    First open the gate, then use this. So no, you can't use this to act as opening a gate, specially when you say this can be used with any gate opened (meaning that "restriction" can't be there or its DNR). Not only that but this should only get damage boost until you open 3rd gate at which point it shouldn't gain more power by opening other gates. That enough is a enormous boost.

    X-Declined-X Highlighted part is vague. From my understand array is a systematic placement of seal or explosive tags. The placement itself has a meaning or concept within it like explaining a seals number (Your techinque below) or placing an array in a manner it creates no opening for detection by means of chakra, there are numerous examples. Explain "Transparent sealing array". Furthermore, long range explosion? Why not just spread explosive tags and explode them when you wish?

    (Fuuton: Yari Longinous ) - Wind Release: Spear of Longinous

    Description: After a short sequence of two handseals, the user releases their chakra out into the battlefield, manipulating the wind allowing them to create a two meter long spear of wind anywhere on the battlefield within a Mid Range radius of themselves and outside of a three meter radius of the opponent. The spear of wind propels itself forwards at high speeds using wind currents, which is a saving grace for the opponent as it creates small drafts of air that a particularly alert opponent should be able to feel and then react to allowing them a small period of time before the Spear hits them. The spear of wind also creates a faint yet barely audible swishing sound as it travels. After creation of the spear, the user can perform a single handseal so as to make it do one of two things; either to branch out into a wall of wind spears that attack the opponent, or explode into multiple wind blades that travel outwards from point of explosion.

    X-Declined-X Explain the highlighted. And the last part, initially it implied that the spear couldn't be detected with naked eye due to the spear being made of air and its fast moving speed. Well as long as its semi-visible its fine, but in the end you cannot burst it into other spears or branches because then you'll have to coompress chakra inside and both compressed air and dense chakra are visible to naked eye. Either remove the last part or make sure that the spear is visible.

    Hyouton: Higanbana | Ice Release : The Flower That Blooms During The Fall

    Description: The user performs two hand-seals, and infuses all of his Hyouton techniques with extra chakra. After activation of the technique, when the user uses a Hyouton technique, several spiked thorn like flowers will blossom from the Ice, the flowers of Ice quickly begin to release a large amount of their “pollen”, which is in fact a dangerous Mist comprised of miniscule particles of snow and ice, while also containing slightly larger, yet transparent shards that swirl at high speeds, giving the mist a fluctuating appearance. The mist itself looks like a normal Mist, except it's coloured white and has a much thinner lighter appearance but eventually grows to be exceptionally thick over time, limiting visibility. When an opponent comes in contact with the mist, their extremities slowly begin to freeze, the freezing effect gradually creeping onto the rest of the opponents body over time. Not only that, but inhalation of the mist results in internal freezing, which eventually results in heart and lung failure. Lastly, the rapidly rotating shards of Ice contained within the mist, slowly rubs the skin of the target red raw over time, resulting in continuous external bleeding, the blood however quickly freezes due to the Ice particles, this is what gives the technique its nickname The Vehemently Blooming Scarlet Flower. The amount of flowers created and the size of the mist is proportionate to the size of the hyouton technique in question. A large structure will have more larger Flowers while a smaller structure would have less smaller flowers. The user can however choose for flowers to not grow on a Ice technique/ certain parts of the Ice technique. The user will also be susceptible to this technique, although they will be much much more resilient to internal and external freezing their skin will still suffer damage, even more so since their body wouldn’t freeze to create a ice coating that would stop the Ice’s shearing.

    Note:
    -Can only be used 1x
    -Last for Five turns.
    -No Hyouton jutsu A rank or above for the rest of the turn.
    -The opponents extremities will freeze after the first turn, after two turns the rest of their body will freeze and after three turns they’ll die due to the cold and of lung failure if they inhaled the mist, this only applies if there is constant/near constant exposure. However only a couple of inhalations are needed for the opponent to suffer Lung damage from the Ice but not necessarily fatal damage. The user would have to have Eight turns of complete exposure to leave them in a near fatal position, four turns for extremity freezing and six turns for bodily freezing.

