    ±± Declined ±± The idea is good...but its OP. Even with all your restrictions, its OP. Lets not forget that with the way you worded it, only Dojutsu users or medical ninjas can actually survive this, either by figuring out that you are filling the shuriken with bugs or by countering its effects. You must make it a bit easier to dodge so that you actually have to use logic and cunning to actually make it hit.

Even though this may be good against Genjutsu, it may be a doubled egded sword, as if activating a Curse Mark it would just suck out the chakra from that aswell.

    (Tbh, I cannot see why the ''fix wounds'' wouldn't be approveable. As logically, it simply to stop a bleeding. The wound would still be there, and if cut off a limb, the muscles would still be cut over, meaning that even if I patched back on my arm, it wouldn't be able to move. It would simply stop the bleeding... Well somewhat.

    Either can I see why too many things is going on. This technique is just as any other basic manipulation technique, it's capable of doing must of the things, that is explained in the submission of the CFS; http://www.narutobase.net/forums/sho...3&postcount=55)

    (Either here can I see why the offensive part wouldn't be approveable. As said in the previously note[Look above.], it's a part of the submission, so I can't see why I wouldn't be able to sharpen and harden my hair. If you see my reasoning, I would appreicate that the parts I cut out of both jutsus, could be put back in.)

However, if you feel that's over restricting the punch, feel free to remove it.

    Description: This sword was created by Ulquiorra after Ichigo and him discovered Caramel release. The sword has infused fire and earth chakra which is used to aid to freely controlling the caramel blade. The sword it'self is just hardened caramel that has been formed into a blade that's compressed with the fire/earth chakra reserves that's infused with it and the handle (which is apart of the blade) making it unbreakable to attacks up to C rank. The blade can instantly turn to liquid caramel at the users will, and due to the chakra already being present, the user can manipulate the caramel to block Attacks like Gaaras sand defense and can block techniques up to C rank except wind and water which it can only block D rank. It can also extend up to mid range. Due to the swords Earth and fire chakra reserves the user can draw off of the reserves of the sword gaining an additional +5 to earth and fire techniques and +10 to Caramel techniques.

    Note:
    - Sword can be broken by C rank techniques
    - This can be summoned by a scroll during battle but will count as one of the users 3 jutsus.
    - The liquid defense counts as one of the users 3 moves per turn for that turn activated. It lasts for 3 turns and can only be used once per battle.
    - Sword is weak to wind and water and can only block D rank wind and water.
    - Must know Caramel release to use but must be taught to use the abilities.


    If the +5 to earth and fire is too much you can remove that.

    ±± Declined ±± A rain drop? O_o if you were trying to be like...50cm tall...or something more reasonable, i'd actually consider it...however, so small...nope. Lets not forget that the increase in size from Hozuki members is done by adding water to their tissues and using it as their own tissues, increasing their volume. However, their normal body mass is the same as a normal person. This means that through reducing water in your body you could, through the same technique reduce your size....by 50% or so (more and you'll die...).

    Description: The user focuses their genjutsu chakra into the joints of their puppets, and as the puppets move, the sound they give off is augmented by the chakra. When the target hears the sound, the sound will seem to not simply register on their cochlear nerve, but reverberate around their head, making a single movement echo inside the targets head for the duration of a turn. When a puppet moves more than once, every "click" and "clack" of the joints moving against one another echo's throughout the target's mind, fighting for one another to be the dominate noise, as it were, making them unable to focus one more than one thing at a time, and effectivly taking away a great portion of the target's hearing capabilities.

    Description: Minotaur is a six-and-a-half-foot puppet resembling a humanoid bull. The Minotaur has a hollow chest, which allows the capture of people, similar to Black Ant, only with more room because of it's size. The Minotaur can be used from the outside, or inside similar to Hiruko. The massive bull has two detatchable horns on it's head held on with the same grade cable as is in Sasori's stomach, which can be shot off individually into mid-range from the puppet, and then realed back in with the cable. Minotaur is made of a durable material, allowing it to punch, kick, or headbutt through earth techniques C-rank and below. Its arms and legs can be detatched like Crow's, with serrated blades on the end to attack with. Because of Minotaur's unique composition, it can use "Puppet Theater - Black Secret Technique Iron Maiden" alone.

