    A human body from wind? Give me an idea of what it looks like as this seems like another clone jutsu. This needs to be detectable by the opponent.
    Also, how far can it move away from its original creator? And what do you mean it can move in mid air freely? Does it fly?

    Lack of details. You can move in high speed in every direction? Approximately how fast, is it detectable by the naked eye? Also, put a limit on high you can travel in the air, and no, you can not travel in the water, that's ridiculous.
    Exactly what can he sense in such a state? Chakra only?

    Lastly, very vague. What level of earth jutsus are in-effective against this?

    This can be too OP and it's very confusing. You're basically saying you're infusing rain drops with lightning chakra and then aiming them at specific places around the enemy to create a pit? And then the pit is somehow interconnected with the lightning?
    I can barely understand this, you gotta be more detailed and specific. I'm having trouble imagining it.

    Well I don't quite get this. It was only a minor update for my already approved tech and it wasn't a problem back there, but whatever. I changed those parts, however if it says short-mid range, it's obviously travels only to mid range max from the user and I think if it's just wind, it should be able to move in mid air. fly if it's clearer.

    Changed those questionable parts, but I don't know why you brought up the visibility part. a lightning always visible no matter how fast it is and the description doesn't even say it can't be seen (btw I put the gif into the spoiler so it's clearer how it works and looks like). well about the earth part you are right, but it is an A-rank lightning jutsu, so A-rank and below earth jutsus would be ineffective by default in my opinion.

    Well the idea was to create the rain and then create lightning around the target. The rain drops contains chakra what I turn into lightning so I don't have to shoot it out. That would be totally useless that way. Hope with these changes it's more understandable. I also removed some usage limits to make it less OP.

    Again, another great idea, but I need a limit on the idea on about how large you can make it. "They can be from a single drop of water to a human sized pond of water." Is this the clear limit?
    Also, if your opponent does go underground, you wouldn't be able to detect him either, so not sure how you would utilize that as an attack.
    Lastly, if you were to attack your opponent with such a jutsu, what would be the approximate power of it? More water = more power? Less water = less power? The speed where it comes up from the ground? A lot of details missing if I can't put it to image.

    Description: User starts by sending his chakra into his opponent(s)'s brain, affecting his senses and fiddling with his mind, casting a genjutsu upon him. In this genjutsu opponent sees the user opening gate(s), and thus the chakra bursting from their body and turning into beast like, similar to Lee or Gai. He also see user getting tremendous speed and strength equivalent to gates. In real, what actually happens is user fiddles with his opponent's mind after sending chakra into his brain, and slows down the rate of receiving of signals to the receptors in case of vision sense, and boosts up in case of touch sense. Means, depending on the gate used, opponent eyes would have trouble keeping up with user's speed, touch sense becomes so sensitive, that when user even flicks his finger on his opponent, he would feel great pain. Rest 3 senses are adjusted in such a way that would fit this genjutsu. Since it affects the receiving of signals of brain, user also affects the signals reaching the brain which affects opponent's reflexes, slowing him down and each and every action of him drastically in same proportion to the gate no. used, which makes him feel like the user is running with fast speed.

    Note: -Once the genjutsu is casted, the fooled senses only reacts to the user, not to anything else.
    -Lasts 4 turns, unless countered.
    -Depending on the gate used, user is left exhausted after this technique ends, because of the amount of chakra used. [for eg: if user opens 4th gate, then it would cost him 40+15(5 for each extra gate)+20(maintained for 4 turns) = 75, which is very much]
    -Cannot open 8th gate as the amount of chakra required in it is very high and would take user's life, the moment he would try to enter in it.
    -Cannot use any other genjutsu while the time this is active.
    -Once this genjutsu ends, user can't use any S-rank genjutsu for next turn.
    -Requires 2 turns cool down between another usage.
    -Usable 2 times per battle.

    It's like all the genjutsu i'm checking lately has no medium to trigger whatsoever, genjutsu isn't performed like that, first you'd need either handseals, or another medium to trigger it, i.e. light, sound etc, the sound medium requires sound training, i'd go for handseals myself, anyway about the genjutsu, the slowing speed of receiving signals is similar to a genjutsu Reborn has that's called Time Delay, so that basically messes the core that your genjutsu depends on, also don't say that the 3 other senses are adjusted in ways, you have to mention each and every sense you affect by your genjutsu and how the genjutsu fools the sense.

