ok similar to your regular chakra your wind chakra can be exert out the same ways throughout the body as well but the only differences is that they have a more effective use to the user meaning they can benefit the user greatly and can cause massive damage

i'll show you an example here

i'll exert wind chakra into my hands

*holds out hand and ball of wind starts to form*

now very similar to exerting chakra into your hands all you have to do here is apply the same concept but add your wind chakra and a force of wind should appear if done correctly

yes i know. thats why i want to train and become a strong ninja thats
why i was so mad that sensei Roku would put me off. but yes i could use
