I think Kakashi is still alive. It looked like Tsunade had a huge surge of chakra leave her once it got to Kakashi (look at the next slide, her bangs are airborne) and it stressed her. She had to get up because of it I'm thinking.

So yeah, I think Kakashi still lives. If Kakashi was dead I think she would've said so at this point.

P.S. after Jiraiya got stabbed through the throat, I knew he was dead, Kakashi's death isn't the same.