    Description: This technique is based on real life physics principle that a car is the safest place to hide in, when lightning occurs. This is because, when we are standing on earth, and lightning strikes us, the circuit is completed with us and earth, since earth is a very good conductor of electricity and thus the current flows from us to the ground and hence that lightning takes our life easily. But if circuit is incomplete then it do not damages us to that level (since circuit in imcomplete, current will not flow; thats why it is advised to wear slippers/shoes made up of rubber while dealing with some eletrical wires so that we do not make direct contact with earth and hence the circuit is incomplete). For dealing with very high level of lightning, user summons a "engineless" car around him such that he is inside it when the car is summoned. So when a lightning technique strikes the car, the whole charge of lighning spreads on the surface of car but since the tires of car are made up of rubber(insulator) the circuit is not completed and hence rendering the lightning technique useless which do not damages the user even a bit.

    Note: -The car cannot be used to drive.
    -The car stays on field for dealing with only one complete lightning technique after which it poofs away.

    What the.. the reason we are struck by lightning isn't because the earth is a very good conductor of it, it's because the earth has a positive charge and the lightning comes in from the clouds with a negative charge and viseversa, the earth is a very poor conductor to lightning, that's why Earth Release is weak to lightning release, because when the lightning strucks an area in the earth it cuts through it not spread through the earth around it, same thing goes for Wood Release, this technique makes no sense whatsoever, how are you planning to summon a CAR in Narutoverse, are cars used there? dude guns are made before cars and we say no guns =_= also i won't allow a technique to make you impervious to lightning.

    Too broad, how is this going to affect traveling through the earth? and Earth techniques used through the terrain, an earth technique like the Rising Earth Excavation or Destructive Rising Rock Pillars will render your technique useless, and 50 meters is too much, up to 20 meters and that's it, which is considered a long range, remove that whole "astonishing speed", and mention that you can't use this technique itself to attack the opponent, make it last up to 4 turns max.


    (Kuro Ito Gizagiza Supaiku) – Dark Threads Jagged Spikes

    what do you mean by a sudden "outburst" where exactly will the threads be released from, your hands, feet, head? that should be mentioned, and remove that "immediate" from before the vicinity, i won't allow vague terms that lead the technique to be abused anymore, also similar to Fuguki's hair technique, how is this going to affect a 10 meter radius when short range is 5 meters and you made it short ranged? o_o i won't allow a further increase than short range anyways, also mention if this can attack underground or not.

    Monkeys are a cannon summon, this is a subspecies of monkeys, so not approvable, i remember also seeing a custom Monkey summon made but it's not mentioned in the approved summons list, regardless, subspecies of cannon summons aren't allowed.

    Description: The user concentrates wind chakra to their feet while using shape manipulation and chakra control and creates a foot -pad made of wind, of about 5-7 inches thickness beneath their each foot. The foot-pad itself is made of wind & chakra and the chakra helps in anchoring the user to the contact surface while using this jutsu.
    With this, every time they step, the wind beneath the user's feet prevents the contact of his feet with the ground (or contact surface), thus effectively silencing the user's foot steps.
    However this jutsu will be only helpful in silencing the foot steps when used on a solid surface or on surface which will not crack easily or will not produce much noise like short grassy area, so if they step on a dry twig or on a board that creaks the cracking could still be heard and if they run on a water body using this jutsu, the splash of water could still be heard . However, they could run on a solid surface at full speed using this jutsu and not be heard.

    The user can clearly notice/feel the sudden shift of his lightning chakra imbued in the mist towards the target (foreign bio-electricity) and can determine the direction and distance of the target.
    One other way of using this jutsu is by using Kirigakure No Jutsu (Hidding in Mist Jutsu) at first and then performing the above hand seals to imbue lightning chakra into them, charging them up.

