Kyubi is 9 tails and it is removed from naruto does that mean naruto will not die
and also it seemed minato took precautions with Getora And the shiki fujin

Naruto will not die, he is the main character of this story.
Many say that Minato's jutsu was a failure but I think it is not. He just have enough time to complete the jutsu.

nice idea. I think I read some theory about naruto and kyuubi being seperated, long time ago. But I didnt believed that. But now it seems possible.
That theory said, Kyuubi has 2 b seperated from naruto as Sasuke lost CS.
According to author, Kyuubi is the reason why Naruto cant use his KG....
And yeah one mistake in above theory, not only user but victim also can see death god, once soul extrraction starts. Remember oro-saru fight.
