    I want to learn Taijutsu because although it is preferred, distance in a battle is not always guaranteed. And unless I want to set myself on fire or electrocute myself over and over (which I don't) I need to learn how to hold my own using nothing but what I was given through evolution alone (Apologies if you're religious).
    As well as this, what good is a ninja that can't fight in whatever circumstances come before him/ her?

    Ah, I get the reference, haha.
    Nice answer, Taijutsu is indeed dangerous, unpredictable, and swift in close range. You rely on your wits and sheer body power when you use Taijutsu.

    Awhhhh come onnnn...

    I turn and drop my head as I creep slowly toward the running track, once I reach the surface I get my head in the game and get in the right mindset to train, I then set off running laps round and round the track. Whenever I cross the line I look over to sensei to see if I can stop, I repeat this process until I receive further instruction.

    The purpose of warming up in this way is to warm the muscles up and prepare them for more strenuous activities. It also gets the lactic acid moving around your body in order to prevent injury etc.
    There are plenty of other purposes of this type of warm up including;

    -Reduction of muscle stiffness

    -Better flexibility of the muscles resulting in better contraction and relaxation movement

    -Cold muscles to not absorb shock or impact as well as warm muscles and therefore become vulnerable to injury.

    -Better oxygen absorption by the muscles

    -Higher temperature in the muscles promotes higher blood circulation

    -Increases heart rate, which supports heavier exercises

    -Increases metabolism facilitating energy production required for the real exercise that follows the warm up

    -Better movement during exercise since the stiffness of the muscles has been eliminated

    As instructed I set my feet firmly on the ground and bend my knees ready to push off with a bit of a spring. I then use this spring to launch myself forward from the spot towards your clone, on my way I draw my left arm back before finally driving it forward into your clones stomach making sure to follow through as much as I can.

    I went with my left arm as this is my predominant hand and possesses more strength than my right arm does. Also, my punching technique is more polished is my natural hand as it does with throwing or writing.
    And the purpose of running forward before throwing the punch was to put more of a driving force behind the punch and to add to the overall power of the hit. It is only natural that a punch that you follow through with the whole body does more damage than one solely performed with an arm.

    I then retake my strong grip on the ground and use the same knee spring motion to launch myself forward dashing toward your clone, once I reach a good distance I step on my left foot and launch myself into the air. With this motion I bring my right leg up and flick out my foot from my knee to generate more power behind the subsequent kick.

    Well, if you stumbled, and lost your body weight, you'd fall towards the ground.
    Think of this if it happened in real life.
    In what ways would you prevent and possibly lower the damage of the fall?

    To recover from falling I'd make sure that my hands hit the ground first, taking the brunt of the impact and also putting me in a good position to be able to spring back to my feet quickly again if necessary. I'd also keep my head up, making sure that my head does not receive damage from impact as this is the most improtant thing in this situation. I'd also make sure to stay as low as possible during the kick, this increases my likeliness of being able to stay balanced as it gives me a low center of gravity and make me more stable on my feet, also if I did fall this would make the fall from a lesser height and would therefore be easier to absorb the impact of.
    I'd say the main way to assure a kick doesn't backfire would be to keep your centre of gravity low to the ground and to keep your body very straight, both of these things work in favor of your balance.

    ...wow. Alright, I have nothing else I can add - you can also push down on your hands (third law of Newton states the ground will push back with equal force) to recover back to your original stance.

    I set my left foot on the ground facing diagonally away from my body, lifting my right foot slightly from the ground I use this to gather momentum and send me into a spin planted on my left toes. I get my body as low to the ground as possible to maintain balance and a steady spin. I then stretch my right leg out to my side and use this leg to sweep the legs of my opponent, causing him to lose balance as well as fall to the side. Landing on the sie is a harder position to recover from than the front or back as well as you only have the support of a single arm.

    And haha! Balance is important because if you fall over in a fight, you're pretty much dead. xD It leaves you open to all attacks as falling leaves you unable to make quick movements or perform most techniques. It also leaves your whole body open as you're unable to cover yourself.

    Alright, now, begin running at my clone for good momentum and power.
    When you get in range of him, aim a kick towards the top section of his body (explain the reasoning behind this), then directly afterwards, kick with your other foot towards his rib cage (explain the impact this has), and proceed to finish him off with several more kicks of your choice.

    After planting my feet and pushing off of the ground strongly through my slightly bent knees I begin to run, not looking for unrivaled speed in this motion, but more looking toward the power of the stride. As I reach the close proximity of your clone I spring my right leg up and aim a kick at his upper body (aimed here because of the positioning of most of the bodies vitals as well as it being the widest and easiest place to get a solid connection with on an opponents body, it is also if aimed correctly the spot in which it would be possible to wind an opponent making breath very hard to come by between my attacks and limiting movement.) I then, straight after releasing the first kick bring my other (left) leg around aimed for his chest. I aim for the chest as it is the protection in front of the most vital organs in the body, the lungs and the heart. A strong impact on the chest can break ribs, possibly leading to the puncture of said organs. Or can just lead to winding the opponent as I stated before. The chest being a large flat area of the body also leads it to be one of the most easily targeted parts of a body, because of this wide area it makes a solid connection strong and able to force the recipient back and send him off balance as well as inflicting damage, setting up a follow up attack with little way to avoid.

    Perfect, however, the first move is actually more of a feint.
    In a normal situation, if you first aimed towards your opponent's higher area, then he would no doubt block or try to dodge it, so it's important that you actually don't use your dominant leg first in this situation, but use it second, to save most of your body weight and power in your actual move, which is the second kick towards the ribs.
    However, good job on targeting the vulnerable spots, a good strike can always lead to an instant death.

    Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark connecting to the rib cage area. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.

    For this next move, take advantage of gravity by first allowing your body to be propelled backwards.
    Then, with a surge of chakra, rise back up with your dominant leg and take advantage of the momentum by delivering a hard kick to my clone, sending him into the air. Single kick, single leg.

    As i allow my body to fall backwards with the pull of gravity overcoming me, I quickly release a surge of chakra and use this as a sort of spring which gives me enough momentum to deliver a powerful kick under your clones chin. The impact of the kick as well as the rising power from my spring are enough to send your clone into the air with my follow through.