Once the user adds his chakra into the water source, he/she uses shape manipulation to create a man made of pure water to come out from the water source available. The size of this man is similar to the size of the Golem created by the A-rank Earth jutsu. This Earth Golem sized Water Guardian is not able to use cannon water jutsus, however, he has his own special water abilities which allow him to create sucking whirlpools, small blasts of water which are able to blast the opponent into the air/sides (depending on where they come out from) and water constructs (spikes, walls, pillars) made purely of water, all of these are equivalent to S-rank and if in a water source, he has the ability to release his chakra (Equivalent to S-rank) everywhere short range from his initial position, meaning the opponent can't manipulate the water short range around him. Due to his water abilities, the Guardian/man made of water has the ability to turn into a puddle of water and reform himself from other water sources, as long as the puddle of water he forms and the water he's looking to reform from are connected. If the user creates the Water Guardian by spewing out the water and there is no water source available, the water constructs are created by the Water guardian (by manipulating moisture in the air and using that to materialize the water) the water is then controlled by the use of hand movements, he can't however, use the whirlpool ability since the opponent would need to be under a body of water for that to be done.

    OP o_o there's already a technique that can do that called the water beast, as you might already know not all of the abilities you mentioned though, if you want this technique approved your gonna have to trim down the abilities, take out the reforming, i won't allow you to keep him reforming and prevent your opponent from using water techniques, remove the ability of using the moisture in the air, make him only use the water attacks from the water source and make them A-rank, add that you can't use Fire while the technique is active and add a +20 continuous chakra cost, make the damage 60 basically equivalent to an A-rank, honestly i don't like the technique myself.

In addition, the slime is extremely sticky, allowing it to be used to hold the opponent in place and/or drown them within it.

    Very OP, that's not de-powering it, you can put all the restrictions you want but it won't matter when it's OP, make it's size equivalent to the Great Stone Golem technique max, remove the shattering and redirecting crystal glass stuff, remove the shockwave that knocks everything up to mid range, include physical drawbacks, when using Forbidden techniques your body should be a mess, i mean something that really cripples you, you could make your speed decrease to a walking speed for example, or handseal speed decrease, etc this restriction goes along with the others you mentioned. i'm going to give you just one chance, if it's not approvable then it's DNR.

Once done so, nothing immediatly will happen until the user performs the additional hand seals needed for the desired effected. Which is binding any part of the opponents body at will.     Description: An area of effect genjutsu through the use of chakra infused smoke. The user will first be required to create smoke using their wrist launcher and while the smoke is in the area, the user will perform the Horse hand seal to put the opponent under genjutsu. When hand seal is made anyone other than the user that is surrounded by the smoke will end up in the genjutsu. Once the genjutsu is in place, the smoke will travel through the tenketsu of the opponents 361 chakra points and into the brain effecting their chakra flow. Once this happens the opponent will lose their ability to concentrate and mold chakra quickly by continuously distrupting the chakra flow by slowing it down immensly. For example if the opponent wants to use a jutsu, it would be natural for them to gather it really quickly by speeding up the flow of their chakra to gather it. Simply by disrupting it's chakra constantly, they will be hindered and take longer to perform their jutsu's. Once the smoke has entered the opponents body through their chakra points, the opponent will be hindered and will not be able to use any chakra based jutsu's as quickly as expected.

Through the use of pure chakra that it emmits and reacts to the users chakra. The necklace would be activated by two ways. One, by channeling the users own chakra into the necklace, thus creating a reaction with the necklace and mixing both chakra's together. Two, by the necklaces own will of being able to sense the user’s chakra and constantly monitoring the user’s chakra to determine if there are any foreign chakra within their body. Once this happens the necklace will emmit a thick chakra layer around the users body. Protecting them from projectiles and debris that may be falling from the sky or towards the user. The chakra that is layered around the users body will also enhance speed and strength for the user as such the user will be able to move like lee without weights and can punch strong as if they used the super added weighted technique when the strike with a taijutsu move. However this only lasts until the duration of the necklace’s activation. Also the necklace was forged in fire and has a natural affinity to it. Thus being able to absorb B rank and below fire through the users will. Since the necklace has an affinity to fire, smoke will emmit from the user through the chakra layers around the body, long as the necklace is active. However the smoke itself is not harmful to the user as it is created from their own chakra. Once the user activates the necklace, the user will start to glow red and while active at any given point through the users will, the necklace can give the user an influx of all of it’s chakra into the user all at once, however once that happens the necklace will stay deactivated for the remain of the battle

    The point of a genjutsu is to create an illusion, not to cause physical damage. Making the brain think that it can't hear and therefore making your oponent deaf would work, but stopping the bloodflow to the eardrumms is a simple no.

