    (Raijingu Sanda: Amaterasu’s ) Raging Thunder: Amaterasu’s Spark

    Damage Points: 100 (-20 to user)
    Description: The user focuses his most powerful flame in his hand. The power of the flame is so intense that the flame continues to grow even after it leaves the users hand. The user, before releasing it from his hand, adds all of the Raging Thunder into the flame, turning it into an even hotter spark of lightning. The flame then is morphed into Raging Thunder lightning, with the uncanny trait of moving like fire. He then waves his hand ferociously, as if turning a doorknob. The liquid lightning flows from his hand with this turn, spilling over onto the battlefield, burning all in its path. The liquid lightning heat is so intense that it cannot be stopped by most wind jutsus, only those of S-rank and higher that have a wide attack radius. That is not to say the user doesn't get hurt as well however. When it is created, the fire is so strong that it starts to burn the user's hand. Once he adds the Raging Thunder chakra, the temperature of the lightning in his hand is so strong that it burns his hands, preventing him from using any handseals for the remainder of that turn and for the next turn as well. Any living thing touched by the lightning becomes paralyzed and burned severely.
    (NOTE: This jutsu is not related to the actual Amaterasu jutsu in any way other than the name of it lol)

    *After using, the user cannot use any lightning jutsus for 3 turns*

    Description: The user creates an immense buildup of Raging Thunder chakra within his hand that manifests itself like Chidori. The user then places his other hand over it and then pulls it back and places it back to his side, creating two handfuls of Raging Thunder chakra in his hands that are linked together by a trail of lighting in between them. He then concentrates the doses of lightning to the point where his hands begin to have steam emitting from them due to burning. The user then rushes with speeds hard to see with the naked untrained eye (2 Tomoe Sharingan and up can still see it). All that can be seen is thin flashes of lightning. The user then shoots one with properties of Chidori Eisou and as the enemy tries to avoid it, the user strikes the unsuspecting enemy with the other bolt, making it very difficult to avoid.

    Divine Wind Style: One Thousand Birds of Severing Pressure (Kamikazeton: Chidori Tatsuno Ooshigoto)

    Description: After performing the necessary handseals, the user charges so much Divine Wind chakra into his hand that it becomes visible with the physical properties of Chidori, (but is really Divine Wind) but with wind swirling around the user’s hand. He then charges lightning chakra into his feet and runs at high speeds at the enemy and thrusts it at the enemy. As he does this, the wind circling around the user’s hand mixes in with the Divine Wind at this point, and creates an a Chidori with enough wind in it to blast back everything in the immediate vicinity. The user is then forced backwards in the explosion, causing small amounts of damage.
    ~the user moves at extreme speeds due to the lightning chakra, if the opponent tries to attack the user the user can hit the opponents jutsu with the "divine wind chidori" to defend himself. If the opponents jutsu is of A rank the "divine wind chidori loses half its power, if its any less than it doesn't lose any power. S rank obviously levels off

From the power of the clap, wind is thrown at the enemy with enough force to knock down a house with only three clap. The wind is blown extremely fast and hits very quickly. The user can clap up to 5 times in a row, with each clap gaining in strength. If the user choices to make 3 claps or more, it requires a long string of handseals that take around 3 seconds to perform. Each clap strength increases on a scale like this one:
    1st clap: (B-Rank) strong enough to knock back a man
    2nd clap: (A-Rank) strong enough to knock back a car
    3rd clap: (A-Rank) strong enough to knock over a house
    4th clap: (S-Rank) strong enough to knock over a building
    5th clap: (Forbidden rank) strong enough to destroy a village

    Description: The user stretches his arm out with his palm facing the enemy and gathers Divine Wind chakra in his hand. A vortex of wind begins to form around the user’s arm. Lightning then appears within his the palm of his hand and starts to spiral inwards around his arm. At this point, the user’s arm start to become numb. After holding and charging more Lightning into the vortex, the user fires it off at the enemy (a spinning vortex of wind surrounding a cluster of lightning that sends an electric current through everything it touches) with power varying upon how long he charges Lightning into it. The user can charge lightning into the vortex for at least two turns. If held in that long, the power of the vortex will be strong enough to blast through 3 Rashoman Gates. However, if the user does charge it for that long, he will not be able to perform any Jutsu with that hand for the rest of the fight (nin or tai).
    *If charged for one turn, it will have the power to blast through 1 Rashoman Door*
    *If released the same time as the user begins charging it, the power will be of equal standing to Balls of Wind jutsu*

If the user chooses to manipulate it the user must keep that handsign til its done forming how he wants it to.

    Description: The user creates a humongous (though the user can shift a bit with its size when making it) dragon, which has incredibly detailed features making it look completely real, from a vacuum and is controlled by the user. Because the dragon is a vacuum it's nearly invisble when it stands still and is only seen vaguely when moving due to the wind around moving too (this are vacuum properties). The result is that the dragon appears very ominous and horrific as, even though it's huge, it's hard to notice. But the dragon isn't made completely out of a vacuum. Inside the dragon there's an entire system of "air tunnels", which were made by moving all the air originally from the vacuum into these tunnels. These tunnels lead to, or come from multiple holes in the dragon's skin which can serve both as exit/entrance. Around these holes the pressure is adjusted by creating rapidly very small vacuums around it, which results in very strong sucking motions directed into the holes.
    All this is done for when an element is used that's weak against vacuum. The element can't go through the vacuum, but normally the parts that are close to the holes will automatically go in them and thus in the tunneling system (as they can't go into the vacuum and the holes have a high concentration of air). But due to the sucking motions that were created, nearly all of the jutsu is sucked up into the dragon without even stopping it in the slightest, making the entire jutsu chancelled throughout the dragon and released out of certain spots (for instance the mouth).
    Take fire for example: the fire can't go into the vacuum dragon, but is sucked up in the tunnels at multiple holes around the body with a high concentration of air in it. The fire is channeled through the dragon and is released from his mouth, his eyes, parts of his tail and wings etc. The end result is a malicious demonic dragon straight from hell which is barely visible, that has insides glowing flame red, spits flamethrowers and releases fire from his eyes, wings and tail.

