I voted for entry 3.

The attention to detail and shading is phenomenal, as is the way in which the artist mimicked the traditional Chinese and Japanese style of painting. Although black was the primary "color" used in East Asian paintings (I know that black is the absence of color), and although their paintings were generally about nature and how it dwarfed mankind, entry 3 really pulled it off. I only see one flaw in it, but otherwise it's perfect.

I agree, Kiba: number 5 is too dark. Its dark colors lead me to believe that the artist has something to hide in the picture. It sort of obscures any chances of seeing any detailed work within the pic.

i voted for #4 entry cuz u can see the meaning of the pucture like environment and situation, but #3 adn #5 a jsut have no mening in the picture. and #4 colored like Kishi would do

#1 i wouldnt count the effects but i like the use of 2 opposite colors working together(even though the colors sorta cancels some of the rain art work) the naruto is good, good shading/////has the coolest n my taste for a limited editon front page effect due to the title color matching the whole page----great rain effect

#2 only thing different is the shine focusing on 2 important parts of the symbolism although the blade of the sword doesnt look solid

#3 great effect of makin it look like its not colored on the computer great fog effect, great shading, good choice in colours, colouring made this the most detailed looking one of the 5, i think the black is neccesary to complete the pic , but the blade of the sword could be more solid looking , the top part of the handle should need more attention...artistic LOVE the hair out of the 5

#4 best front page effect for the naruto manga n love the sword out of the 5
narutos collar should be different , it needs a touch of shading to complete the naruto n coat? mixture...love the choice the way he filled in the water n love the way u colored the water from the left ankle best one of the 5

#5 i like the choice.. the bottom part (weist down is great...i like how u choice of the eye exposure although i think it can be done better with a little more exposure.. i like the way u put naruto somewhere not just in the rain(background) u just need a touch of lightness dont be scared of the harder work thats to come


all these pics i saw werent maximize to the fullest size so my bad if i missed somethings


all have great strengths n few weaknesses but its just way too hard to pick n too different to choose....3 favs

1=unique(color is basically a preference) but its totally my colour, if only i could count the rain effect this would be my fav
3=great show of artisticness n skill on painting these type of images great fog effect if only more details were closely looked at this wouldve my fav great hair
4=awesome, colors are spot, once again love the knife, i like how he coloured the few parts that mattered n made a difference ...this wouldve been my fav if the others werent so unique

i dont know how u can choose except if one of them is ur friends

can somebody inform me everytime theres artwork judging cuz i cant colour for shit its too time consuming