If the genjutsu is broken within the first turn, the opponent will be fine and no residual effects will take place. While if broken on the 2nd turn, it would leave some residual effect as they will be restricted to B ranks and below techniques for two turns. If the genjutsu was broken on the 3rd turn, the opponent would be restricted to C rank and if the genjutsu wasn’t broke and the opponent took the full four turns and it deactivated on it’s own. The tug causes the opponent and anybody else on the same Earth, to lose their footing and balance as they feel as if the Earth from below them has suddenly been removed. Due to the users chakra already being in the Earth, the user can manipulate that Earth further and cause constructs of Earth to emerge from the Earth whilst they're performing the tug. These constructs can be made into anything, with only the users imagination being the limit. However, the larger the construct the longer it takes to come into distances. So, something like a wall of Earth which is only 3/4 meters long would be able to form extremely quick whereas an Earth dragon which is the same size as the Greater Earth Golem would take a lot longer to form.

    Don't get why this is a forbidden ranked, it's just one directional lightning blast but ok, if you want it to be then your gonna have to follow some set of rules, first define the actual size of the blast, saying "large" or "huge" or "widespread" are vague terms which i won't allow anymore, and where's the physical drawbacks for being a Forbidden technique? a forbidden ranked technique should have some that really cripple you, that whole "-25" thing doesn't work, i need something like speed decrease, or the slightest movements put a strain on your body, so your overall speed is decreased, that also includes performing handseals and what not, also remove that whole "tearing up everything in it's path", and replace that whole "charges all of his lightning chakra" to "charges a large amount of lightning chakra" the earlier term means you can't perform lightning chakra anymore, also handseals are made to limit the amount of chakra being used for your technique, so it should be done before your chakra is charged not after it. after that put that you can't use any lightning techniques for the next 2 turns and any S-rank technique in the next turn.

    Putting thoughts in your opponent's head is a Sharingan genjutsu ability, normal genjutsu can't do that, you control how your opponent's senses process what's happening around them, not put thoughts in his head, that's why Sharingan genjutsus are banned to be made into CJ.

The user will then form the seal of confrontation which activates the scroll. Four chakra wolves will then be released from the scroll. With the wolves active, the user proceeds to control them, making them charge towards the opponent (up to long range) to bite him. If the opponent is bitten by a wolf, he will experience great pain. On the area of the bite, the kanji for "Seal" will appear, sealing the area for three turns. Once the area is sealed, it cannot be moved/used. The lightning shocks the opponent and retsricts their movements. It has a unfocused charge like nagashi, thus is incapable of killing, but paralyzing. Paralisis lasts 1 turn if not dealt with. This technique can only be used thrice per battle and deprives the user of lightning chakra for one turn.

    That's not how lightning techniques work, lightning can't be materialized like water, it only comes out of your body or the sky/ground, it's not used like that, i'm okay with a rope that comes out of your hand for example, but that's going to be similar to the water whip technique anyway.

    X-Declined-X It seemed fine to an extend. But you went overboard mid way by adding the Wind release part. Hot air current were fine as well, but they should further act as restrictin the techniques directions. You are controlling lightning bolts and furious spinning lightning bolts to be exact, you never see a case of controlling them. So its OPED

Smashing and drilling the opponent into the ground with a large amount of crushing force. The drill can be made to be either wider and shorter, so as to cover a larger space, yet consequently have it's force spread out over a larger area, or thinner and longer, so as to target a smaller area with a large amount of piercing and crushing force. The amount of water summoned is slightly greater than techniques such as Storm Upheavel. Due to the fast rotating water, the interior of the drill is a myriad of fast moving crushing and slicing water. A few moments after impacting with the ground, the water simply disperses outwards in all directions, forming a water source.

    make it summoned 10 meters above the opponent, remove the colored, and choose a distinctive size, like i said in the above technique i won't allow ranging sizes, and being larger than the storm upheaval technique is too much, mention that you slam your hand onto the ground to summon such a drill.

Since the basic chakra goes through shape change it is comparable in strength to Elemental jutsu of the same rank. The basic chakra can be swapped out for elemental chakra of the base five creating varying effects to the opponent. The Chakra Nature must be intangible to an extent meaning Doton and Suiton based chakra cannot be used for this jutsu.

