My guess Kishi is waiting for the right time same with Naruto talking to hinata. Right now its all about Tobis plans, Danzos plans, Sasuke facing the Kages and Naruto forming more bonds.

I think Kishi is waiting for when Naruto can get the most out of dropping "I am the 4ths son. That's a trump Card for sure.

i agree with that, 4th said madara saw through everything he did. as u said to summon a beast with unlimited chakra is a huge risk. the whole naruto is based on the bigger the jutsu, the higher the consequences.

Well... the akatsuki totally would win against the 5 kages if itachi, sasori, deidara, hidan, and kakuzu were still alive, but in their current condition i agree with you that they can't win. Can anyone tell me if konan is the leader of amegakure now? mizukage is cool

no excatlly i have been reading the manga from the begining and there is no proff that he lost his power just from summoning the nine tails becaue then he wouldn't have been strong enough to even fight the 4th let's not forget when was telling about itachi he told them about his last fight with the first and he had summoned the nine tails so you can't just blindly say that's why he lost his power with no proff me i might be wrong also

We've got unique kages indeed : a midget, a hotty, a guy who need anger control or his villiage should build a door in the wall, a handicap guy who got a half side of his body, a ex-host kid who looks like panda. is konan gonna be in the manga anymore or is her role done ? i used to think amegakure was 1 of the 5 great nations too.
