    Description: After a fire has been doused and cinders are remaining. The user can build up and channel his fire and earth chakara into the cinders. If the user does not manipulate these burning cinders within 2 turns the cinders will cool, crumble and will not be able to use them. The cinders size vary from pebbles to rocks the size of a fist. The fire chakara increase the heat and the earth chakara manipulate the cinders movements as they are composed of earth, then preforms the Tiger, Ram and Snake hand-seals and directs several of them (5 max) towards their target at high speed. The target takes some brute damage along with moderate burns when struck by the cinders.
    Note: Can only be used when a fire is put out by Fire Style: Douse

They are identified by their white under-body, black wings and multicoloured large beak. They are very aggressive sea birds and always heard together.

    Description: The wood from these nunchuks were sculpted from some of Hashiramas wood structures from his battle with Madara. This they carry his will to protect and the undying endurance when it comes to defeating any intruder that will hurt and carries a little of his chakra. Thus when These are held together in the users hand while doing handseals or while channeling the chakra for a woodstyle technique, all techniques except s rank and a rank will be boosted by one rank.

    Note: If user channels chakra or performs handseals with nunchuks then the technique / handseals will be slower than usual

When someone/something is hit by the water created be the user, it will create a burst of water on impact from the user, to launch the target and produce some additional concussive force.

    ±± Declined ±± First off, why is this Forbidden? also, Dark Release is based on the concept of absorption, manipulation and redirection of energy/chakra. You are simply producing chakra. Were was it shown in the use of Dark Release by Hiruko that without absorbing a technique he could shoot anything? I would allow a "lower ranked" version of this...B-Rank but that already exists. So, unless you can make this more reasonable, its declined.

This Carbon gourd is full of lava which the user carries around with them all the time and is constantly infused with the users chakra. Much like gaara's sand, this lava can be used for attacks or defence that require a lava source by the user at any time. Due to this lava already being infused with the users chakra then can control and manipulate it almost instantly to suit their needs. The lava is linked to the user and will come to there defence, as it is infused with the users chakra. It can keep up with up with lee's speed without his weights like gaara sand could, and can block S ranks and below.

    -Must be taught by Wind..
    -The defencive ability can only be used once ever 2 turns and only used 3 times per battle
    -The defencive ability counts as one of the 3 jutsu per turn
    -Lasts up to 6 turns
    -The user can't use lightning jutsu in the same turn as the defensive ability.
    -Dodai biographies can freely and quickly change the lava to rubber and back again, though if the lava has been transformed into rubber, it still abides by the limits above

Alternatively, the user can make it explode by performing a single hand seal.

    Description: This weapon is mainly for defensive and offensive purposes in Short Range combat. It's a multi-plated arm guard that runs up the side of the wielder's arm leaving no visible skin it is form fitting to the arm thus able to block thrown objects such as Kunai and Shuriken quite easily but if they are connected to an Explosive tag of some sort the user must still deal with that as the Guard won't block the explosion or flash. The Guard surrounds the arm and is made of two special types of metal both are quite malleable and versitile the metal has a special propety; the metal is able absorb the wielder's chakra storing it then infusing their punches with the chakra much to the same extent Sakura and Tsunade do but the user doesn't need to focus on the chakra level like Sakura and Tsunade, the Arm Guard does it for the wielder maintaining chakra flow from the user to the Guard. The punches are enough to crack bones and bruise and batter the body. The stored chakra can also be focused into one massive punch deemed "La Muerte" in which the chakra gathers at the top of the arm guard in a mass of blueish chakra that powers down through the arm guard and into the wielder's punch/hand the chakra in no way forms a blast but absorbs into the Arm Guard and then into the user's hand. The punch is not so much driven by muscle power but by the chakra that is infused into the punch. The user must make contact with the opponent for the punch to effect the opponent if done so the punch is enough to shatter bones and bruise and bash internal organs. La Muerte is easily able to break multiple ribs in one shot and bruise and bash internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and stomach depending on where the punch lands if used properly this can make breathing much harder and put excess pressure on the internal organs making quick movements painful and in some cases almost impossible. La Muerte is comparable to an A rank attack as that is how much chakra is focused into the punch. The Arm Guard can also be used defensively to block Basic Taijutsu attacks up to B rank but can only be done 3 times per battle. La Muerte kind of resembles Jugo's CM punches in a way as well as Tsunade and Sakura's chakra infused punches. The blades on the guard are sharp enough to easily cut flesh and defend against sword strikes as well as kunai and other bladed weapons.
    Notes:
    -While activated the user cannot perform jutsu that require handseals
    -La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn

    Knocked it back up to S rank since that was the only problem with the submission. Also I thought as long as a weapon didn't say "Can only be used by so and so" you could let others use it regardless of rank as the rule counts toward CJ and not CW but meh.

