Simply a flying jump kick straight at the enemy. Usually used as an opening or surprise attack. When Maito Gai first used this after the first encounter with Uchiha Itachi, he accidentally mistook Jiraiya as the enemy (since he was looking at Jiraiya's reflection through his konoha symbol it was a bittle blurry), and used the "Dynamic Entry", and promptly gave Jiraiya a bloody nose.