Due to the amount of chakra imbued the piranhas materializes anywhere in the water source in a split second devouring the opponent and the user(if he is also in the water source). The user takes +30 damage if he's on the water source since piranhas also hop out the water but to a short distance and can still harm someone standing on the water source.

When separating the moisture from a living being such as a human it simply dehydrates them. When separating the moisture from a swamp or some mud it simply turns the said thing back into regular earth.

    - The second step of this is the user uses the same method that he used on the legs but this time he strikes the tenketsu closes to the middle of each arm which in return boosts the chakra flow drastically in both of the arms. With this done the Hyuga's arm and hand speeds and reflexes rise far beyond its normal speeds, thus when they perform their Hyuga style techniques or sword techniques it seems as if it's a simple blur and only 3tomoe weilders of the same rank or higher can keep up with the speeds.

    The user does a small sequence of 3 hand signs ( Ram-Tiger-Boar) whilst sending chakra to his opponents brain thus taking over their senses. The jutsu effects the sense of sight, touch and hearing by making them seem like they are in a hellish environment.
    --It first effects the sight by making it seem as if the users entire body is coated with orange and red flames that burn the terrain around him. Fire would instantly cover the entirety of the terrain with Giant flames whipping around like title waves that are 15-20 meters high which removes the user from the opponents sight the majority of the time. The next part is that every attack that the user uses seems like its just huge waves of steaming flames being shot out.
    --The next is the sense of touch, The opponents skin begins to seem as if it is drying up drastically, causing their skin to crack and blister up, along with their mouth feeling dried out and hard to swallow, the air they breathe in even becomes thick, hot and hard to breathe in thus causing severe hyperventilation from the brain thinking the illusion is real. The brain also begins believing that the heat is unbearable and the opponents become dizzy from heat stroke type symptoms.
    --The last is the sense of hearing. The opponent would begin to hear the flames crackling and whipping around loudly thus making it slightly hard to communicate.

Because of this relation, it remains unaffected by anyone's Chakra that isn't Itachi's, and therefore it cannot be removed. Itachi was given this Necklace by his father who told him it that it had been passed down since the Rikudo Sennin's time. Itachi wore it; and never removed it since the day he acquired it. Itachi deduced that it was due to the special metal it was created from that allowed him to feel the presence of others. When Itachi needs to, he can remove the Necklace and wrap it around his fist, due to the Necklace's nature; it tightly coils around the first, and acts as something to be used to augment one's physical attacks, and can transform the part of the Necklace which makes contact with the enemy into many sharp spikes. A standard punch for example would have more power due to the Necklace being made out of metal, and weighing more; therefore being able to deal more damage due to it having more force behind it.

    you are assuming too much. How can you say they would be angry? also, how can you be imune to it? The effects are too much and not in tune to our RP. Its simply too much for a summon to do since its not a roar or a squeek with additional properties. This is in its essence a real sound release technique which it shouldn't be.

    The name Kyōka Suigetsu hints at its illusionary properties; the moon reflected in water and a flower in a mirror are things that can be seen but not held. It is a Chinese saying for seeing and desiring something that is a dream that cannot be easily grasped in hand, teaching people about temptations.
    Kyōka Suigetsu can be summoned by having merely flicking the wrist and the blade appears out of large water whips. In it's sealed form, it resembles a normal katana. The only decoration is the crossguard, which is a hexagon instead of a rectangle. The two sides parallel to the blade are long, whereas the four sides above and below the blade are shortened, making it into almost a diamond or prism-like shape. It has a green handle.
    Kyōka Suigetsu's ability is to act as a medium for genjutsu techniques rather than hand-seals or whatnot. It controls the five senses to the point that it can make the target misinterpret another person's form, shape, mass, feel and smell to be that of the enemy. The initiation condition for the genjutsu is very simple and much like uchiha sharingan genjutsu; Eye contact with of the enemy Kyōka Suigetsu. After seeing it just once, that person can be succumbed to genjutsu at any point. After that, every time it is released, that person will become Kyōka Suigetsu's unwilling slave. Since the spell works when you see the ritual, those who can not see are consequently immune to the hypnosis and those who don't see or look at the blade are immune as well. When he turns off the hypnosis by force of will, the image shown melts away/shatters.
    Kyōka Suigetsu's hypnotic abilities make it a highly useful tool in combat, as Kyōka Suigetsu can quickly create simple or complex illusions to deceive opponents, it all depends on the genjutsu. This doesn't eradicate or alter any type restrictions placed on the genjutsu nor does it give it a boost. It only increases mental damage.
    Of course, in order for this to be able to work they are two minor abilities which allow it to place others under genjutsu. First, it has the ability to detect the presence of chakra with such precision that it can tell if someones looking at it and instantly send chakra into the body of the target, disrupting the opponents chakra and on command of aizen. The other minor ability for the main ability to work is the mental connection between the blade and aizen, much like kisame and samaheda but on a deeper level and the blade isnt "Alive" like samaheda.
    The blade can acts as a medium for an unlimited number of B-ranks, 3 A-ranks and 2 S-ranks. F and S-ranks are too complex for the blade. The user needs an extra 15 chakra points casted per each genjutsu. Each genjutsu must be posted.
    A major disadvantage of the blade is that the user must have the blade in hand for genjutsu to be used and the blade can be easily destroyed by powerful A-ranks. By destroying the blade all genjutsu is nullified.