    Lightning: If the Basic Chakra is swapped out for Raiton Chakra the Dragon will look like a long bolt of lightning in the shape of a Dragon. If used Mid range the Dragon has enough force to reach out and hit the opponent shocking him slightly causing a bit of paralysis and a numbing feeling this only lasts one turn. If used in short range it'll cause severe shock to the opponent's body tensing up his muscles and tearing through the effected area much like a Raikiri. It'll shock internal organs possibly causing organ failure it will also cause slight paralysis as well as a numbing feeling to the core muscles. The numbing and paralysis lasts two turns and doesn't stop the opponent from moving it only slows them down a bit.

    Wind: If the Basic Chakra is swapped out for Fuuton Chakra the dragon will look like a vortex of compressed wind. If used Mid range the wind dragon will have enough force to knock the opponent away and fracture a few bones. If used in short range it'll cause deep lacerations cutting deep into the opponent's body enough to be almost fatal. The Wind will have enough force behind it to fracture bones and cut and slice at muscle tissue making movement harder on the opponent.

    Fire: If the Basic Chakra is swapped out for Katon Chakra the dragon will look like a large jet of flame. If used in Mid range it'll have enough heat and will be dense enough to cause severe burns to the exterior of the opponent. If used in short range it'll cause severe burns to the opponent's body internally and externally. The heat will be so intense that it'll be able to roast the opponent as it passes through their body (not killing them but it'd be quite painful.) It'll cause dehydration and leave the opponent feeling burned throughout their body inside and out.

    Notes:

    -The jutsu can be used while moving and the user doesn't have to stand still to perform.
    -Can only be used twice per battle and must wait 3 turns before using again
    -If Basic Chakra is used no Basic Ninjutsu or Basic Genjutsu (this includes Nb gen and advanced Basic Ninjutsu) can be used the turn this jutsu is used and no Basic Ninjutsu of A rank or above the next turn.

The burst of wind is created through a very quick kicking motion as the user releases the fuuton chakra. These bursts are able to send an opponent flying back through the air. These bursts can also be used to literally walk on air, by rapidly kicking and releasing trace amounts of fuuton chakra the air pressure lets the user move through the air almost like walking on solid ground. The user can climb up into the air using this tech and continue staying in the air through steadily kicking downwards while releasing smaller amounts of fuuton chakra at a single point in the foot. If the user kicks someone he can only kick once as he's releasing all of the chakra at once but if he climbs into the air using the kicks he can kick multiple times because he's only releasing small amounts of fuuton chakra to create small bursts just enough to hold him up in the air.

    -Can only be used thrice
    -No jutsu that require chakra manipulation can be used while this jutsu is in play

    Said to be forged by the Reaper himself, this scyord had been lost in time and to everyone. It was hidden in ancient ruins of old. During his travel through the Lighting Country, Kwalker394 stumbled onto some old ruins and found this sword sealed away. after trying to release the sword nothing worked then suddenly the ruins rumbled with heavy and deep words saying, "He who is worthy may only wield this scyord, for it only chooses one master." Hearing these words Kwalker394 stared at the crystal in the middle of the rings of the handle. Watching it glow dark red he tries to grab it. Slowly he griped the scyord and repeated to himself that "I am worthy." and pulled the scyord. After a good pull the seal wrapped around the scyord gave and the sword was free. In disbelief Kwalker394 closely examined the scyord and a whisper in his ear told him to channel chakra into the sword. As he did the blade of the sword pivoted and took a shape into a scythe. Taking the scyord with him on his travels Kwalker394 discovered another ability in the scyord as well. Later on finding out that the scyord was crafted from a very special dark metal called Reikon~Metaru (Soul Metal) which is indestructible metal that is soaked with chakra when forged and crafted which gave it special a ability.