    Description: The user creates a very thin, but extremely strong, vacuum around him (even under his feet). However between the vacuum and the user there's still a layer of air. The shape of the vacuum is exactly that of the user, even the slightest details like the users hair or fingernails are perfectly mimicked. The user can manipulate this vacuum armour into different shapes, all incredibly detailed, for instance he can change it into a samurai outfit, a medieval armour, LotR armour etc. He can also increase/decrease the thickness of the vacuum, but only to a limited degree. He can create vacuum weapons such as swords or even ranged weaponry (crossbows, bows to shoot vacuum bolts and arrows). By creating an air space within the weapon (using the air that's between the user and the vacuum) and by only leaving a small tunnel to this air space, the user can focus his chakra into the weapon, resulting into a vacuum weapon with for example, highely pressured fire chakra in the core of the weapon (between the core and the outside there's only a small, but strong, vacuum layer). This can also de done in other parts of the armour, creating some fancy effects like a burning fist.
    All of these things remain in short range. This jutsu is mainly used for defence. As both shockwaves and some elements can't travel through a vacuum, the user can for example literally walk through fire jutsu's without being harmed. The ability to focus chakra into certain air-spaces can't protect against jutsu's, it's too low-ranked and too small-scaled for that, unless it's a really low-ranked jutsu. Though in case the user uses a vacuum weapon to decapitate the opponent or something it still kills them (it's the same principle impaling a kunai through his head). The armor doesn't restrict the users movement and follows it every step.

    *Can only be used once per battle*
    *Lasts for three turns max and every turn the user needs to pay +15 chakra*
    *The user can't use any vacuum-jutsu's for the next three turns after the jutsu is finished*

The opponants best chace to stop this attack is to kill the germs before they reach his body, once infected its hard to get better, the opponant must be either in extreme cold(snow, ice ect.) or be in extreme heat(burned or stand very close to a fire for 2 turns) to destroy the germs once they are inside his body. The effects of the Germs
    1st turn: the opponant gets tired his tai jutsu deal -7 damage and his regular jutsu deal -5 damage
    2nd turn: The opponant gets even more tired his taijutsu deal -15 damge and his regualr jutsu deal -10 damage
    3rd turn: his fever starts and he takes 15 damage also sweats and his tai jutsu and regular jutsu deal -17 damage
    4th turn: He gets very tired and uncosantrated his vision of mid range and long range become blurry and his sense of smell and sound weaken greatly he takes 25 damage and his jutsu deal -20 damage
    5th turn: His vision of long range is gone his vision of short-mid range becomes very blurry he takes 40 damage, his jutsu deal -30 damage, his sense of smell is completely gone and he becomes unable to hear regular talking
    6th turn: he falls down takes 60 damage, he cant stand up or use any jutsu, his hearing dissapears every breath causes him great pain, he can bearly see short range
    7th turn: he dies

The user can only decode the chakra signal of course and when the animals/insects sends the chakra signal they turn back into a puddle of paint.
    -Binding: Snakes wrapping around the enemy and they have the same strength as Sai's snakes.
    -Attack: All animals/insects can attack and if big enough knock the enemy back or out.
    -Flying: Birds, dragons, and/or insects can fly and if big enough carry the user.
    -Buildings: The user can trap (the enemy can easily escape the building(s) with enough strength like the snakes binding) the enemy and use the buildings to knock the opponent back or out.


    Key to the 5 drawings:

    -Small animals/insects/buildings: They can make 2 which equals to 1 out of 5 of the drawings.
    -Mediam animals/insects/buildings: They can make 1 which equals to 1 out of 5 of the drawings.
    -Large animals/insects/buildings: They can make 1 which equals to 2 out of 5 of the drawings.

Since there are a lot of germs tightly compressed its very hard to break the dome. Also the germs will suck out the Oxygen in the dome and leave behind a poison gas, because of this any living thing that stays in the dome for more then 2 turns dies.

The user then makes the dragon form and arc shape and land on the target. The physical force of the dragon is good enough to break bones but whats worse is the germs abilitys to decompose things, so after they hit nothing remains of the opponant. This abilitys makes most solid defences become useless.(those made out of earth and metal)

    *the user takes 20 damage himself
    *The user can't use ant forbidden rank jutsu this turn
    *the user cant use any germ jutsu for 5 turns(the effect of remaining germ jutsu are still acive

After the second turn the heat radiating off them will form thunderclouds in the sky which will further add to their size (plasma is found in lightning so the balls will absorb the lightning, thus meaning the lightning will be unusable for any other purpose). After the third turn they will be the size of small meteors which at the users command will fall where the user wants burning all that touch it. These meteors are so hot that they will burn through the ground and will keep going for miles thus being able to attack underground targets. Anybody who comes near one of these meteors will receive severe burns.

    -Only B rank and under plasma techniques for three turns after it ends.
