chaining speed of multiple techniques and the ability to see through the enemy's moves greatly increases. Not only that but the user gains the ability to see through visual illusions A-rank and below. The link to Genjutsu is further increased and, if the user has gained full mastery over Genjutsu, he gains the ability to cast any and every genjutsu without the need for Handseals as long as he has a line of sight to the target. Also, the Mangekyo Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques, unique to each user. Extended use of the Mangekyo Sharingan after some time, deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. The chakra cost is so high that it drains the users stamina and chakra at increasingly high speeds. Once the side effects of it's use take place, the user is left blind and unable to activate his sharingan. While keeping it active is already quite hard, the user will drain the time he can keep it active at each MS technique he uses. While some can decrease one turn, others can decrease even more.
    Note: The user needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
    Note: Can only be activated twice, requiring a 2 turn coldown to activate again
    Note: Lasts a maximum of 8 turns for the first activation and 4 turns for the second
    Note: After the first activation wears down, his eyes revert to their normal appearance and the user can't activate his sharingan for 1 turn
    Note: The first activation drains the users stamina and leaves him tired, while the second activation leaves the user blinded and almost unable to move if he doesn't deactivate it before the time ends
    Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
    Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

    Description: Kamui is a set of abilities born in Obito Uchiha's eyes. Differentiating from normal MS techniques, some of Kamui's abilities are accessible to Obito without having to activate his MS and using only his Right 3 Tomoe Sharingan as is the case of his (Isō Idō no Jutsu) - Phasing Migration Technique. A Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to link this reality to an unknown alternate dimension is the key ability of both the Right and Left MS eyes of Obito Uchiha. While his right eye has the ability to absorb and teleport things into that dimension (even Obito himself) by proximity and acting as a portal itself (that draws things to it, much like a miniature black hole), the left eye creates the same type of portal but on focal point, much like the workings of Amaterasu (albeit somewhat slower acting). At a given point in his early life, Obito gave his left eye to Hatake Kakashi. In this way, while Obito retained the self-teleportation abilities of his right eye, Kakashi was bestowed with the ranged version of those abilities in his left eye. While Obito showed the ability to activate his right eye's abilities without having to activate his MS, Kakashi always needed to activate his MS to use Kamui. Another difference initially noted was that is that while Kakashi could send something into said dimension through his use of Kamui, he could not retrieve it, something that Obito is capable off and has mastered to a great extent, proving capable of even adding great momentum and speed to the objects he retrieves, using them as projectiles to attack. However, after his fight with Obito, Kakashi eventually learned how to teleport himself in and out of the same dimension. This ability however, puts a great toal on him and he can only do it a very limited number of times during which he can only teleport himself.
    Note: Obito needs to be tangible to use his absorption abilities and he can use them 6 times per battle. If used with MS active, it reduces the duration of MS by one turn.
    Note: Kakashi can use it up to 3 times, requiring him to have his MS active and reducing its duration by 2 turns per use, while severely draining his chakra and damaging his body (only 2 times be it for ranged or self teleportation means), making it a forbidden rank technique.
    Note: If an opponent with no means to return to the normal world is sent to the alternate dimension, he cannot return unless the user brings him back. Only Kakashi and Obito bios can travel between the dimension and the normal world.
    Note: Right eye version can only be used by Obito Uchiha bios and Left eye version can only be used by Kakashi Hatake bios.

    The kitty apparently forced you to resort to using that Mangekyou Sharingan, Kakashi. Space/Time Ninjutsu is as formidable as they say..

    After Bone Crusher is killed by the spinning vortex, Chaikoka performs two hand seals and releases five blades of water from his mouth, and then immediately follows up with adding an electrical current to the released water. The two techniques are performed incredibly close to each other in terms of speed, while the lightning increases the strength of the water greatly. Once the lightning has been added to the water, Chaikoka begins to run to his left 3 meters, slinging a single explosively tagged kunai at you wherever you may be. This is done at the beginning of his run.

    Description: The user performs the following hand seals, Monkey → Ram, and then brings their hand to their mouth. They place their hand horizontally in front of their mouth, with the thumb facing up. Then they will spit out a fast moving jet of water through their four fingers (not including the thumb). This action separates the water jet into 5 different horizontal blades of water. As the blades leave the users hand, they expand; each blade is seven feet in length.

    Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.