    Ability's:
    Blade of Souls being able to have one master only responds to Kwalker394. The blade can extend or retract by using the users raw chakra making it a deadly sword to be in battle with. When the blade retracts the metal is compressed turning the scyord into a sword, and when the blade extends the scythe tip of the blade pivots out from the tip of the sword turning into a type of scythe. The weight and balance is different as well depending on the extending or retracting state. The sword can also be attracted to the user meaning that if the user looses the sword or the sword is knocked out of the users hand he can simply command the sword to return as long as the sword is in short distance away. Using the red crystal at the handle as a medium the user can cast a Genjutsu known as "The Graveyard" (A Rank). This Genjutsu makes the opponent believe that they are standing in a graveyard under a full moon. While the target is under this Genjutsu dead corpse's begin to rise out of the tombs and coffins and slowly limp towards the target. Surrounding him from all angles they trap the target and a shadow figure with a dark hood appears and chops off his limbs with the scyord. Releasing this genjutsu on to the opponent requires a cut, opponent looking at the sword, or some way come in contact with the opponent. Also Kwalker394 can swing the scyord and release the chakra in it at the target making a chakra slash. Once the target is hit with this chakra wave slash it will also put him in the genjutsu. If the opponent touches this scyord by the means of picking it up and using it for any reason the genjutsu is released automatically by the stored up chakra already in the sword from its master while also sucking a tiny bit of the opponents chakra.
    ~Only Kwalker394 can use this sword
    ~Must be a Master of Genjutsu in order to use this sword
    ~The Genjutsu "The Graveyard" can only be used 3 times per battle

If forced to look, or if the target stares directly in the light, the target my go blind for the rest of the battle due to the intense light.

    Make the summon last 4 turns on the field max, mention if he's able to use Fire techniques up to S-rank including the ones that require handseals or not, remove that whole fire storm eruption when dispersing, it will be misused and won't allow that, you could just add erupting in black smoke for effects lol, make the flapping wings to deflect attacks count as a move and limit the number of times it can be used, remove that last restriction, it's meaningless and doesn't make any sense, what does the "Short-Long range" refer to exactly?

    Said to be forged by the Reaper himself, this scyord had been lost in time and to everyone. It was hidden in ancient ruins of old. During his travel through the Lighting Country, Kwalker394 stumbled onto some old ruins and found this sword sealed away. after trying to release the sword nothing worked then suddenly the ruins rumbled with heavy and deep words saying, "He who is worthy may only wield this scyord, for it only chooses one master." Hearing these words Kwalker394 stared at the crystal in the middle of the rings of the handle. Watching it glow dark red he tries to grab it. Slowly he griped the scyord and repeated to himself that "I am worthy." and pulled the scyord. After a good pull the seal wrapped around the scyord gave and the sword was free. In disbelief Kwalker394 closely examined the scyord and a whisper in his ear told him to channel chakra into the sword. As he did the blade of the sword pivoted and took a shape into a scythe. Taking the scyord with him on his travels Kwalker394 discovered another ability in the scyord as well. Later on finding out that the scyord was crafted from a very special dark metal called Reikon~Metaru (Soul Metal) which is indestructible metal that is soaked with chakra when forged and crafted which gave it special a ability.

    Ability's:
    Blade of Souls being able to have one master only responds to Kwalker394. The blade can extend or retract by using the users raw chakra making it a deadly sword to be in battle with. When the blade retracts the metal is compressed turning the scyord into a sword, and when the blade extends the scythe tip of the blade pivots out from the tip of the sword turning into a type of scythe. The weight and balance is different as well depending on the extending or retracting state. The sword can also be attracted to the user meaning that if the user looses the sword or the sword is knocked out of the users hand he can simply command the sword to return as long as the sword is in short distance away. Using the red crystal at the handle as a medium the user can cast a Genjutsu known as "The Graveyard" (A Rank). This Genjutsu makes the opponent believe that they are standing in a graveyard under a full moon. While the target is under this Genjutsu dead corpse's begin to rise out of the tombs and coffins and slowly limp towards the target. Surrounding him from all angles they trap the target and a shadow figure with a dark hood appears and chops off his limbs with the scyord. Releasing this genjutsu on to the opponent requires a cut, opponent looking at the sword, or some way come in contact with the opponent. Also Kwalker394 can swing the scyord and release the chakra in it at the target making a chakra slash. Once the target is hit with this chakra wave slash it will also put him in the genjutsu. If the opponent touches this scyord by the means of picking it up and using it for any reason the genjutsu is released automatically by the stored up chakra already in the sword from its master while also sucking a tiny bit of the opponents chakra.

