Alright, so I've been following this tutorial.

And I got to the skin part... I repeat the step from the Hair part but it doesn't get coloured, oh and also, he says that I should place the "Hair" and "Skin" layers in between the Background layer and it's Duplicate, but if I do so the colors on those layers don't show up, so I put them in front of the duplicate, but even so the skin doesn't get coloured.
If you want me to send my results till now VM me...
I saved it in PD so I can edit..
But my main question is:
How can I colour the skin?
