    Upon seeing you enter the battlefield, Chaikoka performs three hand seals, raising ten flat pieces of stone protruding no higher than ground level around you in a circle. The slabs immediately release tornadoes of lightning on top of them, in which they then converge in a swirling motion onto you, ending in an electrical explosion.

    Description: The user will perform three hand seals, and then raise ten, flat rectangular pieces of stone from the ground in a circle formation bordering the outside of short range around the opponent. The rectangular stones protrude no higher than the ground, being compared to something like a concrete sidewalk. After they rise to the ground, the user will create large tornadoes of lightning on top of each stone rectangle that shoot up seven feet into the air. This is achieved by the user channeling lightning chakra into the stone, similar to the action in Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. As they appear, they begin to rapidly spin around the inside of the circle of stones, converging on the opponent. Once successfully converged around the opponent, the tornadoes combine into one massive fifteen foot tornado, creating a deadly electrical explosion.
    Note: Can only be taught by Selendrile
    Note: No S-rank lightning on the same or next turn
    Note: Usable twice per battle


    Once finished, Chaikoka performs a single hand seal. He implants his chakra into your brain, where it'll remain dormant until it's activated or fades away.

    (Genjutsu: Kyuumin Shobatsu)- Illusionary Technique: Dormant Punishment

    Description: The user will channel their chakra into their opponent's chakra via the Rat seal. The user's chakra will then remain dormant until the victim uses a technique B-rank or above. The resulting amount of chakra needed will cause the user's chakra to activate like a switch to cause the affects of the illusion. As the victim begins to channel their chakra for the technique they use, they will see several spiked chains shoot up and restrain them, wrapping all around their body and dragging them to the ground. The chains will gradually become tighter and tighter and the victim will feel the spikes of the chains sinking deeper into their bodies and also the lack of air from being restricted. Eventually, after so much tension, the victims will fall unconscious.
    ~This technique remains dormant for 3 turns only
    ~The technique (if activated) will render one's opponent unconscious after 2 turns.
    ~Can be used 3 times per battle


    Lastly, he manipulates his chakra and releases a large fireball at wherever you may be at the time. He moves slightly to his left in order to maintain a visual with you as well as it leaves his mouth.

    As the 'sidewalk' rises and the lightning tornadoes begin to form, I channel Raiton chakra to my hand and slap it against the earth. My doing so sends a surge of lightning with ample power through the ground, destroying its very integrity. The ground beneath myself, and even you, would crumble away and we'd descend into an enormous crater, boulders and rubble showering us as we fall.

    Without any structural foundation with the 'sidewalk' being destroyed (along with the very earth itself), the lightning tornadoes should lose form and dissipate. This should also interrupt you just before you can effectively use your second jutsu.

    Description: The user will begin by channeling his ration chakra to one hand, blanketing the entire hand, the lightning taking on a form similar to a glove. The chakra is refined and highly focused, comprised of excessively vibrating particles equally as potent as the Lightning Cutter, but more destructive. With the chakra surrounding his palm, the user can then hit or slap something (including the air) with his open palm, releasing the built up chakra the instant he does so. When released, the lightning will surge through the object in question in the form of a regulated attack. For more emphasis, the attack gets more powerful the farther it travels form the initial point of impact, somewhat similar to the Rasengan. For example, if there was an earth wall in between the user and the enemy, the user could slap the earthen wall with his hand and disperse the lightning through the earth. As the lightning travels through the earth, it can be regulated to completely destroy the opponent’s side of the wall earlier than the users side – Being stronger the father away it moves. Once used, the lightning will disperse in the form of innumerable, minute, excessively vibrating particles projected both forwards and outwards, covering a near 180 degree field in front of the user. The intense vibration disperse in an almost explosive manner as they get farther away, near instantly bluntly and barbarically reducing everything within the immediate vicinity of its trajectory to rubble. The chakra can also be sent through the ground itself in order to eliminate an opponent who may be hiding within the earth itself, but causing more damage the deeper it travels, destroying the structural integrity of the earth itself and causing more than fair amounts of damage. The jutsu does not necessarily paralyze unless the user literally slaps the opponent, otherwise, it just destroys.

    *Can only be used three times per battle.
    *In the following turn, the user cannot utilize Raiton at all.
    *Once used, this technique cannot be used again for a full three turns.


    Having the advantage of knowing the extent of the damage before hand, I jump up, bite my thumb and summon the Peregrine Falcon, Tomoko underneath me. He flies me up and away, while you tumble and fall.

Tomoko is noticeably bigger than his two sons (16 feet long, and a 45 foot wingspan) Being the leader of the Falcons, he is also the strongest one. He has complete Mastery over the wind element, and is also capable of shedding his feathers and using them as explosives. Although Tomoko is much stronger than his sons, he still shares the same weakness to fire.
    -Characteristics-
    One of the things Peregrine Falcons are known for are their incredible speed, being able to move at speeds reaching up to 200 mph. The Peregrine Falcons are the fastest bird species on the planet.
    ~Can only shed feathers 3 times per battle
    ~Stays on the field for 5 turns
    ~If hit by 2 b rank/1 A rank, he leaves the field.
    ~Must have signed Peregrine Falcon contract with Ruiz..


    Tomoko flies in such a way that allows us both to freely observe you below in a similar fashion to the way Deidara does. Without wasting too much time thereafter, Tomoko descends again in such a way that allows me to exhale a large fireball over the pitfall. Should you still be trapped, the fire would ignite/melt any boulders or rubble, trapping you in a man-made cauldron of lava.

    Recognizing and reacting to the destruction of the earth after you release lightning into it, Chaikoka bites the inside of his mouth, draws blood and claps his hands together as the ground is destroyed under him. He summons Azure under him, just following your lead to keep him airborne. He uses Azure to fly into the air, matching your elevation at each time, albeit a bit delayed in his actions.

    Description: After drawing blood from any part of the body onto their palms, the user will clasp both hands together, summoning Azure in sky above them, or at any place short range from the user. Azure is a medium sized heron, smaller than Cerulean, but still capable of being ridden by the summoner. Azure is a highly intelligent Heron, and is able to communicate verbally with the summoner, speaking fluent English. With his naturally increased vision and superb intelligence, he is able to carefully watch, recognize, and then alert the summoner to the hand signs of the opponent, determining what element technique the opponent is preparing to use. Within the first two hand signs made by the opponent, Azure can immediately determine what element technique the opponent is using. If the technique requires only a single hand seal, Azure is still able to determine the element technique, but his conclusion to the elemental technique is slightly slower. He is able to do this due to the fact he has studied, and spent countless hours examining the shinobi jutsu scrolls present in his Hometree. Because he is able to speak English, this means he is also able to read script, which allows him to study techniques. Azure is also capable to using fire techniques up to S-rank. Being a bird, all of the Herons have naturally increased vision.

    *Note: Azure remains summoned for five turns; once per battle


    Once steadied on Azure, he notices the incoming fireball from yourself. In response, Azure cranes his long neck downwards, and then angles it upwards at you. He releases a massive stream of flames that envelops your fireball and continues toward you. The fire would approach from below you at a 45 degree angle due to Azure's head position. He will maintain these flames until needed/forced to stop. Due to the angle at which he releases his flames, both himself and I can maintain a visual of you.

    Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames.


    While Azure releases the fire, Chaikoka simultaneously opens a portal within the sky, which releases a massive lid downwards around your position, covering multiple ranges as well. This forces you to defend from both techniques at once, while we both keep a watchful eye on your movements. Our end altitude would be long range above the ground, mid-range still away from you.

    (Doton: Otoshibuta) – Earth Release: Dropping Lid