Meaning if anybody picks it up they hand is screwed or the user chakra flow gets disrupted (Genjutsu) his/her hand will get damaged. The wielder of this blade practiced many years with It. Mastering its weight. The sword is said to weigh over 400pounds. But due to the training the owner knows how to channel its own chakra into the sword making it as light as any regular sword but too anybody else it will be hard to pick up (not impossible), And a Very heavy hit. This Sword is Known for its incredible lightning current that drives through the sword. Once the lightning current activates the Sword gets Yellow poke-dots all on it , signifying the electrical currents all through the blade. Once the user cut somebody with this blade it can disperse small shocks of lightning into the person system through the cut on the person body.. This Blade can also cut through A Rank Earth.     ±± Declined ±± why is the range long? Also, take the complicated hand seals explanation. You don't need nor is it logical that you could make hand seals for your summons techniques.

    In ninjutsu there are 2 steps to perform a technique: Focusing your chakra and Molding your chakra.

    Focusing your chakra is basically "willing" your chakra into being molded by focusing the correct amount needed. Molding your chakra is shaping it and manipulating its nature so that you can produce the end result. Molding can be done with hand seals or without them, depending on your skill, rank, mastery of the element, etc etc etc.

    So, why and how can you make hand seals to mold your summons chakra? Specially, not being in contact with him?

    Also, if he is the same size as sasuke's hawk, explain the incredibly long and strong beak.

    Also, one note...when editing your techniques to upgrade them its preferable to take special attention to the restorations. Your username is not Teno-zero anymore and you are trying to update this summon to use fire techniques while you have a restrictions stating he can only use earth techniques.

    The user will prefrom one handseal and while their hands are being released from the handseal position, the Storm cloud begins to expand from their fingertips to form a circle. By concentrating the water and lightning chakra in their fingertips they're able to cause the cloud to from. The circle cloud is about 1 foot in diameter. You can see right through the circle since the cloud is the circle shape. From the circle cloud the concentrated bright beams comes from the cloud and begin to from a net pattern in the circle. The user then can force the new Storm net at the target and as the net is thrown it grows in size. If it was thrown at a target at short range it gets as big as 7ft so it's able to be bigger than a human and if it's thrown at a taregt at mid-range then it grows to 14ft to cover a wider area. The whole process of forming the net to throwing it is very fast due to the low level of jutsu it is and any Storm user can do this with ease. The beams that provide the actually bind does not cut a taregt but it burns them.

    Description: This jutsu considered the most difficult jutsu of all time, only the best of the hyuugas may perform this, the masters of Gentle Fist. As once a hyuuga monk had discovered the ultimate rotation of the heavenly spin, it was considered a near death experience. Similar to Twin Lion Fist where the user emits a shroud of chakra into his arms, in this situation, the user exerts a shroud of chakra all around his body. Once he is covered within an A-ranked shroud of chakra, he'll exert his own chakra to grab this shroud chakra surrounding him, so it will be able to keep up with his spinning, thus completing the ultimate rotation. The user exerts an additional chakra into this shroud chakra in order to condense it, making it more focused and more darker. As he had grasp his own chakra, he starts to spin furiously, exerting another set of chakra from all of his 361 points on his body. With this technique, the user is pulling the max amounts of chakra from all of his chakra points, in order to deflect the most feared jutsus of all time. As the rotation begins, a giant crater will be formed from the massive amounts of chakra being exerted from the hyuuga's body. This jutsu is so strong, it is considered the final of the heavenly rotations of the hyuugas, thus its impact reaching onto mid-range.
    Note:
    ~Only Kage or higher may perform this, due to the great chakra control.
    ~No other techniques of Jyuuken may be performed before this technique, in the same turn, or in the next turn.
    ~The technique causes strains on the body, making him unable to perform tai moves for the same and the next turn, or perform moves which requires jumping around or quick moves.

I was reading through it and not only was I unable to picture it, I couldn't differentiate what was the description of the technique and what was the description of this similar jutsu you refer too. Furthermore, I agree with Roku, this technique is very similar to the heavenly rotation techniques. Lastly, you create such a build up as this being the hardest technique in the world, and yet the restrictions are close to non-existent for a technique of this magnitude. I usually require strong S-rank technique to have this (bold underligned part). Seriously, come up with something different and work on the restrictions.