    ~Must be a Master of Genjutsu in order to use this sword
    ~The Genjutsu "The Graveyard" can only be used 3 times per battle
    ~Self activating of the Genjutsu by opponents touch can only happen 1 time

    ~Can come back to the users hands if in short range and the user is able to use his hand

    ~Slashing the chakra from the scyord goes up to long range but gives makes the Genjutsu weak so it will be a B rank from mid range and C Rank from long range

    There are too many things wrong with it, if i mentioned them all it'll take forever, mainly the retracting and extending thing, the balance and weight, chakra wave, i'm fine with the genjutsu as long as it counts as one of the moves per turn, that whole having "some kind of contact with the enemy" is vague, a cut or them looking at the crystal is fine, activating the genjutsu by a chakra wave? lolwut? that whole chakra wave triggering the genjutsu is a no

The flame is up and above the users head so it will not effect the user but anyone in front or all around that can see this jutsu will be short termed blinded if looked upon. If forced to look, or if the target stares directly in the light, the target my go blind for the rest of the battle due to the intense light.

    Wouldn't the explosive tags destroy the windmill shurikens when they explode? what Itachi does is a simple fireballs "streams" that surround the shuriken, but a fire explosion like that will destroy them, and what do you mean by the flaming whirlwinds being controlled to surround the opponent before converging on them?

    A fearsome weapon, this Chokuto is said to have been designed in the pits of hell itself, the weapon is a legendary duality weapon, containing both the elements of fire and water in the blade, indestructible and very light, when used by a swordsman it appears as a natural and not to astonishing weapon, but if the user knows the phrase of activation for the sword, which is "In moonlight they are judged" the weapons dual natures activate, the blade of the weapon vanishes leaving the user holding only a hilt, at that moment the area around the user is surrounded by dozens of tiny droplets of stationary water, while the area in a 3 meter radius around the opponent does the same with small orbs of fire, the fire orbs begin to whirl at huge speeds around the opponent trapping him inside of the zone, the orbs of fire then slam in to the opponent engulfing him in flames.

These gloves are said to been made in the stomach of a dragon. These gloves have a abilities. To activate the ability, the user have to use special trigger word. When the user enters a dangerous situation, they will say 'X-Gloves Activate' causing a large chakra surge to flow to the gloves, encasing them in katon chakra. The user will then be ale to use the gloves as a fire technique. This only does damage if it makes contact with the opponent. This ability will count as a B-rank fire technique and ca be used every other turn. This takes up one of the users jutsu slots for that turn.

    Description: For this technique, the user will extend his/her hands forward, focusing a large amount of Katon chakra. The user will then condense/charging this chakra into both of their palms. The user will have to wait about 7 seconds to make sure that their chakra is evenly charged in both arm or this won't work. Because of the strength of this technique, the user has to put one hand behind them, and then the other hand to release the blast. The user will turn to their side, achieving perfect symmetry then they will yell "X-Burner" releasing the large mass of flame from both arms. The arm that is facing away from the opponent is not to attack, but for support or-else the user would be sent flying because of the extreme pressure from the arm they fired the technique. The x-burner is a large beam of pure fire chakra that is sent toward the opponent in one direction which means it can be eaisly avoided, but does extensive damage if it makes a direct hit

    Drawbacks and notes:

    -When the user uses this technique, the user can't use ANY katon techniques for the Next 2 turns
    -User becomes very tired because of the extensive amount of chakra used and can hardly move
    -The user must stay stationary when using
    -Must be used as a last resort

    Add a speed decrease restriction, and no S-ranks can be used in the next turn that this technique is used in, define how big is the stream of fire, and by stream it means that you have to keep releasing the fire chakra through your palms it's not a blast, remove that whole "must be used as a last resort" thing, and you need to find a way to make the waiting period other than "7 seconds" as the RP is not measured by seconds, it's measured by turns and timeframes.

These pups differ from ninja hounds as that they are not a ninja hound but a digging hound and a scent tracking hound. also they cannot use ninjutsu but they can use chakra to enhance digging and scent tracking skills also using chakra to increase there speed at which they can travel.     Description: Well the whip in it's self has a unique golden look while the scabbard has a 2.5 inch length. The whip can extends from the scabbard to the length of 25 feet while being manipulated by chakra to control the direction of attack and the speed in which the whip is being sent out at. meaning this is a chakra activated weapon as the whip will only extend when my chakra has been discharged into the scabbard.The whip has a flower like end at the end of it and has a unique ability where the user's sends chakra into to blind an opponent with bright flashes and light source beaming off the flower like tip. Knowing that this is a length based weapon puppet master's would have an advantage against this weapon they can easily attach chakra string to this whip to stop its movements. the whip is made of flexible titanium joints capable of flexing and moving at high speeds.This whip works very well for subdue tactics and disabling an enemy from being able to move or make hand sign by wrapping around there body as long as the enemy is wrapped up with the whip making hand signs is nearly impossible unless you can do handsigns with one hand.