    Description: This weapon is mainly for defensive and offensive purposes in Short Range combat. It's a multi-plated arm guard that runs up the side of the wielder's arm leaving no visible skin it is form fitting to the arm thus able to block thrown objects such as Kunai and Shuriken quite easily but if they are connected to an Explosive tag of some sort the user must still deal with that as the Guard won't block the explosion or flash. The Guard surrounds the arm and is made of two special types of metal both are quite malleable and versatile the metal has a special property; the metal is able to absorb the wielder's chakra storing it then infusing their punches with the chakra much to the same extent Sakura and Tsunade do but the user doesn't need to focus on the chakra level like Sakura and Tsunade, the Arm Guard does it for the wielder maintaining chakra flow from the user to the Guard. The punches are enough to crack bones and bruise and batter the body. The stored chakra can also be focused into one massive punch deemed "La Muerte" in which the chakra gathers at the finger tips as the user closes his fist the chakra will infuse with the user's hand, knuckles and wrist. He then punches and the guard releases the chakra as he punches causing an explosive outburst of power. The punch is not so much driven by muscle power but by the chakra that is infused into the punch. The user must make contact with the opponent for the punch to effect the opponent if done so the punch is enough to shatter bones and bruise and bash internal organs. La Muerte is easily able to break multiple ribs in one shot and bruise and bash internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and stomach depending on where the punch lands if used properly this can make breathing much harder and put excess pressure on the internal organs making quick movements painful and in some cases almost impossible. La Muerte is comparable to an A rank attack as that is how much chakra is focused into the punch. The Arm Guard can also be used defensively to block Basic Taijutsu attacks up to B rank but can only be done 3 times per battle. La Muerte kind of resembles Jugo's CM punches in a way as well as Tsunade and Sakura's chakra infused punches. The blades on the guard are sharp enough to easily cut flesh and defend against sword strikes as well as kunai and other bladed weapons.
    Notes:
    -While active the user cannot use anything above an A rank jutsu, this is due to the slight drain of chakra from the user. The only exclusion being the CJ for the CW itself as that's what the stored chakra is for.
    -La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn
    -Punches while wielding this weapon can easily break bones
    -Blocking of Taijutsu attacks counts as a jutsu as only a jutsu can block a jutsu
    -Can be activated only once during the battle and deactivated once during the battle
    -The turn after the guard is deactivated the user can only use up to B rank ninjutsu due to the chakra absorbing property leaving him slightly offset.
    -Can only be activated for a span of 6 turns

    Switched S rank limit to an A rank limit and then changed the A rank attacks to B rank ninjutsu (meaning the user can still use all taijutsu just no ninjutsu above B rank)

    Description: The white lightning shield is a technique used to generate a lightning energy shield around the user to protect them from attacks. The user compress lightning chakra in his body while making three hand seals, Then the user releases the compressed lightning charka which forms a barrier around him. The barrier can defend one jutsu, And goes away once it get's hit. The barrier has a five foot radius and can stay active for a maximum of 30 seconds with out being struck, Every second after ten seconds this jutsu is used it counts as another jutsu and counts as another jutsu for your turn limit. If an opponent is within five feet of the user when this is used, the opponent will receive a massive electrical shock.


    Stats:

    0-10 seconds active- Counts as one jutsu- and can defend one jutsu

    11-21 seconds active- Counts as two jutsu and can defend two jutsu

    22-30 seconds active- Counts as three jutsu and can defend three jutsu

    Wind jutsu
    D/C is completely negated.
    B-Ranked breaks the shield with little to no harm to the shield user.

