Yesterday, I was training Parkour with a good friend of mine. We went close to the hospital, where there is an amazing place to train Parkour.
I wanted to climb up a wall, which was 3 meters high... However there was a risk, and I kept thinking about it. I had to hold my whole body weight, with one hand. Which means that when I jump, I'll have to grab with only one hand. It didn't go well, and I crashed . Fell 3 meters down... My left leg still hurts, and I got some scratches on my hands.