    They're not only visible to Doujutsu... No where in there is stated they're only visible to Doujutsu. They're visible to the naked eye...
    As for the nano-sized, I'm extrapolating from the fact that there are animal species of a certain size, that are then turned gigantic for the sake of being a ninja strand. Here, I'm taking box jellyfishes, that are already almost invisible to the naked eye (some species) and making them a bit smaller...

After the sphere is formed the user performs another two hand seal and causes the particles that form the sphere to shake vigorously, the shaking has one main purpose to stop teleportation via FTG and seals(Minato's ability), now the reason why teleportation is stopped is basic yet effective to explain it teleportation should be explained:
    -Teleportation: Now Minato teleports through the usage of seals he uses his chakra to teleport to a tagged location or object his body will move to that location in the most direct and quickest path his body will be separated into molecules so it slips through objects in his path the reason he for example does not hit a wall is that when his body splits into molecules they will slip through the molecules of the wall that are also but compared to Minato's body's molecule movement it is very slow which allows Mianto to slip through the wall as if he was passing through a simple zig-zag labyrinth, this all happens because the molecules in Minato's body are moving on an extremely fast level.
    Now the reason why teleportation is stopped is because the molecules in the sphere are moving on a completely faster rate than they would normally be moving the speed they move in is equal to that of Minato's movements this causes the hypothetical wall to appear thus Minato won't be able to move he will be running into a wall thus be will be "stuck" in his place unable to teleport.
    -Even though teleportation is considered similar to summoning then the summoned thing is the particles of the body
    -This only applies on Minato's teleportation and it is not related to kamui(kakashi's and obito's S/T tech)
    -Minato can move freely in the sphere but once he tries teleporting or simply trying to walk out of it he will endure damage.

    Description: Dark Yeux is a technique for long distance spying technique. It requires two formulas to be placed. One on the users back near the spinal cord, another where ever the user wishes to spy around. Upon activation an eye opens up from the formula that grants the user vision from another perspective, all the information gathered from this eye is linked to the base formula around the user’s spinal cord which then transfers the visual data to the brain itself. The technique could be used to cover the users own blind spots or gets a birds-eye view by placing the seal on a bird (or another animal). The formula of this seal could also be incorporated with another sealing technique such as the sealing formula of hiraishin. Allowing the user to get a view around the area a hiraishin kunai/seal is placed. Since the vision of the technique is not directly linked to the users senses and its transferred as visual information indirectly to the brain, it could be used to counter-act against genjutsu allowing at least the correct vision of the surrounding. This does not however breaks the genjutsu itself (or any paralysis caused by it).