    ~Declined~ OP. You're basically boosting your attack while stopping all C-rank and bellow and all S-rank and bellow Raiton for 2 turns with 1 mediocre drawback, -30 damages. Unless you're being crippled for the rest of the match this drawback means nothing. The restrictions are completely off, especially the bold one. Make it a 1 time per match only. Also the part about it being " short range only" is just a loophole since this wind is all around you and will therefore block attacks that reach withing short range of you. Change that.

    Praying Mantis (Mantodea) is an order of insects that contains about 2,200 species of Mantises. They live in temperate and tropical habitats. The name "Praying Mantises" is it's name, because of it's prayer-like stance, and is a predatory animal. The Mantis is a genius in desguise and can blend in with nature such as sticks, leaf and other insects, sometimes they even get compared with grasshoppers and crickets.

    The Mantis has many different shades and colors such as green, brown and sometimes white colors as desguise. They are easily distinguished by a black-ringed spot beneath the fore coxae. The Mantis itself have two grasping, spiked forelegs (raptorial legs) in which prey items are caught and held securely. Located at the base of the femur are a set of discoidal spines, usually four in number but ranging from zero to as many as five depending on the species. These spines are preceded by a number of tooth-like tubercles, which, along with a similar series of tubercles along the tibia and the apical claw near its tip, give the foreleg of the mantis its grasp on its prey. The legs/arms ends in a two-toed claw which is used as a walking appendage. The usual Mantis body itself is usually longer than it's claws, except for some the claws and legs are very long compared to it's bodies and because of these feets are incredible strong and fast for their abilities.

    The Mantis is incredible skilled in desguise and defense against other creatures, but is also a very dangerous predator which can even defeat another animal far greater than itself because of it's superior skills in desguise and it's incredible speed and strength.

The mantis itself is quite strong and fast compared to it's size and it's claws can easily cut through several trees. The shinobi himself will be sitting on the back of the mantis.

    • Mugen the Hand roughly translates into "Infinity Hands" and the weapon shows that style. It's a unique weapon as it can only be used by skillful puppeteers. Mugen the Hand is basically two small scrolls instilled onto the user's back and are activated after clapping their hands together. The two scrolls open up which reveal four surprisingly humane puppet arms, much larger than the user's arms, about 1.5 times larger. These puppet arms draw chakra naturally when summoned like chakra strings controlling them. The arms are capable of using a B-Rank "Chakra Shield" technique, as well as a standard "Endless Rain of Senbon" technique. The arms while attached to the user's back can extend up to 5 meters in order to hold the victim down. The most unique ability of the arms is that they're capable of helping in performing hand seals for the user. Due to the chakra which the arms consume for them to work, they can help perform hand seals for any technique up to A-Rank, giving a much faster hand seal output.
    Notes:
    • This can only be used by puppeteers.
    • Sasori bios are incapable of using this weapon, due to himself being a puppet.
    • This counts as a puppet, and thus counts towards the three puppet limit.
    • The arm's extensions can only be used three times a battle and counts as a move.
    • Must be posted in the user's biography to use.
    • Can only be used by Alternative and those he allows.

    Looks a bit like this, but without the glowing.

    Description: The Divine wind scythe is a scythe forged in land of the samurai it made its way to Kumogakure by Kailond who Gifted it to Sage of Darkness for becoming an ANBU. The Wind Scythe is as light as the feather thats where it gets its name from. This weapon was especialy formed for short-mid range combat and one lethal blow from it can cause death. It is easy to manuver. It can be thrown and like a boomerange it would come back due to its unique shape.

The user is able to remove their hands when freely controlling the huge torrent. The user is also capable of changing the temperature of the water making it so hot that ice is melted by it with ease. It can also be made very cold. It has so much power it washes away everything in it's path.

    ±± Declined ±± First things first, to alter its temperature you'd need addition of wind or fire chakras to lower or rise the temperature respectively. However, you can't manipulate them both at once as that is yin/yang. Also, this is basically a stronger bigger version of a cannon B-Rank water technique. Even if your wording suggests otherwise. For this to be approved you need to change a whole lot.

Afterwards, using precise shape manipulation, the user shapes a massive birthday cake-shaped Mud arrangement with a pillar on top of the lower "floors" of the cake, then makes a spinning half-dome on top of that. The cake rises from underneath the trapped enemy, which will take on the appearance of a cake with a candle on top of it-the candle being the enemy trapped within the Candle Lock. Then using Katon chakra, one will focus their fire chakra through the mud in order to ignite the candles causing them seriously burn the opponent. As the Mud burns, not only will it do severe burning damage to anyone trapped within the candles, but the Mud begins to burn itself, slowly encasing an enemy as the candle burns. Afterwards, the mud will harden around the encased opponent, mummifying them.

