Decent guide, but I recommend making the guidelines for adding the components a numerated step-by-step guide in chronological order rather than just a big wall of text.
Also, I disagree with zip-ties, it could be useful of course but it's not really that necessary, just stuff the leftover cables where they don't prevent airflow, unused drive/floppy bays, behind (depending on your case) the harddrive cage or in some cases even behind the motherboard tray (Antec for instance, come with these convenient holes to lead the cables through). Just prevent your cables from obstructing your airflow, since it's a common mistake to leave them hanging in the middle of the case.
Other than that, not bad.