The sword also works as a flash bomb, it can be thrown in the air and stay in the air creating an area of light the allows shadows to extend if thrown behind the wielder. Holding this sword in ones hand for 3 turns will cause the hand to be paralyzed . These animals appeared one day in the Land of Water, to a shinobi of Kiri during the era of the Shodaime Mizukage, however, when their abilities were discovered to be so advanced, it was assumed these animals had been there far before humans. These animals bare resemblance to the Lynx; cousins they may very well be. However, these rare animals possess abilities and traits their cousins do not. Those feelings of intoxication and mysticism stem from the Caracal call, a very unique sound they've tempered with their chakra to act as a medium for their genjutsu affinity. Like their cousins, they possess a divine secrecy shrouded behind their beautiful eyes which close away their world to others, however allows them to see the world more clearly than any other.
    ~The Caracal have an enhanced clarity of sight allowing them to see and detect chakra, being sensory animals.
    ~The Caracal have been seen to possess an acute affinity towards Genjutsu, their spiritual chakra being more potent and tempered allowing all in the species to the ability to cast up to B-rank rank genjutsu (is activated through their natural feline calls)

Finally, with the orbiting chakra and the guidance of the Hachibi it will the give B the power to create one larger ball of energy per turn anywhere in visible sight on the field that produces damage should the enemy be near it upon activation. A single ball of chakra ball will remain on the field for a maximum of two turns before it fades out of existence. If used when Kirabi is in a cloaked form, the spheres gain an extra +15 damage.

Should Kirabi target a Dark Sphere when created the time it can be on the field becomes refreshed. If Force of Will targets a summon only ones of medium size will be grabbed (ex: Sasuke's Hawk). Upon grabbing the target, Kirabi will proceed to throw it where it will then smash on the ground creating a crater in it's wake while releasing a small wave of energy from it -due to the release of the bondage- upon collison with a surface damaging all in the area and applying a temporary slowing affect as the wave hits. Kirabi can only hold the target item for one turn before Force of Will is released and if he is in a cloaked form when in use, the speed of the throw is increased producing a larger wave of chakra, and stopping the enemy from moving temporarily.

When Dark Spheres are targeted, depending on the angle and range the user produces the blast, the user can set up a skill-shot technique that will collide with a opponent that has the potential to knock an unprepared ninja out cold and even send the sphere out to long-range should it be close enough to him (Short Range). While being in a cloaked form the cone strecthes up to 50% more, nearly creating a wall of chakra that blast forward knocking enemies and dark sphere's back significantly.

The puppet's body itself is mostly made of wood, it have six arms, The upper two which are located above the corpse's original arms can release chakra shields which the lower two have are extendable fangs that goes up to 5 meters each with metal fangs at the end of each arm. The medium two arms are the corpses originals. The right arm was left as it was which the left became large and looks like Kirabi's when he transform his arm. His body look pretty normal for a puppet with a regenerating staff of wood showing like a tail out of its lower back which it can be used to extend its body like Sasori and his stomach robe. Its wood contain an ordinary puppeteer poison. Through this puppet, the user can use the wood element up to S rank.

    -It has sharingans all over its body however they have no power what so ever for they are dead eyes covered with wax only used for decoration and to make the enemy think that it could use the .

This technique would also provent anything but the user's chakra to get through it, making the person inside this ball protected however unable to use jutsu that are formed at close range for they will most likely return at him and ruin the shield, even if they could reach longer ranges.

    The user uses earth nature manipulation in their cat of nine tails chakra ethereal weapon and by using the properties of earth nature they can then manipulate their cat of nine tails and make it travel underground where they then use it to appear beneath the opponent and using the hooks to latch onto the opponents flesh and making them immobile and vulnerable to attacks.
    Note: Ability counts as Technique usage.

    Level 2: A rank level - Blooming
    The user manipulate an addition amount of chakra to repair the broken parts of his weapon. Can not repair the orginal chain's parts with this technique.
    Note: Ability counts as Technique usage. Can only be used Twice.


    Level 3 S rank - Blessings Of Kazenomai
    This ability allows the user to channel their chakra throughout their entire weapon and then by spinning the entire weapon around then by the chain they release the chakra to create a defensive barrier capable of defending against incoming techniques equal to S rank and below from all directions.
    Note: Can only be used once per battle and counts as one of the users three per turn techniques.

    Note: The user cannot use multiple elemental chakra etheral weapons at the same time as requires extensive chakra control from Yin-Yang to use dual element simultaneously.
    Note: This weapon can only be used by Asskickulator.
    Note: Can't use more than one technique of the weapon's level techniques at the same turn.
