Might I suggest that you not only do this but a ToolBar for FireFox3.0 as well, with a few of these features:

Message Style Formatting [Will allow the user to program what color/font/size they want to use and it'll auto put it anytime they post.

Post Style Formatting [Will allow the user to program what post style they want. Shout/Wisper/Thinking.

Custom Jutsu Post [This will allow the user to type their customs into the program itself and then will allow them to instantly use that jutsu by clicking it from a drop down menu. [Basic Copy Paste once they click.]

Also just adding a Quick Jutsu Post.
Drop Down Menu of;
Katon: Fire Jutsu
Doton: Earth Jutsu
Raiton: Lightning Jutsu
Suiton: Water Jutsu
Fuuton: Wind Jutsu
And then any Specialty Jutsu
Prettymuch recreate the Jutsu list in a dropdown menu. Once you click on one of those another drop down menu will appear;
Attack
Supplementary
Defense

Then you click on those and it'll list the specific ones in the list; For example.

Raiton: Lightning Jutsu -> Attack -> Chidori

It'll then post the skill "Chidori" in Jutsu Tags