    Description: The Chameleon is a famed weapon said to be crafted in ancient times, probably during the time of the Sage of Six Paths. It was crafted with a special metal, that reacts to chakra easily. The best blacksmith of the ancient times managed to utilize this special material to construct a sword handle. This special handle is black in color, streaked with gold. The weapon in itself does not exist, but only the handle. As said earlier, the metal handle reacts easily to chakra. Its ability gained its unique name. Although this weapon constantly leeches chakra from the user, when the user runs extra chakra through the handle, it gains the blade, and essentially, it turns into a sword. If you run fire chakra through the sword, you will get a fire blade. If you run water chakra through the sword, you will get a water blade. And so on so forth. Once the blade is formed, it retains that elemental blade for 3 turns before dissipating once again, forcing you to run more chakra into the blade again to make it function. In the duration the blade is infused with an element, for example's sake, fire, the user can shoot once, in that particular form, a fire wave at the opponent around the height and width of the opponent. The fire wave is at B-rank. This can be done a total of 3 times per battle, 1 time every time the ability is activated. Due to its ability to transform into any element, it gained its name Chameleon with the ability to transform at will.

Though the opponent would be bound and not be able to move freely as the are on a cross tied up.

Also the sight senses go down therefore it appears as if they are seeing things in slow motion. For example, a person is moving left to right, the person under the genjutsu will see a person go from left to right however a trail of the same person will also be seen and seem as if the person itself is moving in slow motion.

    Note: Must know up to A rank genjutsu in order to use this technique

The user will then go into the second phase by using his chakra to manipulate the ground beneath the opponent (were he will land), which will cause small spikes (they would fit in a normal sized palm) to shoot out of the ground (they will leave the ground as projectiles with great force), and hit the opponent from underneath. These spikes shoot out as silently as the earth rises.

    Description: A jutsu that lives up to its rank and is quite complex. The user starts out by creating a dense sphere of fire in his hand, a bit bigger than his own fist. It is basically a sphere of fire, that has a highly compressed amound of fire chakra inside. The user then hurls the orb out at an incoming water attack, or directly at the opponent. When thrown at a water based attack, the user does the Tiger hand seal when the fire is about the hit the water, and the orb releases all of its power. Due to the sheer force, and sudden outburst, the water is blown back at the opponent, but instead of normal water, is boiling due to the fire that has heated it. The sent back water loses one rank in power and is thrown back in the form of an unfocused burst of steam, half the size of the initial water technique, although gaining the ability to scald and burn whatever it touches. If sent at the opponent directly, the user can create a massive wall of fire that goes towards the opponent once releasing the chakra and fire in the orb.

As a result of the combination, the cage suddenly grew demoniacal hands that extend from the insides of it. By invoking the monster in battle, the user will be able to select one chakra that is in the battlefield and allow it to go on a rampage, trying to eat said character's chakra. The cage will only be able to absorb minimal amounts of chakra from the opponent when first summoned but, as time passes and he devours more of it, it will grow to become stronger, faster, resistant and eat more chakra at a time.
    *The user must be in possession of the scroll and, on top of that, must be deemed worthy by the demon*
    *The monster will only stay in the field for 3 turns*
    *For every turn that the cage is able to absorb chakra, it will be granted a +1 to the number of turns its allowed to stay*
    *In order to feast on chakra, the same requisites as Samehada must be met. That being said, it's really hard for the monster to eat chakra that easily, as it can't be moved around as easily as the shark skin sword is. Furthermore, unlike Samehada, it can't sense any other chakra than the one assigned and it can't be eaten either, making the technique limited to 1 on 1 fights. *

    ±± Declined ±± Very interesting and unique. First things first: this is a summoning technique thus you need to explain that you do hand seals and summon the cage into a given location in the battle field preferably near you. Second, what exactly can this cage absorb? Jutsu? Or raw chakra from the opponent if it makes direct contact? Take the samehada references away and explain in this concrete case what can it do. Explain a bit more how this cage absorbs the chakra: does it suck it in as a vortex, does it move to intercept an enemy technique, does it stretch hands to grab the chakra? How exactly?

It would acts as a barrier for the use of water from that pond, rendering any water source unusable. This can be used to prevent water type techniques.