It is made of a special strong steel that resonates with only wind chakra which allows the user to expand/shorten the size of the fan blades and increase the range of Wind techniques that require a fan. When wind chakra is channeled into it, the size of the fan blades increases about double their size. When in Expanded Mode, the range of all Fan Jutsu is increased by one, damage is increased, and lasts for 2 turns. Because of the size of the expanded fan the wielder cannot perform any jutsu that require handseals because both hands are required to hold the immense fan. To decrease the size of the fan the wielder must channel chakra into it again. The user begins by only using the dragon half-handseal, Shukuchi is similar to Shunshin no Jutsu in concept but not same, By focusing his chakra on his feet toe and firing up his neurons by releasing bursts of electric charge into them, first stand on one leg and move his other leg up and down his toes hitting the gorund. he will then jump and land on the other leg then vanish. His foot prints will appear in the floor as he moves so fast towards his enemy at a high pace speed step by step,The way the jutsu works, a combination between chakra and powerful leg musculature causes the ground underneath between the two ting o be rapidly destroyed, though the speed at which the phenomena happens is fast so it is hard to discern the path of the shinobi, sinces the ground is get distroied a bit by everysteps it create some kind of dust that tricked the naked eye to no see him but just the floor getting reduced coming at by footsteps.

    Demostration

    The shukuchi is so fast that it can even be performed up walls. The constant movement of your legs allows you to climb up a wall and even move across a ceiling for a short time. the time of arrival depend on the distant. since everystep reduces the distant.


    Can be used by ngylle and Taught to whoever he chose.
    Con: Byuakugan 360 view will fallow it the footsteps.
    Con: Sharingan T3 can see the leg work and perfectly fallow the speed.
    Con: Can only be used 4 times per battle.
    Con: The naked eye cant see him but can see the flootsteps breaking the floor toward him.
    Con: 1 time per turn
    Pro: Boost a bit the user reflex+1
    Pro: the user is in control of where is going.


    Nota:the justsu is not one point then next point behind you like sushin out of nowhere,it is like many several points to the floor like running it is step by step that can bee seen coming straight forward at high speed..

    Description: The Cloud Hammer is a large, sledgehammer like weapon with curly cloud designs etched into the handle and head. The Cloud Hammer is 1.5 meters long and has a huge head [30 wide-height] with a red bandage tied right under it. The Cloud Hammer was forged with an unknown metal that made it indestructible. The user can embed a huge amount of their chakra inside the head of the hammer, whereas when they thrust it forward or swing it around they can release a small amount of that chakra to create small shockwaves from the head of the hammer capable of repelling incoming weapon attacks.

    Abilities:
    ~Indestructible~
    ~(Fūton: Atsugai) - Wind Style: Pressure Damage (A-rank Wind) can be used through the hammer and gains one rank when doing so and can go up to mid range.
    ~(Fūton: Daitoppa) - Wind Release: Great Break Through (C-rank Wind) can be used through the hammer, using the hammer as the center of the shockwave and gains 2 ranks when doing so.
    ~Kanadzuchi can dispel a Doton jutsu up to B-rank once per battle (This is done by the user channeling his Doton chakra into the hammer and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu).

    Restrictions:
    ~All abilities of the staff counts towards the move count and don't require hand seals if the user is holding the hammer in his hands.~To wield the hammers abilities the user must have it with him either in his hands or strapped to his back.
    ~The Hammer can only be wielded by JiraiyaEroSennin; if someone else tries to wield the hammer, the hammer will release a powerful stream of fire burning through the palms and continue upwards through the arms of who ever is holding it.

    ±± Declined ±± The idea is cool but its too overpowered as it stands. The way its worded means you can use anything and your enemy will defend in the wrong direction, thus taking the attack completely. Now, taking into account that many attacks are one hit knockouts, this would stand as a one hit knockout which is mostly a DNR. Now, reword it, restrict (in terms of its abilities) and lower the rank. Also, this would be a momentary genjutsu, not one that lasts 4 turns.

If the user is throwing a projectile towards the user, the opponent will see the projectile coming from an inverted angle. If a jutsu is used there is no effect unless it's at a specific angle. If the attacks are in a linear angle [Straight Line towards the opponent] there are no effects which adds to the confusion all together. As it's a momentary genjutsu, the opponent will only be fooled for one attack after the second hand seal is made, however there the second hand seal can be made at anytime to have it effect the opponent anytime the user wishes throughout the course of the battle, unless some how broken by the opppnent some how.