    Secret technique: the user of Kinshara can change the frequency of his chakra to make a musical genjutsu that resides out of the small pin holes in the gold links of Kinshara the genjutsu is played in a crescendo type melody (meaning calming) hypnotizing the enemy leaving them motionless. Now to explain what changing the frequency will mean. By utilizing the different vibrations between raiton chakra in my hand the user can speed up the vibrations until they make a screeching type noise. Now by feeding that chakra in through the scabbard it is released out the the numerous pin holes which are setup in perfect coordination to release a melody by continuation of feeding the chakra frequencys to Kinshara.

    - light flash usage attacks with Kinshara have a limit of 3 attacks per battle and needs a one turn cool down to use.
    -genjutsu effect can only be used twice in battle. And has a three turn period in between uses.

    - can be used 5 strikes per turn as the effects of Kinshara are very melodramatic.
    - The whip will only extend with roju's touch only as his my chakra has been mixed in with the fabrication of the whip

    Special notes: as this is a tactic type weapon does not do direct damage to opponents rather it has effect which were all list but will list again

    Music genjutsu is a no, you need to have sound release and Roku NR's permission to have that, and you should in the future define the extension of a range it can reach up to, like Mid range, Long range etc, remove the flexible titanium joins, -Mugen- has Titanium release and thus your CW can't have that, and hypnotizing ability? that's a Sharingan's ability, what bright flower light? changing the chakra frequency? honestly the CW is a big mess.

    Description: The longsword of the prince was forged with special metals causing it to have great durability. This sword was handed down through generations of princes. To the owner of this blade, it is nearly weightless allowing them to swing and use them sword with ease while maintaining great speed with their strikes. For a stranger, trying to pick up the the blade
    is nearly impossible because the metals in the sword resonates with the owners chakra freeing up almost all weight from the sword. Since the metal of the blade does not resonate with the opponents chakra non of that weight is lifted causing the sword to almost way 600 pounds. This blade carries special abilities only useable by the owner. The metal takes the users chakra when it is focused in the blade causing the sword to rapidly vibrate increasing the swords cutting power able to cute through flesh and bone like butter. Once per move, while the sword is vibrating the user can over load the sword with chakra causing an outward chakra discharged from the sword capabale of knocking the opponent backward(A-rank Strength). The discharge can disperse energy based ninjutsu A-rank and lower. Energy based ninjutsu includes: Fire, Wind, Lightning and raw chakra discharged based jutsu. The chakra from the blade can reach up to mid range.

    -Can only be used Daemon
    - Chakra discharge overload can only used 3 times per battle and has to weight 1 turn in between usages
    - The swords weight only changes when the user is in contact with the sword, if not the weight becomes the regular

    I have some issues with this jutsu. Firstly, it is quite the generic jutsu, and isn't unique, but alright, I can let that slip. Secondly, it can only stay on the field for four turns.
    Lastly, you said that it can spit burning venom from its mouth? You need to be more specific here or make a completely another jutsu for this. How much venom can it spit, what are the restrictions to it, and the general range as well.

    Venom doesn't "burn" acid does, Snakes can release special venoms of toxins to make special effects like paralysis, it can give a burning sensation yes, but not actual burning, it's been shown in the anime with Kabuto against Yamato that snakes can release the special venoms but not all of the snakes can use it, also don't make the venom into a technique i won't allow that, make it an ability of the snake, i prefer if the venom is released when the opponent is bitten by the snake.

Being a lightning style snake Shin can electrically charge his body at will and shock anything he comes in contact with being a spitting pitviper he can spit out venom that can numb an area upon contact(Jutsu will be submitted later). He is large enough for a group of 5 people ride on his head.

    -Each jutsu used counts as one of the users 3 jutsu

Being a water style snake Shizaka can swim underwater far deeper than any opponent can reach reaching depts of 100 meters underwater and move at very high speeds underwater moving as fast . She is large enough for a group of 5 people ride on her head also about 4-5 people can ride in her mouth for underwater adventures

    swimming deeper than any opponent can reach? reaching depth of 100 meters? that's not specifying his swimming speed that's making him overpowered and both are vague terms.
