Predictions: Sasuke will join Naruto : How the manga will unwrap

Now that Minato has confirmed to Naruto that Tobi/Madara was the one who controlled the fox & attacked Konoha, this clears the air about so many things in the manga and i believe we can make some decent predictions.


It's a long thread but pls do read and let me know what you think.

1. The ultimate villain will have to be madara and not kabutomaru as was being expected/predicted by fans.

This is because no one till now knew how powerful Tobi / Madara really was ! Minato says that Madara is a very powerful shinobi and that he saw through all his moves. Minato also says that without a special power there would be no way to defeat him. Madara was better than minato at his prime !!! wow, guys thats news to us , aint it ? Thats why minato sealed half of kyuubi's chakra into Naruto. To make use of it to defeat Madara / Tobi. Kyuubi is central to the whole theme of Naruto manga, it was that which made him special , that which made the villagers ostracize him, and that which shaped his character and his life. It would be lame if madara is killed and the manga continues. Madara is the final villain. Till then we will have other bad guys keeping Naruto occupied.

2. Sasuke will come over to the right side.Eventually. +

Think about this. Lot of shit happened to Sasuke when he was young. He has been trying ever since to come to terms with it. First , he thinks that itachi is responsible for it and his life is driven by one goal. To kill Itachi. The one thing which he believes will help him in getting over his past. He wants Retribution and then he would want to carry on with his life. After he does kill him, what happens ? He comes to know that Itachi was the good guy here and was protecting him all along. Its too much for poor Sasuke to deal with. What now ? Someone has to pay .... Earlier his Parent's and clans' death/pain was motivating him. Now he is motivated by the pain of Itachi. Itachi , who was put through the pain of murdering his whole clan ! Itachi, who was playing double agent his whole life. Itachi, who sacrificed his life for Konoha.... and he decides.. KONOHA WILL PAY for it .

We now definitely know that madara was behind the Kyuubi's attack on konoha, he was the one responsible for triggering the chain of events leading to the wiping out of Uchihas.

Madara summoned Kyuubi to destroy konoha--> Konoha suspicious of Uchihas and isolates them--> Sasuke's father plans coup detat---> Instills Itachi as spy--> Itachi spy's for konoha ---> kills clan with Madara --->dies protecting Sasuke..

Earlier Sasuke saw Konoha as the one responsible for everything. After Naruto explains it to him ( maybe after a little duel between the two) , Sasuke will see that Madara was the evil one all along. If he had not summoned the Kyuubi to destroy Konoha, all this may have never happened. Uchihas and Senjus may have lived in peace.. Add to this Itachi's mistrust of madara and Sasuke is sure to understand. The Result ?
-> Crazy after madara's blood


Also , Naruto's USP is that he does not give up and values friendship so much and believes that he will bring back Sasuke to Konoha. It has to happen!

3. The destined child was supposed to bring about a revolution in the ninja world that would either bring long peace or destruction. Now we can say for sure that Naruto is the destined child and the revolution which the prophecy spoke of was the abolition of the Ninja System.

4. Naruto says he cannot forgive Pain for killing Jiraiya when Minato tells him that Jiraiya was killed by the disorder that gave birth to Pain. May be Naruto will change his mind later and kick the shit out of deva pain and convince Nagato that the way to peace is by abolition of Ninja System. Naruto may make Pain realize that Madara is using him. May be .... Pain will join Naruto !

5. The manga will go on these lines... with atleast one time skip.

• Pain/Naruto arc ( with Pain/Nagato dying or joining Naruto)
• Sasuke and his decision ( with him ultimately joining Naruto)
• Ninja war
• Rebuilding of Konoha.
• Renewed Akatsuki with new members and clash with great countries.
• Kabutomaru & Sasuke/Naruto
• Naruto learning to control Kyuubi
• Naruto becoming HOKAGE
• Destruction of Madara/ ninja system: fulfilling of the prophecy

I have been typing for an hour i think .... Its too long and am not sure how many will read this ! Anyway , pls feel free to add any new points and substantiate / refute any of my points !

i like it i think there will be a time skip to and now that we know that madara was lying to sasuke becasue he told sasuke the the fox just appered when sasuke learns the truth naruto and sauke will team up and go after madara

Destruction of the ninja system

Right. The way Minato was talking about the ninja system and how horrible it was, it just gave me the feeling that he was basically telling Naruto to destroy it. Or at least lay the foundation for Naruto to come to that conclusion himself. Konoha will stop training shinobi in the end? I think so.

If Naruto changes the shinobi system and that seems to be the suggested solution - will there be no next Hokage either? Or Naruto will be the last one? or refuse it altogether?

I like the way you put it. Sasuke is not going to come to his senses without a punch. We need to find out what Itachi gave Naruto to punch him with.

Nagato loves to talk and so does Naruto. I think Naruto may try to ask Deva/Nagato about the masked man and mention that he is manipulating all of them. If so...

Kabuto will fight Sasuke- maybe soon... Sasuke is heading to konoha and Sai located Kabuto in the same region....

I don't think there is any need for new Akatsuki... Tobi will have to find new rings and new coats for all the members.... seeing that nobody has been able to provide Sasuke a new shirt, I don't think it would be easy....

Naruto always has goals and always big ones. Sasuke is the one with problems in finding a sensible goal.

I am sure he wants naruto to stop the system. But you make an interesting point about training shinobi.... Its a paradox... being strong to protect the village and bolishing the system... I am sure Naruto will figure it out though !

As i see it, Nagato will die or come to understand Naruto's point of view. When i said join naruto , not necessarily to fight along side him, more like agreeing to his point of view.

Kabuto will definitely pay a part ! Geez , he is too interesting and annoying to be left out

And finally my friend , I did not mean a new akatsuki, but new recruits in akatsuki to fill the deceased ones and to do madara's dirty work