This attacks around large but very thin an very sharp to be able to cut like paper cuts. The water is like a layer of sticky syrup that even when disturbed it goes back to its original state on the ground. If the target runs on this layer, the flowers appear anywhere they go as long as they're on it. The main purpose of these water slices is to hit the targets hands to stop them from preforming handseals. Due to the reflective ability of the water when the target begins handseals the slices are triggered to hit the hands and stop them from preforming the move.

    Description: The sword was made by ancient priests of hell and heaven at a sacred place by using hairs, bones, skin, blood and senses of a living shinigami himself which gave the sword life and transforming ability. The sword was named after the shinigami. And it is believed that the shinigami is living in the form of sword now.
    The size of the sword is very big. The hilt itself is of 2m height, and the blade is of 3m height making a total length of 5m. It is a double-edged sword. And have a little curvature in the edge part and pointed on front. The sword is quite thick but the whole blade is covered with the hairs of shinigami which are very sharp, as a normal katana. The blade is bloody red in colour which is supposed to be the blood of millions of people killed by it and of shinigami himself. It also has 2 black strips originating from the rain guard to some extent on blade, and it was supposed to be the curse of people died from it.

    Abilities:
    -This sword is indestructible
    -It has life of its own just like samehada and thus it can react on its own when required when its transformed into an animal.

    -Passing any chakra to the sword, counts as a move, which is equivalent to S-rank Offense/Defense/Supplementary.
    -Transformation lasts for a maximum of 4 turns and can only be done twice
    -If opponent's chakra neutralizes or overcomes the animal's chakra (when transformed), then the transformed animal will come to its normal form again. i.e. in sword form.
    -The sword transforms into an elemental version of the animal and not an animal on itself.
    -If user gets hit by a jutsu while holding this sword, then he will receive an addition of +20 damage points.
    -Sword cannot sense chakra.
    -The size of the animal in which the sword transforms differs little to nothing from the normal size of the sword.

    ±± Declined ±± Summons can only use one skill. It was decided long ago. They can only use one element or genjutsu or some unique special ability. Fire and Genjutsu would be breaking that rule.

Once in place, a large amount of lightning from the sky would descend directly above the lightning ring, at great speeds similar to real lightning. The lightning is proportionate to the size of the lightning ring, but it's density and voltage is devastatingly powerful. As such, the resultant damage is only caused within the ring itself, striking whoever it is with great force and speed, eradicating him off the face of the Earth with a resounding explosion of lightning, the shockwave and debris carrying on for miles that affects even the user himself, and anyone in range. After usage, the user's arm with the tattoo would be severely blackened after severe concentration of a burst of lightning chakra, in which the hand becomes paralyzed for 2 turns. After using so much Raiton Chakra, the user is unable to mold Raiton Chakra for the next 4 turns.

    - Can only be used 1x per battle
    - Paralyzing of the arm with the tattoo on it for 2 turns, and great pain in that arm. (Severely blackened and hurt after concentrating such immense chakra in one location.) This results in an inability to perform hand seals.
    - No using any lightning technique for the next 4 turns

As the chakra is successfully inserted into the substance, by utilizing the slicing trait that the wind is well known for, the wind chakra slices through the bonds of the chakra particles within that substance causing it to spread outwards. By manipulating your chakra with great precision, the wind continues ravaging inside the substance, causing it to spread outwards to the point it severs totally, turning into many smaller harmless particles of the substance, making it neutral. After using on a Tangible object it falls downwards towards the ground completely, where as using it on a Intangible object disperses it entirely.

    - Can be used eight times per match
    - No wind techniques in the same turn, or the turn after
    - After using it for the eighth time in a match, the user loses their ability to mold wind chakra properly
    - For elemental techniques the user can neutralize it up to A-Rank, where as non elemental techniques can be neutralized up to S-Rank.

    If it's still considered overpowered, would you mind giving me tips on to reduce it?


    ±± Declined ±± OPED. When we say a custom is overpowered, it doesn't mean to put up more restrictions. It means the ability it possesses is too much. Adding restrictions doesn't change its power when you do use it. It just limits your use of it which isn't doing much.
