is Madara Strong?

Is he strong because everything is pointing out that he is not. the dude can't use justu he just lost his arm if it was not for nageto their is no way he would have been able to command atasuki

also he no longer has his EMS (i think after he fought the 1st he used Izanagi to save himself making him lose EMS becasue of that and it closed his left eye) also he himself and Itachi says he is weak now.

plus he has not been able to fight he really cant do anything other then faze though attacks and telaport

I know it was just in the anime but he stopped suigetsus sword with just his arm which is cool, also he was strong enough to rival the first hokage and survive over and over before the village was formed, also he threatened to kill sasuke if he betrayed him so i believe he is stong, but something is holding him back!

same thing goes through my mind. on the one hand he has at least one ems, so he's able to cast tsukuyomi and his ems-jutsu. possible that he has the second eye, so he's able to use susano'o, amaterasu and maybe even more ms-attacks. he sees through every attack, can instantly teleport or send his body into another dimension and warp his enemies away, so you will never fight him with superior number, nor is anything fast enough to hit him so far.
on the other hand, he has just one arm, and declared (and itachi confirmed it) that he 's just a former shell of himself. we havent seen any offensive jutsu by him so far.

therefore i'd say yes, he is strong, but i cant say weather he's strong enough to beat sasuke or naruto after his next powerup.

I just wonder...arent Madaras hands somehow metallic? How do we know that he doesnt has like 100 of them in his hideout, and lost one arm so easily so he can exchange it for a new one. Also how did he blocked Suigetsu's sword with one hand, shouldnt it cut it off if it were a normal hand? So i think that either he can revive his hands whenever he wants, or they're just robotic.

Or he just used earth style jutsu to harden his skin? But you just keep thinking he replaced his arm

well other then telaport and having a hard right arm he cant really do much i guessing that he relied on intellect not brawn to to command nageto (do you actully think he is stronger then nageto)
